Jen is excellent as far as customer service. However, they could only come out on Tuesdays -- when I was finally given a regular day -- which does not work for me because that is street cleaning day. I don't even have room for my own cars in my driveway. Do not hire these people if you want deep cleaning. They have one girl who is super awesome, but of course she only does parts of the house, not the whole job by herself. They give you a list, and they do not do everything the list says they will do. My stainless steel kitchen appliances looked pretty bad when they "cleaned them." If you open the doors to the fridge, they did not bother cleaning the inside of the doors. And everything looked smudged. They do not clean the stove as described in the list. In fact, there are many things that are not done as promised. My house is not a dirty house. I do swifters every other day -- wet and dry -- and I clean the toilets everyday. I have not had time to deep clean my house, so I thought it would be worth it to hire somebody so that things can be done with extra detail. They do more like "hotel" cleaning. Just tidy and okay to the eye. I think paying for that kind of cleaning is not worth it. I gave them four tries. On the first visit I was told, "It gets better each time we come." Isn't that why I had to pay the extra $89 the first time they came out??? Also, things are moved around and not put back the way they were. I should have called Jen and told her one of the ladies broke the water stopper to my bathroom sink, but my husband told me not to. It is old anyway. The point is, she should have said something. The ladies are super sweet and nice, but I cannot afford to pay $460 a month for "swifter" style cleaning. Yes, that one girl is awesome with the bathroom, but you do not always get the same people. And, again, you will still get somebody else doing the rest of the house; who does not do a very good job. Like another person on here indicated, the sinks are not done very good at all. I also could not believe when I saw one of the girls with a cloth cleaning around the toaster on the counter. Are you kidding??? It is not heavy, so I do not understand not moving it and cleaning under it. The chairs to the kitchen table were not moved around either. Also, they do not do windows. I don't expect the outside done, but they do not clean the inside of kitchen windows and sliding glass doors. I had also paid extra for the cabinets to get cleaned a little better, and that did not happen. In fact the same pancake batter I had splat by accident the morning they came was still there when they left. I had left it there on purpose to see they really do wipe the cabinets. I guess they don't. That day, I made up my mind not to have them come anymore. The thing that really gets to me is that my house was never dirty to begin with. It needed deep cleaning. There is a huge difference between making it livable and deep cleaning. I would also have to alway go over stuff that was not done right after they left. Again, super nice people, but smiles do not make the house sparkle. I wish it would have worked out. read more

They SUCK!! Girls on the phone constantly! My home is neat a clean. They only did the master bathroom, master bedroom and one other bedroom. They said they would come back the next week to finish. Forget about it! All of this has taken over a month to resolve and today I called with the threat of small claim court. Supposedly Jen is coming tomorrow to give me back a $100 dollars and the key to my house. I threatened if they did not, (because my front door locks are special and expensive ) that I would take them to small claims court. Asked for an email ( which I just received ) which states they are giving me a $ 100.00 dollar check and the key would be left at my front door. She is to ring my door bell and it should be all here by 5pm. Horrible experience! Don't EVEN consider this company! read more

Had to have my house cleaned to prepare for family visiting for the first time. It was a mess, especially the floors (a LOT of tile). Mylenia came on time with a crew of 4. They knocked out 2800 sf in about 2 hours! My tubs, mirrors, toilets & appliances were actually sparkling when they were done. I'd never seen my glass tables so clean! Great job. I called Mylenia cleaning very last minute because my other cleaning company decide to flake out on me. I called Mylenia cleaning yesterday at 4pm and they were able to shift their busy schedule to help me clean my house today at 3:30pm. Oh, did I mention they had to clean my house without water? They did a great job despite water was turned off and had only electricity. Can't thank them enough and highly recommend giving them a try. They're not cheap, but you get what you paid for. I used other cleaning service before and not only do they charge by the hour, but they only come with 1 or 2 cleaners (that's how they get you). Well, Mylenia is different, they don't charge by the hour. They charge by the project and comes with a crew of 5. Yes 5 cleaners!!! Great job and would use again. read more

I had the same exact experience as Rachel M below. The girls cleaned my house maybe four or five times at two-week intervals. They always came later than the window specified, which luckily for me is not a big deal because I'm retired and home anyway. But it was like pulling teeth to try to get them to clean the backsplashes and under the little appliances on the countertops. I had to make a fuss about cleaning the bathrooms properly before they started to do the things that were actually listed on their list. The girls who cleaned were really nice and seemed to want to do it right once I told them. But it gets exhausting having to go over the same things every two weeks. Then Jen came back to review the size of my house saying that it was taking the girls longer than they had allotted for. The result was a new quote almost double the price. I felt like that meeting was just going through the motions so that I would end the contract. The reason I went with them was because they did provide a list of standard cleaning tasks that they covered. But when they don't even follow their own list , that's a problem. I cannot recommend them. I feel completely betrayed that they increased the price simply because they had miscalculated at the start. I never asked them to do anything more than what was on their list. read more

Omg thank goodness I found these people! My apartment was a wreck. I messaged them asking if they had any available times on my only day off that week and they were able to come at my request. Jordan and Jenn showed up right on time and they were both very friendly. When they walked in, instead of being discouraged by the amount of mess or just flat out saying no, they assured me that they could take care of it. When they first got there you could barely see my carpet and when they left everything was spotless! I am very happy with their services and I will deff be making arrangements for consecutive cleanings with them! Jenn even vacuumed the couch, the only person I've ever known to do that is my mom lol. I hardly leave reviews but I need to this time. I was looking around for a cleaning crew to come clean our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and came across Mylenia. The First Lady that came out to do the quote was super nice and friendly and gave us a list of things they clean and things they pride themselves on. We just moved into this brand new house we were charged a deep cleaning fee for the first cleaning which the house really didn't need it but we were fine with it, we paid it anyway. They came out for the initial cleaning and did an amazing job! We just moved in and had box's from storage so the floor were really dusty but for the most part we keep our house clean. But still they did a great job! The 2 girls they sent to our house were very sweet and had very good customer service. So we were happy when the same 2 girls came back. Now here is when I get really frustrated because we pay for them to come clean the house. Second time around they were only here for what seemed like 25 min. They didn't clean the fridge, they didn't take out the trash, they didn't clean the back splash behind the stove, they didn't even wipe down our kitchen table. In the master bathroom they left water spots on the shower doors. And I'm going based off the list they provided to us at the walk through visit as to everything they are suppose to do when they come out. So I was really frustrated called the office and let them know. But I gave this company a second chance. And I really wish I didn't waste my money for the third cleaning and wish I spent my money on a company that prides themselves on the cleaning job they do. Second time around same thing only this time I watched them clean and it seemed like they were just going through the motions. And still forgot a handful of things they are suppose to do. And tell me why I had to ask them to clean the shower doors. I shouldn't have to stand there and watch them clean and remind them of things they have to do. If you are looking for a house cleaner maybe try and different company or if you do hire this company and you don't like the way the staff cleans ask for a different crew to be sent out. I just hope you don't get the two girls we got. read more
