I like to make my own informed decision based on what a Dr tells me and this Dr is very arrogant. . I told him I was hesitant about getting the Xen stent at this time because I was going in for Mohs surgery the following week . He replied that my reasoning was BS and unless I followed his recommendation he would not have me as a patient ! Very unprofessional and condescending . I was completely taken aback and should have walked out at that stage . The only positive thing about this bad experience were the office staff who were friendly and nice . If you go there your going to spend about 2 hours for what should be a 15 minute visit, EVERY TIME YOU GO, and they will have you coming back for test after test after test, sometimes to do the same test over, (And you will pay the co pay again) and they want you back every month or so and the co payments add up. You go in and wait, wait, wait. Unbelievable!!! Don't go there unless you have a lot of time and a lot of money. I will be looking for more reliable eye care else ware. Also, You are not going to believe the cost of cataract surgery!!! You better have really good insurance! And I thought car salesmen were scammers after my money!

The nursing staff, anesthetist, front desk made the experience so much easier than I had imagined. The center is very new-looking and does not have a "hospital" smell. There is plenty of parking. I was impressed with the friendly efficiency, the clear-cut organization, the willingness to listen to me when I was advising about my brother, the concern and support for me during the experience, and the obvious joy they feel when they are doing their work to the best of their ability. They REALLY wanted my brother to see again; I felt very confident that my brother was getting the best care possible. Special shout-out to Jodie who wanted me to report on how my brother is recovering: he now can see me coming into a room and is much more involved in his surroundings. We still have the other cataract to remove, and I will be back to this wonderful facility. Maybe it doesn't have all the bells and whistles some other places have, but it does have a professional and caring staff that makes your concerns theirs. Well-done!!!
