They worked hard, moved quickly, and made everything easy on me from start to finish. What really stood out was how much they cared about making sure I had a good experience. They even got me into a nicer car than I was expecting, which was a great surprise. Really appreciate the level of service here. Highly recommend this team if you're renting in the area.

    Never do business at this Hertz…read more -When arriving for my reservation the 1st thing that was said is "I thought we moved your reservation to another location", but it wasn't. -Next they said they don't have a car for me & that their manager called me to let them know, but they hadn't. -Got the employee's name, the manager's biz card, & told them I was stepping outside to call customer support while waiting for a car. Not a minute late, they suddenly had a car for me that they were "holding" it aside for an account. Not "reserved", "holding" basically just in case. -I reserved a Mid-Size SUV, they gave me a Compact SUV (Chevy Trax). When I asked if that was at or above the class I reserved, they said it was a free upgrade & quoted $200 more total if they charged me the correct price for the car they gave me. -My reservation was for 6-days at $186, they changed it to $212 on the contract for my "free upgrade" without saying anything. Especially ironic since they gave me a lower class car that should have led to them lowering the price of my rental. -When returning the car, a customer in front of me was picking up his reservation & a different employee told them, "I thought we moved your reservation to another location". Clearly a shared & dishonest practice among staff when not able to fulfill reservations. -It was really busy so that same employee announced "Anyone who's returning can just drop the keys w/ me & you'll get an emailed receipt", so I did that. Unfortunately they didn't close my rental out til 3 day later so I was over charged. Plus they added a late fee. -After 2 hrs of hold time & conversation with their support team, they finally agreed to refund me the overages & lower the price of the rental since I was actually downgraded from my reservation, not given a free upgrade. How can one rental experience include this much dishonesty & mistakes made by staff? Cause it's this location's brand. It's what they do, it's their operational standard & culture.

    Needed to get a rental car for a couple of days while mine was in the shop. Very easy reservation…read moreprocess and pick up process. The return process was also very easy. All in all hustle free and if I find myself needing a rental again, would definitely come back to the location. The price for a rental was also extremely reasonable better than a lot of other companies. I did not need it, but saw they also do offer shuttle service to the airport which is a nice feature to have if you were flying in or out of town

Realizing I would need a car, I immediately began looking for a rental. Since it was Sunday afternoon, many places were already closed. I found Stop-N-Go Rent-A-Car and booked a vehicle online after seeing their reasonable prices. I called to confirm the reservation, and Ben, the owner, verified everything and honored the quoted price. I arrived shortly before closing, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but Ben was incredibly kind and accommodating from the start. I rented the car from Sunday, 4/19 through Saturday, 4/25. Throughout the entire process, Ben was honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He truly went above and beyond and was a lifesaver during a difficult week. When I returned the car with my daughter and planned to Uber home, Ben kindly offered to drive us instead. My daughter had recently fractured her foot and was limited in mobility, so his kindness meant even more. He has a very humble, fatherly presence and made a stressful situation much easier. I would highly recommend Stop-N-Go Rent-A-Car to anyone in need of a rental car, and I will be referring others to Ben. I'm very grateful for the kindness and exceptional service he showed me and my family. If I could give him ten stars, I would. Such a wonderful, ethical and amazing business. Thank you!
