My wife got her eyes examined here recently and is extremely happy with the lenses from her new prescription. I don't wear glasses or contacts, but I decided I should get an eye exam and got my first one ever from Custom Eyes today. Unfortunately, I experienced a vasovagal response after a tonometry test which involved contact with my eyeball. This resulted in me being light-headed, dizzy, and weak for several minutes. Dr. Thieu was helpful and accommodating in light of my unforeseen reaction - she brought me a drink, reclined my chair, and gave me time to recover. I've since read that a vasovagal response can be triggered by pressing on certain places in the eye, and that I may have been dehydrated from walking to the office in the heat which made me more susceptible. Despite this issue, I was very happy with Dr. Thieu compared to other specialists I've been to, and I recommend Custom Eyes to those looking for an office to get their eye exams.

Dr. Thieu is a warm, friendly and extremely competent doctor who immediately puts patients at ease with her easy smile. Thorough and knowledgeable, Dr. Thieu makes sure nothing is overlooked. She goes out of her way to help patients understand their conditions. She also helps them navigate the challenges of their insurance coverage to make sure that they get the best of care for a fair price. Her Chalfont office is beautifully designed and very welcoming, with plenty of parking. There a gorgeous selection of great frames, and Dr. Thieu is very helpful in finding the frames that are JUST right.

Dr. Yannelli is extremely professional, smart and friendly. Her staff are also very pleasant and the office itself is cute with a good selection of eyeglass frames. They are very honest. No one tried to pressure me into pricey frames and they gladly offered to give me my written prescription in case I wanted to shop elsewhere for frames or contact lenses (I bought both through them but just the fact they willingly offered the prescription showed their honesty). My two kids and I had routine eye exams and we ordered new frames and lenses and two of us ordered contact lenses. Everything went great and we got exactly what we wanted. During another visit, Dr. Yannelli took care of my eye infection and everything turned out great.
