Dr…read more Schutte continues to have excellent bedside manner and was able to alleviate my concerns and answer additional questions that I had since my last appointment last year. I ordered new custom glasses (down to the lenses, frames, and colors!) and I'm pleased with how they came out! Even though I have pretty bad vision, the lab was able to make the lenses as thin as possible. When I came in to pick them up, Dr. Bieber assisted me with my fitting and adjustments and made sure that I was comfortable in them. I also ordered another year's worth of contacts and they were shipped right to my home which was super convenient. I made an appointment for my husband for his annual eye exam and he also had a positive experience. He even bought two pairs of glasses which both came within a week! We look forward to coming here yearly to get our eyes checked!

When I gave myself a gnarly corneal abrasion causing terrible discomfort, my wife (who is a patient…read morehere) told me I should give them a call to have it checked out. Thankfully they were able to fit me in that same day and I saw Dr. Vinh, who diagnosed my abrasion and immediately alleviated my discomfort with numbing drops and a contact lens bandage over my cornea, prescribing me antibiotic drops to take to prevent an eye infection. Long story short I leaned the very hard way that I am allergic to a specific type of antibiotic eye drop (which for the record Dr. Vinh said was quite rare) and my eye swelled up and became badly inflamed overnight, causing me to return the next day and see Dr. Perry, who took great care of me and gave me steroid drops to bring down the inflammation. A day later and my eye was as good as new, and I saw Dr. Vinh again who gave me a clean bill of health. Simply put, I could not have been in better hands than I was with NOVA Vision Center. The professionalism and care that I experienced from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors was second to none. These folks are good at what they do, they truly care about their patients, and it shows. I now look forward to making them my new eye care place in the future, hopefully next time under better circumstances! :)

I love this eye doctor! A friend of mine suggested that I go to Cosco to get my glasses. What a…read moremistake. After three months to trying to work it out at Cosco, I had one visit with this doctor and problem solved! I got both sun and regular glasses and the cost was not that much different. Most importantly, the eye exam was right on and only one trip to pick up my glasses. He's a good old fashioned Dr. that spends the time doing a thourough exam instead of just relying on machines. He was really good about explaining about different lenses, frames etc.

The service desk are so efficient, the optometrists have always been thorough and the remainder of the staff have always been professional, friendly and helpful. Now I have been going to them for YEARS. I don't know if these people don't manage their expectations or they just are just predisposed to being nasty when they don't get their way. The concern is consistency. Are they consistently helpful? Are they knowledgeable? Do they try to get the best possible price? Now every now and again, there may be misunderstandings, but they are few and far between and always, after clarification, it is usually something I did not understand OR I was having a bad day. People are very fickle in general and if you do not kowtow to every demand, they take to social media or write a nasty review. How would they feel if they were business owners?
