Pay for a $12 wash and pulled up to go and there's a parking cone that sat there for about five minutes before somebody came out to move it and let me through. He didn't spray my car down or do a pre-rents. They just moved a cone I then proceeded to go through the wash, which seems pretty straightforward. I come out and had to do a full loop around the building to get over to the vacuums. I Pull Up to vacuum to clean out the inside of my car and it's just a piece of vacuum hose, plugged into a hall loosely sitting there. And then use one that I can tell is physically plugged in and it too does not work. by the third try, I found a working vacuum. I then went to look at the cleanliness of my car in the front and will take it was untouched. Filthy. Also, my rims on my car were completely dirty and untouched. I pulled back around and a nice young man was willing to give me a refund or wash it again. He did not see the problem with the quality of the wash that I received so I opted for the refund. I hate giving two stars but it bothers me that I still had dirt and bugs in the very front of my car. 3 Stars are for jobs completed, 4 for great service or food, 5 for all around enjoyment in its category. Given that I got buy one get one free for 22 bucks, maybe I should expect less. It struck me a little when I saw bugs still on the front, on the plate, and dirt in the grill. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm always willing to pay more for a job well done. They did hand dry everything and clean most of the big goo off my windshield. This car wash has better service and uses quality brushes compared to other car washes. The monthly wash deal here is definitely worth it, it's cost is the same as getting two car washes in a month. When I pulled up, I was taking my time looking at their options so I guess someone inside knew that I was a new customer and ran out to help me. The other customers were quickly running through the self station, so I'm assuming they had the monthly membership. They also have free vacuums on the west side of the building. Overall, it was an excellent car wash and it got all the dirty spots on my car. I got the $15 wash. Its upgrades are the tire shine, hot wax, rain repellant. I was kinda sad though that my tires weren't "shiny" because that's the main reason I upgraded. I am not sure what formula they used for that, as it didn't do a good job. It did clean my rims though because I saw some foam left over after i pulled out of the wash. (I uploaded a picture of you want to see). The vacuum's have excellent sucking power. They are above average and there is one on each side of your car. The monthly membership is worth it here. I would have gave them 5 if they "shined" my tires. read more

USE AT OWN RISK. On June 2nd, 2023, I went through Nascar car wash and their machine malfunctioned, propelling the car behind me into my car. Shortly afterwards, it happened to another set of cars. They admitted fault, but good luck getting them to answer your calls and emails to fix your car. Just go to another car wash, it's not worth the risk or hassle. read more

Used to be my favorite car wash. Now it's Poor maintenance, half their equipment is not working. Drying fan only one side, center cleaning brushes mostly missing, left brush spins very hard pushing the mirrors in, while the right side is ok. Beware, hopefully they will overhaul soon. So this car wash isn't perfect but the pros outweigh the cons. Note.. I don't work for any car wash. I'm just a dude that loves his car and has it damaged by another was in the area.... Delta Sonic. That being said, if you want a perfect wash with no risk of a damage, hand wash your car. That's the cold hard truth. If you don't want to hand wash it yourself, check out 1st Impressions Auto Salon near Rt.59 and Ogden. Javier does amazing work. He does a full detail twice a year for me! However of all automatic washes in the area this one night be the best of the bunch. Let's take a look... Pros: - They use a conveyor instead of a track with rails. So your rims and tires won't get damaged like at other major car washes. Bad news bears! cough *Delta Sonic* cough - They're cheaper than the other "Unlimited" car washes. - They don't use harsh prewash or soaps. According to the General Manager, the only place they Hydrofluoric acid is in their rim cleaner section. Last I checked Delta Sonic still uses it in their soaps and pretreatment. Ever wonder why the wax on your car is stripped and has white crusty streaks. And residue after Delta Sonic? That's why... - They don't overcharge for exterior add ons. You just get them included in your package or you don't get them. - Their rim cleaner is a Hydrofluoric acid based touchless high pressure cleaning. Which is totally fine. It's better than a machine that bumps into your tires. I'm looking at you Delta Sonic. Bad idea. - No annoying dudes drying after you exit the wash to half a$$ the drying process and leave swirls marks all your paint. While begging for tips. Sorry, I don't tip you to damage my car. Cons: - They aren't touchless.... but... They use a super light foam type spinny brushes that actually do a pretty good job cleaning but also don't screw up your car. But be sure to fold in your mirrors for safety. The manager actually showed me the replacements brushed from storage to ease my concerns. - They use an automatic tire shine machine. I'm not a fan of anything automated that gets close to the car. So it's not included in my package. Head on over and try it. The manager gave me a free $10 wash to try it out. When I was done I was sold. No more damage to my custom rims and no more white crusty streaks from the acidic soap! read more

I have been using this car wash for years and they truly have some great deals and decent carwash overall. However, management is basically unexciting. The place just runs itself. Phone messages are never answered not even worth calling them, in person they are also far from competent. No offense to all young people working there, seems like most of them are kids really but they do need some management changes. Very frustrating to have to go in every time you need your monthly pass cancelled after calling number of times. Or your pass not working and no one can figure out why. Not worth the frustration if you ask me. I'd rather pay more but deal with reliable customer service. read more

This place sucks. The talked me into the $24.99 unlimited monthly wash pass. The past three times I have attempted to use the wash it was out of service or down for maintenance...so much for unlimited washes. Most of their "Free" vacuums don't work very well, I would say their vacuums suck but a vacuum that sucks would actually be a good thing, right? I am now waiting for a refund for my last month which has still not showed up in my account yet. Stay away from this place and definitely do not get suckered into the "unlimited" monthly pass scam like I did. read more

The strangest experience I have ever had at a car wash! It was fine at first. I drove up and a young lady greeted me & assisted me in purchasing a car wash. She said that the tire shine was currently out of order on their machine but that if I pulled around after driving through the wash that she would apply it manually. I entered the wash, and as I rode through saw that another car was placed EXTREMELY close to my rear bumper. It made me very nervous, and didn't allow me enough time to slowly drive out for my car to dry. My 9-year old son watched it all from the back seat. Ugh. I pulled around to where I was told to pull up. Another young lady was there, and I passed the information about the tire shine on to her. She told me to drive around a pickup and enter the bay. A gentleman directed me over an oil change pit - WHILE looking & talking to another gentleman. How is that safe?!! Then he asks me if I want an oil change. I again share the tire information. He asks me to wait and walks away. Then another fellow approaches & asks me about my tires. Did he think I needed air? Oh my goodness, I had already been sitting there for 5-minutes. Eventually I was told to keep waiting because one of the ladies would come & 'get to me'. Instead of waiting any longer, I left!!! Weird. So very weird. :( read more

Got my car washed here after it's been wearing the standard muddy snow stains for the past three months now. I wanted something quick and not too involved as a car cleaning spot. On whim I chose this place and was impressed. I got my tires and car cleaned for $18; then I drove around to the self serving vacuums where you can vacuum your car yourself. Mind you this isn't the place you come to for detailed cleaning. Only if you want the exterior of your car to be moderately acceptable on the roads and if you want to quickly vacuum some crumbs out of the seats of your car. Good for the price. read more

This place is great. It's easy to use, and if you are terrible at using kiosks there's always a friendly teenager to help you figure out how to pay for the car wash. Some tips for the noobs: roll up your windows. I like this specific car wash because it sprays multicolored foam at your car as you're going through the tract: red, blue, and yellow. I sit in the car and scream with my kids and pretend that we are being attacked by clowns. read more

Went here today to get my car washed after the snow. There were cars in front and behind me and I got my receipt and everything. There was no soap no water and no heater used on my car. Literally nothing happened. I still had snow all over it when I came out. I was in a hurry and couldn't go back to speak to someone. Waste of $5. read more

I like the conveyor belt system. Easy pay options and a friendly staff. It seems like a thorough wash although the brushes seem to slap a little hard. It was quick enough and not to quick at the same time. The exit is a little tricky I wish they would have built that better. read more

Do not go here if you want terrible service. I pulled my car in for a car wash the ladies instruct me to pull up and put my car in neutral and as soon as i pulled in and put my car in neutral the mechanism started pulling me jn forward. None of the equipment was working as i being pushed forward with nothing occuring. After sitting in my car honking for a couple of minutes a lady came out told me that it was my fault that my car wasnt on neutral when it clearly was in neutral the entire time. Do not blame your customers for faulty equipment. She told me to reverse out of there even though i could have just gone forward. Reversing caused my side mirrors to bend hutting the mechasims on the side. I demanded a refund and they did not even apolgize for the their faulty equipment. Do not got here if you want terrible service and want your car to be damaged by careless behavior. read more

My first time going for car service, this is a neighborhood gem. They greet you when you come in and always explain what they will be doing. I only used the car wash service but went for my first oil change there and Tim the GM came out spoke with me and even honored the coupon from the other car wash oil change down the road.
