If you are in the area for lunch, and don't want to be stuck with fast food or Southern food that is too filling, then Mya's Noodle House isn't a bad option. It is a buffet, so you get your own food, but there is table service for drinks, and my waitress handled getting my water with no issues. The decor is minimal... this is really a hall designed to get people in, fed, and out again.
