    Rented an RV cruise America from here and everything was very smooth! Juan was exceptional. He explained everything needed for the RV, from the smallest detail to the big stuff. I recommend this place over any cruise America location in the area. The RV was so clean. Value was great. Don't hesitate to come here for an RV rental.

    I rented an RV (Cruise America) from Juan Ceja. First of all, he is a super nice and honest dude. He helped me through the contract, and was extremely detail oriented. He also helped me with suggesting RV camp sites for my journey. Juan and his staff are pro's, and I will definitely be doing business with him again as well as recommending his business to all my friends. Keep up the good work Juan!

    Worst Penske I've ever been to. Manager Juan was trying to nickel and dime me for everything. Showed up 30 mins past time and he charged me 2 HOURS!!! Gas was filled and he tried to say it wasn't filled. If you want to get extra charged for everything go here. I took a picture of gas, so I can show you how full it is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PENSKE!!!

    We rented a Penske truck from them to move some items the truck was in good shape and ready when promised the people who work here were nice as well as very helpful during our time here. If the time comes to rent another truck I'd pick it up here again as the location wasn't to far off the 55! We got a good deal from Penske.com on our rental truck so try that to save some cash as well as showing your AAA card! Safe travels moves drives or whatever driving activities you May partake in!

    Everyone at the rental office was great, we got explained how the RV works along with how to fill, charge drive and dump the RV. The RV itself was clean and felt sanitary. Anytime we called before and after we got the RV the staff at ABC Rent a Car was Egdar to help us with our questions. I would and did recommend them to my DDS smoky and friends.

    Had a great time in my cruise America RV. Would definitely rent from them again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    We had a great experience with Juan at ABC! Unfortunately, there was an issue with the RV we were supposed to rent and Juan did everything he could to assist us with still making our trip happen. He was understanding and empathetic and we came to an agreement we were both satisfied with. The RV was clean and ready for pickup and both the pickup and drop off process was easy and seamless. We've decided to make our camping trip an annual tradition and that'll include renting from Juan and ABC. He also offers car services as well for reasonable and competitive pricing to and from LAX if that service is needed. Thank you Juan for helping make our camping experience memorable!

This is what makes a car rental place stand out - their staff and the excellent service they provide. Needed a rental car for our LA/Disneyland trip. I booked through booking.com and got a good deal for 3 days. Upon arrival to SNA airport, Instructions were to call Green Motion (part of U Save) for shuttle pickup. Pickup area is at arrivals near banner 6. Dorothy picked us up and was very sweet! She gave recommendations and was very helpful on the 3 min ride across the street to Atrium hotel where Green Motion/U Save was located. She said the best gas station to fill up was at the nearby ARCO so it wasn't as expensive as the one next to the hotel. Checking in with Amir was very smooth and he gave us 10% off McDonald's coupons at the one near Disneyland. No issues with the Dodge Caravan. Checking out was also very smooth and they let us leave our luggage in the front desk area while we ate lunch around the area. When we got dropped off, I accidentally left my phone in the shuttle and after calling Green Motion back, Amir actually came back to give it to me! Wow I was SO grateful to him for that. He's also super nice and helpful. Thank you Green Motion/U Save (& Amir and Dorothy) for making our can rental experience convenient and easy!

I reserved a moving van and when I came in they wanted me to provide the first and last name and personal phone number of a friend or family member. Totally inappropriate especially in this day and age of identity theft and fraud. The owner told me it's Uhaul policy but I can UPGRADE for a larger fee to a bigger truck and they won't have to call a friend or family! So if I spend more money, THEN there's no need for a phone call. So it really is all about the money. He was trying to tell me the vans are more stolen. Like how ignorant and moronic is that. If ANYONE was planning to steal one of these vehicles wouldn't they just have a buddy say "hey I'm gong to steal a Uhaul van I'm gonna give them your number and fake name. When they call you verify me and say I'm a standup guy!" Lol. Like wtf. Seriously. That's your security theft prevention! ROFL. You don't have to be an electrical engineer to figure that one out. I had this big truck for one small sofa I had to move lol. I had no problems with the truck. It ran nice and smooth. The gas was off when I got in. The contract said it was half a tank when it was only 3/8. Make sure to check your gauges and mileage as it seems they be pulling fast ones at this Uhaul location. I know inflation is real and things are more expensive but come on let's be honest in our dealings and start exercising more honest business practices and stop asking your customers to provide the personal information of their friends and family.

If management is going to be strict and demanding with customers, shouldn't they be equally diligent about maintaining the facility? How do you collect hundreds of dollars every month from tenants, yet make it difficult for them to access, organize, and retrieve their own belongings? The real issue isn't the policy--it's the lack of communication, professionalism, compassion, and basic customer service. My favorite part of this entire experience was being sent multiple emails, and paper given a copy of documents and within 1pm-ish to 1:50-ish essentially being told: "Here's the paperwork. You have 30 minutes. Go." Then later being told: "Well, you sat down." SIR/Lady ... whatever you identify as... --I,sat down because I was trying to read the paperwork YOU just handed me along with the 3 emails lmfao I also have documented back issues that require me to sit periodically. Standing for extended periods while simultaneously trying to review notices, take notes, advocate for myself, coordinate transportation, locate business supplies, and pack a 10x20 storage unit is not exactly a reasonable expectation. What exactly was I supposed to do? Read legal notices. Process multiple emails. Take notes. Pack an entire storage unit. Locate business inventory. Coordinate transportation. Advocate for myself. Manage a disability. And somehow clone myself? And now cancel meetings! All within 30 minutes? At some point I wasn't "sitting down." I was trying to understand the instructions being given to me while being rushed through them. Apparently reading the paperwork was the wrong answer. Maybe next time I'll bring three assistants, a forklift, an attorney, and a time machine. Management appears far more concerned with enforcing rules than providing the service customers are actually paying for. Communication was poor. Compassion was absent. Professionalism was lacking. I'm sure the company's founder never envisioned customers being treated this way. The signage is misleading, the customer experience is frustrating, and the value provided does not match the price being charged. Consumers deserve transparency, professionalism, and reasonable access to the property they pay for every month. Take your money elsewhere. Modern-day robbery disguised as customer service. NO,stars. Tested my Gandhi and raised my cortisol levels and mental health along with trauma from the loud banding on the door given my severe Mental Health notice and disability.
