Avoid purchasing your eyewear here. Terrible service, management inexperience and certainly not very attentive to one's needs or concerns.

He was very rude and told me I could not come inside to have a look at the variety of frames on display because I did not have a prescription. He didn't even bother to ask me if I have a prescription. I then responded and said I'm only looking around for new frames, why can't I come inside to have a look at the frames on display. Dr. Hashemi's response was don't worry about it. This is in reply to Lois N. After reviewing Dr. Hashemi's professional history from his Eyeclinic Medical practice in Lewisville, Tx, Dr. Hashemi may be the best eyeclinic around, but he is definitely not a kind and gentle man. Sorry to disappoint you. This is in reply to sharleen S. Dr. Hashemi may be very informative as a medical professional and have the greatest customer service at his office, but he is not as wonderful as a person. This is in reply to Makenna D. Dr. Hashemi may be very knowledgeable, but he sure has an issue with knowing kindness. This is in reply to Marcas R. Dr. Hashemi may be an excellent professional, thorough and genuinely attentive, but the bottom line is with all his tenure, and aquired training and education from Schools of Technology and Medical Universities, what he should have specialised in is Moral conciousness and Ethical behavior.

I left feeling confident in both the care I received and the accuracy of my prescription. Unfortunately, things took a sharp turn when it came time to pick up and adjust my new glasses. The staff member assisting me clearly lacked the training or experience needed. During the adjustment, she mishandled the frames so badly that she ruined a $1000 pair of glasses. It was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, the lenses themselves are flawed. When I wear them, my computer monitors appear trapezoidal instead of square, making them essentially unusable. I had already signed off on the glasses before the adjustment and only noticed the issue with the lenses once I got home. Now I'm stuck with $1800 worth of eyewear that doesn't work for me. Bottom line: Dr. Hashemi is an outstanding optometrist, and I would highly recommend him for eye exams and medical care. But if you need glasses, take your prescription elsewhere--you'll save yourself a lot of frustration and expense.

The Doctor explained why what was offered as an option to me at Tylock-George was not something she recommended. Plus. she explained to me that I have the beginning of cataracts. This meant that any money spent on laser surgery was money wasted. So, I decided to get the eyeglasses, which are the best I have ever gotten, with no setbacks whatsoever.

What a rip off - took us 5 mins to go through 3 machine to check and 3 mins for the doctor and made them around 200 bucks!
