I went here to have an oil change done on my Lexus RX350. The place was clean, the staff was helpful and nice. I thought they did a nice job. However, when I started to change the oil myself, I noticed the oil pan drain bolt was way too tight but I was able to unscrew it using breaker bar. Next was the oil filter. RX350 has two process of draining and removing the filter canister. The canister drain plug (9'lbs of torque) required me to use the breaker bar also. At this point I was heated as these part are aluminum and could break easily. After draining the filter canister, I once again had to use the breaker bar to attempt to unscrew the oil filter. Well, my oil filter socket broke, that's how tight they screwed the oil filter canister that was only supposed to be 19lbs of torque. So I now have a stuck oil filter inside a canister I can't remove because this place cranks everything down. Sorry but I can recommend anyone coming here as they could potentially damage your vehicle from a simple oil change. read more

Wow, just wow! had some rad times in this car and needed to get it cleaned professionally. I hear so many people talk about getting their car detailed. I have has three cars and have never done it. I was very skeptical about this place, but when I saw 2 huge muscled dudes pull up and open shop I knew they meant business. I walked in, they took me right away and within 2 hours I was back on the road and my breaks were good as new. I just got back from a very long road trip and the car handled like a champ. They did try to up sell me on better mileage for the pads but it was only like 30$, so not like other shops who try to rob you. While I was there they even gave a ride to a customer who was leaving their car to have work done...super kind people. I would recommend all the dudes to get work done here, and ladies you should check out the gun show ;) (also you should get work done here, heh). Bought a Groupon for a detail. I always expect when I get these things to pay a little more. However I paid an extra $150 on top of the Groupon for stuff they didn't even do. Back of the car was not vacuumed at all despite paying an extra $50 "pet hair fee." I don't have dogs btw so it was a few cat hairs that maybe fell off from our clothing. Definitely not covered in pet hair. No windows were wiped. The front console had crumbs and junk in all of the cracks. The leather they said was cleaned from my kids spilling milk literally still has sticky milk onThis place is a total scam. read more

Update 1/2020. We had more mechanical work done and they did a great job. We had the interior detailed and the car looks brand new! Awesome job detail crew! I highly recommend My Tech Auto for ALL you automotive needs. We had our Honda Fit checked over and ended up getting rear brakes for now. I felt that Gerardo was very honest with us and very trustworthy. Another mechanic at a different business had led us to believe that we needed a ton of work done on the car and Gerardo gave us his assessment and didn't try to take advantage of us. We will go back to My Tech Auto when we need the car serviced again. read more

I had an interior cleaning done on my car. When I dropped it off I made sure to ask if they were going to vacuum my trunk because I emptied it prior to getting there, and that was included with my purchase (extra for shampoo which I did not buy) and the guy stated they will vacuum my trunk. To my surprise I got home and my trunk wasn't vacuumed one bit. Do not recommend. If you're not going to vacuum it then don't include it in your service for interior cleaning as listed. read more

Got my truck detailed. it is 2019 and they use so much armor all (or what ever) that ever thing i put in the car ends up tracking armor all on it. They should detail the car to put it in like new condition. The mats are so slippery and i end up having armor all over my shoes after driving. also missed paret of the back seat leaving easily noticeable dust/dirt. uggh. read more

This is one of the worst places I've shopped for auto mechanic services. They advertised brakes on GROUPON for $199 per axle, and when I asked them to queue my BMW, they wanted to charge me $600 per axle. So false advertising and most likely their service is just as bad. Don't go there! read more

I brought my Chrysler 300 to them to have the interior detailed. What I gave them I thought was an impossible task to remove years of built up dog hair from 3 dogs. I couldn't keep up on it and kind of gave up. To my surprise when I picked it up that following afternoon was what looked like the car from the day I bought it.
