Last year, I…read morevisited to grab a bottle of wine from one of my favorite rock 'n' rollers' brand, and the store had it in stock. This year, I called ahead to ask about wine and beverage cups, and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a real, live person who not only confirmed they had what I was looking for but also told me exactly which aisle it was in. It's refreshing to get that kind of personal touch, especially in a place that might seem like just another big-box store. Located on the south side of West Towne Mall, it's easy to find, well-stocked, and the service goes above and beyond. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Total Wine & More really does a good job providing a wide array of products for a great price. I've been here several times and never leave disappointed (except for one thing that I'll mention later). Their employees know their products and can make smart recommendations based on what you're looking for. Samples? Yes please! At one visit, an employee pointed out a good whiskey that he thought I'd like. Lo and behold, it was one of the samples, so I was able to "try before I buy". I like that. On another visit, I was lured into a back room for a tequila tasting. Not liking, I tried to decline, but was convinced to give them a try - and I was not disappointed. Also, I like how at the front of the store they have racks of "airplane bottles" - small "samplers" that you can buy to try out various products. Again - I like this idea. It was a way for me to try peanut butter whiskey without sinking too much into a larger bottle... So yeah - they're the big guy on the block, but I like the service they provide, and the deals that I get. I would LOVE it if they were able to track down a bottle of Thomas Tew rum. This is a personal goal of mine (I have my reasons), but I understand they are a small brand only found on the east coast. Someday...

It's the perfect place to spend a relaxed afternoon -- good beer, friendly staff, and a laid-back vibe that's never too crowded. The space itself is great -- high ceilings, big windows that let in tons of natural light, and a nice open layout. The outdoor patio overlooking the pond is especially beautiful when the weather's nice. It's also dog-friendly, which we love! Our pup is always happy to come along, and we even picked up one of their dog toys from the merch area -- easily her new favorite. They've got some fun merch for humans too. The beer selection is solid, with something for everyone. We've really enjoyed the Lil Louie Lager and Badger Club Amber, and they always have a few rotating taps that keep things interesting. The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming every time we've visited. If there's one area for improvement, it's the atmosphere. The space itself is awesome, but it sometimes feels like it's missing a little energy I'd love to see more events, live music, or themed nights to bring the place to life. It has so much potential to be a real community hub. Overall, Wisconsin Brewing Company is absolutely worth checking out great beer, great staff, and a beautiful, dog-friendly spot to unwind. With just a little more happening in the space, it could easily be a five-star destination.

It was super nice. She gave us a few samples to try, and then we placed our order for a Vienna beer and one other. We took it outside because they were closing early because of the holiday. Inside was super cool with tables. You can see the brewing tanks outside was equally as impressive with some patio tables and chairs as well as some chairs along the water and some outdoor games. I wish we had more time cause I would've loved to have tried some food and maybe some other beverages. Definitely will come back.

When I…read morepulled up to the window, the individual taking my order spoke fast but wasn't truly listening to my simple order and came off as indifferent. However, it was 7:00 AM so I did not think much of it. The latte came out first and it was great! Only took about 2-3 minutes and had the right amount cream. The sandwich was taking longer. At the 10 minute mark, the individual that took my order came back and asked "Did you order the bowl or the sandwich?" to which I was surprised but stated the sandwich. A few minutes later, the sandwich arrived. Unfortunately, they forgot to add both the chorizo I requested and the sauce they recommended adding to the sandwich. All that was in the sandwich was the egg and cheese. At that point, already running late for work because of the wait and the demeanor of the individual taking my order being less approachable than I would expect, I decided it wasn't worth requesting and waiting for them to correct my order. I think their staff may require additional training, possibly a better POS. However, the coffee was great and I see the potential there. Just avoid the drive thru.

We grabbed a table in the spacious bar/ restaurant section. The staff was friendly and helpful. I tried one of their many beers which was quite good. My wife ordered the carnitas burrito which was large and tasty. I opted for the chicken wings which were different since they were just coated in a rub and not in a sauce. I got the extra spicy rub with a side of the jalapeño dipping sauce. They were good though a bit small and I prefer ones coated in a sauce. The wings' price was very good at one dollar each. Most places charge way more for wings these days. It would be fun to stop here when the weather is nice to sit outside on their patio.
