I got the full service wash and it was FULL service! My car looked like I had paid for a full detail for less than half the price. With the exception of "under the hood" not included. You sit in your car through the automated wash and then hand it over to an employee who towel drys your car, vacuums and cleans the interior, leaving the car with a brilliant "detailed" look and shiny tires. I wish they had a car wash this exceptional in Chicago. It's well worth the price! read more

They keep raising their prices, $40 for a full service +$5 tip, $45 for a car wash is simply to high. This is the 3rd time since this summer they have raised their prices without any additional value to go with the price increase. I'll find another place. read more

Quality: Subpar Price: $$$ The first time I used this car wash was after Fuller's took it over. They were attentive and helpful, but my car was only semi-clean. I decided it was not worth what price and didn't come back for many months. I returned today, only to get stuck at the payment kiosk because it said to scan the coupon; although there was nothing on the coupon to scan. After paying $26 for their "cheapest" interior/exterior wash and driving through, I had no idea what to do with my car for the interior, so I drove it around and parked it and went inside. I asked another customer inside what the procedure was and she mentioned that someone should have been at the end of the wash. Someone did come and do the interior after a few moment. I asked about the coupon and he said to talk to the person inside. No one was inside... Honestly, Naperville needs a *good* car wash. The prices keep going up at the subpar ones and I find myself going to neighbouring cities while I'm running errands to have my car washed. $26 plus tip and I still have to go home and clean the areas that were passed over. For a little bit more, I could have a mini detail somewhere else. No thanks Fuller's. What a waste. I'll try the place further down 75th Street next. read more

This is my first time here. Used to be Brighton Car Wash which I liked. Sorry to see them go. First you pull in, select your wash type on a screen. I got a full service wash ($22) with floor mats ($10). Screen asked to scan any coupons which I tried to do. A worker came to ask if I needed help, and I told him that the coupon wouldn't scan. He instructed me to pay in full now and they would give me cash back inside once I showed my coupon. Stayed in car while going thru auto-car wash. Seemed decent enough. Then had to pull and park in vacuum area for full service to be completed. Waited 12 min before they even started to dry it?? There were 2 other open bays and were not crowded. They have lg TVs inside so you can watch as they work. After 28 minutes of sitting in a cold waiting area, car was pulled around. Mats were not washed. And no one was there to help w my coupon. So, never got to use the coupon and they took my car back again into bay to pull mats out to wash. Almost 10 min later I went out and only 2/4 mats completed. Original worker was helping someone else. Super frustrating. Now almost 40 min in, and I need to go. Said forget the back mats, I'll just do it at home. Nothing offered for not completing all paid service, and again no one there to help w the coupon I had. Will never do a full service wash here again. Maybe a quick exterior only if I was in a pinch...Brighton-I really miss you now. read more

Hello Fuller's, welcome to Naperville. You replaced the Brighton car wash which had been around since 1995 I think. I liked Brighton because you got out off your car and would walk though the interior of the car wash, watching my vehicle become cleaner and cleaner as it moved down the line. I then had an opportunity to browse a large assortment of air fresheners and other automotive accessories. While waiting for my vehicle to be towel dried by hand, I would grab a cup of complimentary coffee, which wasn't half bad. After a few minutes I would walk outside to claim my vehicle, hand a tip to whomever just dried off my car and wiped down the door jambs and I would drive off in a cleaner vehicle then what I came with. However Fullers, now you did it, I no longer have to get out of my car, and I no longer have an opportunity to look at the assortment of air fresheners and get that cup of coffee. You took that away from me. The premise around Fuller's is automation. As I drove up to the machine to select what type of wash I wanted, there was an employee available had I needed help, I didn't. I think I had the option to add a towel dry by hand for five dollars more, which I passed on. I might pass on coming back, I like Brighton better. The price they charged included a towel dry by hand, and coffee. read more

I've been through bad car washes over the years and this is not one. Great job on my F350. I took the inside an out, the $46 works. Expensive yes. But it's as close to detailed as your going get without leaving your vehicle for the day and spending triple. I'm a fan. read more

Be aware if you decide to use Fullers Carwash on 75th St. in Naperville. I took my wife's 3 month old vehicle there and while I was in the carwash her car rolled off the carwash track that moves your vehicle through the carwash and stopped and wouldn't move forward out of the carwash. The car behind me repeatedly rammed in the back of our vehicle, hit our bumper several times and damaged our rear bumper. While this was happening the manager Riley was in the office watching the monitors and never stopped the carwash. I luckily was able to pull out and went into the office to speak with Riley. He replayed the tape and saw what happened, and admitted to me it wasn't my fault, since he saw that I didn't step on the brake, or did nothing wrong. It was clearly their fault. He gave me the owners numbers and said they would contact me to discuss the incident. I waited a few days and never received a call and called Riley. He proceeds to tell me the owners reviewed the film and decided your vehicle must need an alignment and that's the reason if came off the track. I told him my vehicle was only a few months old with less then 2,000 miles on it and that not possible. After Riley the carwash manger admitting they were at blame, now he is backtracking and refuses to take responsibility. His answer was to have your insurance company call ours and fight it out, but he wouldn't give me the name of his insurance company. I've made several attempts to contact the owners and left messages and never heard back from them. Fullers Carwash Naperville is a dishonest company that doesn't care about their customer enough to even follow-up to discuss issues they admitted it was their fault. Don't support companies that treat their customers in this manner. My family, friend, colleagues, will all know how they treated us and we will never step in a Fuller's Carwash again in our lifetime. read more

Fuller's likes to promote it's "full" service. Sorry, but it seems to me that if you pay $15.00 to have your car washed, that should automatically include drying the car too. Just running it through the wash, and then not drying it really means your $15.00 didn't really buy you a clean car because the water left on the car will just dry and form water spots/marks on what was supposed to be a clean car. Also, If the blowers at the end of the line are powerful enough and in good working order they should remove 95% of the water from the car thus necessitating a very light towel drying by the attendant which should only take a couple of minutes. Consider also that the guy doing the drying is probably going to be getting a tip IF the drying is included in the price. Call me cheap, but I'm not going to shell out $15.00 for a wash, plus $5.00 more for drying which should be included, and then also give a tip. Do a good "full" service job and you'll deserve a tip too. read more

Certainly not worth the $4.99. Their location in Aurora on Ogden is only $3. Sign is deceptive, as the $ .99 isn't noticeable, why not just call it $5? All the other prices are a rounded up amount. I won't be visiting here again. read more

Not one employee wearing a mask during Covid, especially when they're cleaning the inside of the cars

This my to-go place for an inexpensive car wash. I recently had my car mats cleaned and some interior detailing and the techs did a great job. They were fast, efficient and thorough. The gentleman who assisted me in choosing a package was very helpful and nice as are the other staff members. I forgot my purse and it was put in a secured room until I could come back. This location seems to do a more thorough job than the others. read more

We waved that we were okay but he still rubber necked the machine, even though there was no issue. My husband just rolled up the window. I guess just wear a mask when purchasing a car wash. Here on 10/7 at 1:25pm. As I pulled in I see a usual friendly face. Rube wasq n has always been very helpful to me as I come through and extremely patient. Pulling up to the Car Wash was a whole different subject. I am sure I am not the only one who pulls up to it confused and struggling to get my tires right. I though I was O.K. Before I got yelled at my the older Caucasian male there today. He was wearing a squared shirt. He made me feel so awful about it. Perhaps someone should have been there as I got closer and closer. Instead there was no one until I already began to get on the little track. I am tempted to never come again except everyone else has been kind to my husband and I thus far and we have come many times. That man must watch how he speaks to people. read more

This Fullers location is clean, with new equipment, and fair pricing. I miss Brighton like others, but have gotten used to the Fullers model. Note that no one here wears a mask, and for some reason they feel it necessary to push the buttons on the kiosk for you. Kinda annoying (and unsafe). read more

Like everyone else I was a Brighton regular as it was convenient and a great value. Tried fullers a couple times and the first wash was great. For $32 it should be. The past 3 times it has been less than stellar. They barely vacuum or wipe any of the interior. For a full service wash go elsewhere. read more

I'd have given a greater review if the service was more consistent. I went the first week and found only the manager doing everything. It's a good thing too because the signage of services was either non existent of confusing. And the automatic kiosks didn't fully explain the process. So back again after the bad weather on 2/21, service was adequate except the kiosk malfunctioned again. Three days later, 2-24, with a dirtier car I found the menu of service inadequate; I didn't want the $39 wash, so I opted for the Works Wash. Shame on me for expecting the "works"! For $17, and another fight with the kiosk, I at least expected a towel dry and wiping of the mats. No, No. The honcho refused sending the crew elsewhere. I agree with Bridget Brighton was a better place, and Jason must work there. A good thing the better weather is coming, Ill do It myself and if necessary i'll be off to Delta, or better yet the $6 scrubbing next door at mobil! read more

Awesome job! They do an excellent job here. I was also a big fan of Brighton, but these guys were very attentive, professionAl, and thorough. Brighton did have coffee and cards, but really? I don't select a car wash for its greeting cards. At Fuller's you don't have to get out of the car. You go through, they dry it at the end, and off you go. read more
