I had PanOptix placed in my eye Feb 7th, 2020. This lens did not work for me, I did have 20/20 vision, but the rings and halos ruined my night vision and I was in great distress. The surgeon that placed it in my eye would not remove it. I was running out of time as I was almost 5 months post op from PanOptix and this lens needed to get removed quickly if it were going to be successfully removed and replaced with a Crystalens. I began my search for a doctor that would replace the lens and give me back my beautiful night vision. Dr. Mahootchi listened to me, heard my despair and told me I didn't have to live like this and that he would do a lens exchange for me. Because I felt so confident in him through reading of his experience and all his wonderful reviews on many forums I decided to take the trip across the country, even during a pandemic and see him! This proved to be a great decision! He immediately set me at ease, I loved his entire staff as well! Surgery was completely successfulI I now have 20/20 in that eye with beautiful night vision! Back in December I was looking for an eye doctor office near my home and I came across Eyes. Daniel helped setup my appointment over the phone and explained any questions I had. Once I got there I was greeted by Daniel and he took me in one of the rooms to take an eye exam. Daniel is very calm and very patient, as he explained everything in great detail along the way. I have been wearing glasses my entire life so I wanted to try Contact Lenses for the first time. Shortly after Dr. Vo came in and explained everything to me regarding my eye exam and any questions I had about contact lenses. Dr. Vo was very patient in explaining everything to me about contacts, and she simply put the lenses in my eye so show me how painless this was going to be. Finally I walked around the store in search of a pair of new glasses as well, the store is very clean and well organised. Finally I got to meet Ellie who is probably one of the sweetest people I have met in my life. Ellie helped me in picking out my frame and explaining all the different options and add ons along with pricing as I do not have insurance. Their office was very understanding with the add ons I selected for my glasses. I have been back to this office another 2 times for additional testing on my eyes due to some concerns from Dr. Vo. When you walk in, there is a check-in process to put you in the queue for a sales assistant to help you. When I purchased glasses the first time, I waited maybe 10-15 min and browsed the different options throughout the store. The sales associate was helpful in helping me pick out glasses and gave an opinion along the way. No issue processing an out of network claim and they provided all the necessary paperwork. When I returned to pick up the glasses, the optician was helpful and properly adjusted my glasses. A few months later, the frame felt a bit off after a long trip abroad of throwing the glasses in a backpack (inside a case) and went in for an adjustment. I waited maybe 2 min in the same queue process and was helped immediately. The optician fixes the frame, balanced it properly and checked that it sat well on my face. I was happy and in and out of the store in 10-15 min. The store is clean and they've expanded their options and have a bigger sunglasses selection as well. Would definitely come back for new glasses when I need them...

Good afternoon…read more I've been going to True Eye Experts, even before you changed hands over 10 years. First New Tampa, and then Lutz. I've never had a bad experience, everyone is extremely pleasant and professional until now. First let me say that one of the techs in Lutz (red hair) is extremely rude, no customer service skills. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years. One of the first things I ever learned is, the customer is always right, even if they're not. You do not talk over a customer. You are there to listen. Not to be the person who thinks they are right. Now, with that being said, if the customer is irritated to begin with and not being rude, not cussing, however, I was being loud, you do not tell them you're are going to disengage. You stop, you listen, and reslolve. If you cannot resolve it, you stop, you listen, and let the customer finish, most especially when you have just broke a 350 dollar pair of sunglasses and with the lens that I purchased from your company, I had 750 dollars into these sunglasses, and then, she tells me that they are not responsible, and said they told me that. The tech that took my sunglasses to the back to adjust them. She never said anything about not being responsible for the glasses or else I never would have handed them to her, it was not even a thought in my head that she would break them. Now mind you, they are plastic lenses, Dolce Gabana. You do not try to bend plastic frames in which she did, and snapped them in half. My whole thought was she was going to go back there to soften the backs to fit securely on my ears. The tech that was so rude contacted me on Monday morning, and gave me 3 solutions...and...she again was talking over me. First solution - they can get the same glasses through their parent company and that worked, until she couldn't get the style I had. She asked me several times if I wanted the ones they found, not the ones I intially purchased. I told her no that wasn't going to work. I went out and purchased another pair yesterday. Just like the ones they broke, but they can't get a hold of them Second solution - I could purchase a frame from their selection. I said no, that wasn't going to work. Third solution - I could bring my lenses in that I purchased and relanquish them, and then they would refund me the money for the lenses. Please tell me in what world does that make sense? You refund me the money for the lenses that I bought, and then I have to turn around, and buy them back. If they give me the money back for my lenses, since I can't get the glasses that I initially bought, and I'll walk away satisfied.

We've been coming here for years! I just love Dr. Jennifer Stanley. She's so caring and patient…read morewith her patients. Even the office staff is friendly and you feel good coming here. My husband and I have been coming here for years and this is now where we bring our daughter. Jennifer has basically seen our family grow through the years. Easy entrance and exit, plenty of parking. You can make appointments online and even fill out your paperwork online before going to your appointment. Masks are required for exams however optional if you are not getting an exam. They are extremely good about sanitizing between patients with wiping down tables and exam equipment with each new patient.
