They do not accept electronic payments and to avoid their late fees, I had my bank send them a check about 2 weeks before the due date each month. I forgot to stop my final payment for the month we were planning to move out - my bad. On our move out day, I went to the office to discuss our move out and to request a refund of the upcoming month that we would not be using. I was told that there were no rent refunds. I later discovered from my bank that they cashed my check AFTER that conversation and that they had already re-rented my units. We are Air Force retirees and long time Monument residents. You have other choices for storage rental in Monument. Stay away from Monument Storage.

Having a bunch of trash to get rid of, and being across the street from the transfer station I thought great I'll kill 2 birds with one stone dump the trash at the transfer station and return the trailer, literally across the street. Problem was the transfer was closed because of an equipment break down. I was headed to the landfill 30 minutes away when I was turning on the highway when the owner flagged me down and said he would help me out. I told him about the trash and he said he would work with me. Long story short, I was able to return the trailer and he was incredibly reasonable for the fee to get rid of the trash. Not having to drive an hour round trip to the landfill and being able to move on with my day as planned was awesome. Very grateful for nice people. Since I'm not that great at backing up trailers I had to drive around a few different parts of the storage yard and it looks like a great place to store your RV big aisles with plenty of room to navigate and a nice fenced in year with razor wire on top to deter people from wanting to look through your stuff. Very friendly and helpful, highly recommend All Outside Storage!

I have never received better service in my life…read more I had reserved a26 foot truck in Littleton, Colorado to move my daughter and husband back to Illinois, on Saturday March 30. My husband and son were flying to Denver on the 29th to pack the truck and drive it to Illinois on the 31st. And on the 28th, a lady from U-Haul called to tell me my truck would be in Durango for pickup on the 30th. She didn't care that it was a 6 hour drive from Littleton. And her only solution was maybe a 15 foot truck would be available sometime Sunday. Rubin with All Outside Storage came to my rescue, let me book everything over the phone, made it super easy to pick up the truck. The 40 minute drive to Monument sure beats the 6 hour drive to Durango, and there was no waiting in line. We walked in and he handed us the keys! I can't thank you enough.

WhenI showed up to access my unit at 830 am the gates were locked and no one was answering the…read morephone. Apparently there is a lady living on the property that is suppose to open the gates. The impression I got from her was that she did not care if she was causing problems by not opening the gates on time. The owner is supposedly unreachable but after the police contact him I bet he'll be reachable. Also, this is not the first time I've gone there on the weekend and the gates have been locked. What ever you do don't do business with this company. Spend a little more to be sure that you can get to your storage when you need to, not when they feel like it.

I went to the office which was supposed to be open at 9:30 but was closed. I called the 1-800 number on the door; after going through the phone system someone answers who is making her way to the front door. She lives on site and is 30 minutes late to open the office. I know this because all the lights were off and she had to disable the alarm system when we got inside. She made numerous excuses about the snow was piled up blocking access to my unit and couldn't care less about resolving my issue. She told me I would have to wait for the snow pile to melt. This is Colorado, the pile is huge and will not melt until next spring, that is if they don't continue to add to the pile with each snowstorm. Zoey, the onsite manager I spoke with has less customer service skills than a box of hair. She was unprofessional, rude and presented herself like she just rolled out of bed. She refused to provide a phone number or contact information for the corporate office and all of their phone numbers roll your calls back to the local branch connected to your phone number. What a pathetic way to run a company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXTRA SPACE STORAGE! I have paid my storage fees through June 2025 and will be moving out as soon as the giant snow pile blocking my storage unit is gone. This is a terrible business.
