Super delicious and authentic Thai food served here! FRESH FRESH FRESH quality ingredients are selected to compose a symphony of flavors, textures and umami! We appreciate the attention and friendly service from solo owner and operator Pam! She sparkles with enthusiasm and attentiveness! You know she takes great pleasure and pride in serving us her cuisine. We will be back again and again!

Message from the owner to a three year old review. Owner is still harassing me. Bad service doesn't go unnoticed.
    Kirsten L.

(7/22/17) Went here and the food wasn't good at all. The calamari was leather and they gave me horrible attitudes when I refused to pay for something completely inedible. I paid for all but the calamari even though it was all very disappointing. (10/30/17) UPDATE Seems someone that we can only assume as the owner "Maysee?" is offended by my honest and accurate review. I received a message today, one simple word from her "bullsh*t". And I must say that I agree, that is a great adjective we can use to describe the level (and attitude) of service and the quality of what they call food. Would not feed this stuff to an animal. If there were an option I would give this place a -5 star rating. It was and still is the worst dining experience I have had. This establishment is a huge let down, save yourself the issues and head over to Siam Spice or go to Woodland and eat at Mali Thai, both are phenomenal and the service is worlds better. (1/1/21) UPDATE It has been over three years since my review, also posted my original review to google. The owner is still harassing me about my review which only goes to show they are a shady place. This was a response to my review on Google tonight from the owner. Picture is attached. "Response from the owner 6 hours ago Some people in there life are not happy with anything ,hope there life turns around soon" It's safe to say the Maysee is the one unhappy with her life. Everytime I get a response I will update my review with that information.

Lunch special: Hot basil chicken. Not spicy at all, but the flavors were PERFECT!!! tastes like Thailand in the best possible way.

Great dining experience! Wonderful service. The lady in the kitchen obviously knows exactly what she's doing. All the dishes were perfect balanced. If you want traditional thai food come here. Lots of locals and kind staff. Hot basil chicken was a stand out dish. Might want to ask for EXTRA spicy if that's what you're looking for. Thai tea was a little too sweet, but such a small thing. I'm excited to come back to try more of the menu!

Longview is in dire need of a tru Thai restaurant and I think we may now have it. Started with Fresh Shrimp Roll and Chicken Satay with a spicy peanut sauce. Both were very good and fresh and peanut sauce was spicier than most which was perfect! Finished with a spicy beef salad that was seasoned very nice but could have had more beef. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Chef in back came out to our table to check out satisfaction with her work. Not in a location I would have found without Yelp but I will go back!

The best little hole in the wall with the most unbelievably delicious Thai food I've ever had. I am a Portland Native who absolutely adores Thai food and I found it a few blocks down in a location I kind of honestly didn't expect to be all that great, but I was proved wrong! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a very lovely waitress and as I went during lunch, I was fortunate enough to meet the kindest cook in the world. Everything about my visit was amazing, with the food I savored each bite and its heavenly flavor. For my beverage I ordered a Thai Iced Tea and it was sweet and tasty, better than a lot of the places I've found in Portland and they don't fill their drinks up to the brim with ice. This place is affordable, everything was incredible, staff, food and I really enjoyed the interior and how clean the place is. I plan on going back all the time, this little spot is my favorite secret spot. Don't miss checking out this place based on its appearance from the outside, because you'll be very happy once you step into this magical oasis that takes you away from Longview and teleports your taste buds to Thailand. For lunch, I went with: Thai Iced Tea- YUM. 2nd best I've had in my 27 years of existing, its legit. Would be cool if bobas were an option, I'd pay extra. $2.50 Egg Rolls - The sauce that comes with four egg rolls is so yummy!!!! I felt like Homer Simpson when he drools thinking about delicious food. They weren't overdone an had the perfect crunch. (Insert drool emoji here) $4.95 Yellow Curry w/ chicken - Can I say OOF SO GOOD, I'm not the biggest fan of curry, but I kept moaning like Sally from when Harry Met Sally in that restaurant scene, it was so delicious. It came with a salad with a delightful dressing, fried wonton, white rice and the curry. $7.95 (lunch special) P.S. I still have leftovers because the serving size is more than enough and the food is very filling.

Really love this place, my favorite place to get Thai fried rice. Some of the dishes are a little light on the meat though.

Great thai food in a thai food desert of a county. The only consistently good thai we've found since we moved to Longview 1 year ago.

Parking (mid-week) was easy on the street and we only had to walk half of a block. The location is easy to find. We walked in shortly after opening, and though there was already a table seated, it was eerily quiet. There is no music or ambiance, which is odd with the high ceilings and open concept of the layout. We were greeted and sat near the window (which we requested, preferring to sit near the light, as the inside the sort of dark) and we sat for a while before they visited our table and asked for our drink order. Once ordered, the drinks came relatively quickly. We also ordered the coconut shrimp, which was probably the best dish that we had here. We sat near the front window for the natural light, as it was a lovely day. The food took an inordinately long time to come out and there is no music or anything else, so it was very awkward and quiet. Once our food came, we had a very hard time enjoying it because there was 6-7 flies buzzing around us and trying to land on our food. It was very distracting and frustrating. What we did eat was sort of bland and the rice was sort of dry... tasted a bit like it had been reheated in a microwave. 2 stars because the young woman who served us was very nice and the Thai iced tea we had was delicious in addition to the shrimp. We won't go out of our way to eat here again. Hopefully they get the fly issue under control.

Long enough to try just about everything and some things I'd wished I hadn't! (My hubby was in his realm & I'm the squeamish one!) Sushi Sakura has done an amazing job in offering so many choices for just about any pallet. Everything is beautifully presented in typical Japanese fashion. I'm partial to Bento Boxes because of the variety in them and they're so stinkin' cute. And their Sushi ROLLS! We got the biggest kick out of the names of some of them: Miso Sexy Roll, the AK47, Godzilla Roll, just to name a few! The dining room is huge with lots of seating. The decor is a little spartan, but that is also somewhat typical Japanese. They keep things very clean, uncluttered and simple. I've got to try one of their noodle bowls next, now that it's winter!
