After waiting an hour and a half, I checked on the progress and saw the tire hadn't even been touched. When I asked what was going on, they made up an excuse that "the tire thread was too little" when they are racing tires with a thread wear of 100. That's something they could have told me immediately instead of letting me sit there for no reason. On top of the wasted time, I watched several concerning safety issues in the shop. Their lifting practices were careless, and at one point they had a mustang tilted sideways on the alignment rack. The entire experience showed a lack of communication, professionalism, and basic shop safety. I wouldn't trust them with any repairs after this, should've left much sooner.

I just bought the vehicle, I know nothing about it, I wanted a comprehensive check to know its condition. Toyota failed to give confidence in their competence so I called my buddy and he recommended I take it Les Schwab. I was going to go to Livermore Toyota. I went to Les Schwab and they offered me everything that I was prepared to pay for at Toyota as a complimentary service. They were willing to do so much for free that I refused to take free as a price point. I asked for an oil change- to which they still added a ton of free services. I'm not one for free, I believe free is never good quality. But when I went back to speak with the tech, they explained to me that I made a solid purchase and that the noise I'm hearing is a worn exhaust hanger- causing the exhaust to rattle against an aftermarket tow hitch. Thank you to Nate, the tall bald ginger Tech- badass dude. Mike the Tall honcho dude- he sent Anthony with me on a test drive who ultimately discovered that the issue wasn't in my suspension and potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars before I went apeshit tearing stuff apart to figure the noise out. I would recommend Les Schwab. Especially this Tracy location. An awesome group of individuals that make an amazing team, Fuckin thank you guys. Today I came in because my car was leaking oil. I had made an appointment at the local dealership but then realized that I should drop by Les Schwab first. After explaining that my car was leaking oil but before I could even ask, Mike asked me "So do you want us to check it out for you?" After replying yes that would be great, Mike informed me that it would be zero charge. They quickly had my car up and checking it out. Mike updated me that it was a bad oil plug, that they had already ordered it, told me it would be there soon and they would have it fixed shortly. AWESOME!! It makes me wonder if the dealership would have been as honest and quick. I know definitely not as inexpensive! I tried calling their phone and no one is answering. Maybe they had a company day off of some sort but definitely not mentioned on their door. This is too bad cause I love Tire Choice Auto Service center back at home. I hope they fix this in the future Update: they opened at 8am. I was parked at their parking lot when the person who had the key arrived. He came to my side of the car and said hello. Coming in I loved seeing how they arranged the tires as their decor. They offer free wi-fi and password is displayed where everyone can see it. Person in the front was the same person who greeted me in the parking lot. He had the biggest smile and this is what changed my mind about this business. I told him what I needed and he instructed me to wait in my car until the garage door opens and I can just drive to it. I waited in my car and waited for them to finish setting up. They gave me a friendly service just like folks back home did. I asked if I owe them anything they replied "air is free. Talked to Greg. Told him brakes are squeaking and AC control knob is not working properly. He took it in. Was promised same day service. That was Thursday. Got my vehicle on Saturday. Brakes were all done but he decided to recharge the AC after u had told him speed 1,2,3 don't turn on, 4 goes on high. He still decided to recharge the AC. After I tried the AC still have the same problem control knob still doesnt work. Went back inside to talk to him and he just started to raise his voice and start yelling at me . I work for a company that has a lot of vehicles. He just lost a big customer. I would not recommend this place at all. They suck. They charged over $1800 and the AC is still not working properly. If I could I would give no stars.
