Gave my clients an incomplete job which I tried to get her to finish upon what she promised for and she got hostile. The quote she sent originally included quite a few things and she made it clear that the quote was wrong? Besides that, the sellers of the home stated they paid for "All bedrooms. Ceiling fans, bathrooms, garage, kitchen cabinets, oven, base boards.". Hasina threw a fit when I quoted what the sellers paid for and said that she wouldn't do it unless we paid her more even thought it was already paid for by the sellers. Besides this whole interaction, my buyers reached out to her to ask her some questions about what she did end up cleaning in their new home and Hasina retaliated back with racial language and making fun of "their country". I've never seen any adult woman act like this ever, don't worry though. I'll be calling up all my escrow companies I've used and telling them about your "customer service" so they don't use you. I guess she didn't want to take accountability for her cleaning as the sellers paid for it, meaning she can do a bad job since it'll only affect the buyers. read more

The ladies made a worse of a mess than to begin with. They reused the same towel that they wipes the toilet and floors with to clean the counter top. The owner of the business is very rude and impolite and has 0 manners. Does not know how to text and id rather clean my own home than to hire this BS! Don't waste ur money and just clean it urself. I had never hired a cleaner before and so I was excited to give Hasina's company a try. I will say, Hasina is a very sweet lady and did try to apologize (which is why I gave 2 stars and not 1), but what I got from her business was unsatisfactory. First off, I assumed she would be cleaning my home with a group of ladies, which is what her photos show. I hired her for a deep cleaning which she quoted would take 4-5 hours with her group of cleaners. Well, on the day of my appointment, she showed up with just one other lady and two men. I was sort of thrown off by men coming to clean my home just because I feel that's something that she should've been up front about. But anyway, they got to cleaning at 9am and about an hour later Hasina herself needed to leave for appointments, which I was ok with, I didn't really have a choice. The 3 others were left in my main bedroom (which is where they started) and they were cleaning in there for 3 hours! I still had the whole rest of my 2600 sq ft home to be DEEP cleaned and so I started getting worried that they would end up being here all day! Mind you, I'm a clean person so not sure what took so long for one bedroom and bathroom. I tried to be appreciative that they were being so thorough but at the same time, she quoted me a 4-5 hour window AND I had company coming over! To wrap this up, they ended up taking 6-7 hours for my whole home and because they had spent so much time in my room, they missed a lot of things in the rest of the house that should've been cleaned either properly or at all, and I was left having to either go back over things they weren't thorough on or cleaning things that were complete skipped over. On top of it all, I was left with a broken jewelry tray, a messed up shower caddy (that she did return and fix) and a hole in our kitchen ceiling from a small leak we had prior but her cleaner somehow poked a hole in it and then tried to patch it! Hasina Cleaning Services did not live up to my expectiations. I am incredibly disappointed with them. They did a terrible job cleaning and when I confronted Hasina she immediately took that to offense and went off on me. She called me cheap when I told her I was not going to pay $150 more than what as already had agreed to. When I gave her the money she completely lost it and just started yelling at me then she threw the money on the floor and jolted out my front door. All I asked for was some good cleaning to be done and Hasina did the worse job anybody could do. I advise you, do not waste any time, effort, or money here. read more

My parents used Hasina Cleaning Services and asked me to post a review on their behalf (since they don't have or use Yelp). I found Hasina for them through yelp, that's how they even knew to tell me to post a review. Anyway, my mom is rather particular and expects a job well done, and believes in getting her money's worth. As you can imagine, she isn't often wowed, and after Hasina Cleaning Services finished cleaning their place, she immediately called me raving about their work and asking to please post a good review for them because she was beyond impressed by their strong work ethic, and their VERY thorough and detailed cleaning! She told me that they had cleaned areas of the house that she wouldn't have ever thought to clean, or been able to clean on her own. She went on to say that she wishes she had discovered them before and used their services, and she added that everyone should have this kind of cleaning service done- at minimum, once a year, but more if you can. Mom said she felt as though she was in a new home, and her spirits are lifted and she is SO enjoying the fruits of their labor. Cleaning service hired to clean residence through escrow. All items taken out of cabinets and thrown into multiple trash bags. I had pizza trash thrown in with all my important owners manuals. Also, $800 pool remote missing and never found. They were also supposed to show up on Friday evening and didn't (showed up Saturday morning instead). It's a huge house and cleaning service seemed to be okay but one bathroom's floor was not cleaned as the muddy footprints from my one year old from the night before were still present. They are the BEST!!! I was referred by a friend to call Hasina and I told her about my serious situation with my home. I called her on a Friday evening and told her that I desperately need someone to come to my house no later than Sunday. THE WORST CLEANING SERVICE! When Hasina and her crew came to my place for a deep cleaning, they did not help me at all. Quality Cleaning, Professional Staff, Affordable Rates. ALL COMPLETE LIES. 1). They used generic products! Seriously! Anybody could clean with that! We just wanted Quality Cleaning to be done! And when they were finished with the cleaning they left many places unclean and untouched. Talk about "quality". 2). The staff was NOT professional. One of Hasina's workers did not know how to clean properly so she had to show them how to do it, in front of me! That happened at least 10 times. And I am not exaggerating. 3). Hasina came to my house and quoted me and when she gave me the receipt it was much more than the quote! And she told me she charged me extra because of my attitude and because I embarrassed her in front of her workers when I was explaining to them that they were not doing a good job at cleaning. How are you going to charge a customer more money than what you promise? Before the cleaning she told me she would move things around my house to clean and then put it back after they were finished. But she did NONE of that! Holy Cow! She didn't even lift a finger, I had to do everything by myself! Fun Fact! On their website, Hasina said that she is passionate about her job. What I experienced, she is NOT passionate at all, she just bossed her workers around the entire time. Talk about being rude. On top of that, I guarantee you that she will do the exact opposite of what her company promises. And the worst part, she's only doing it for the money. She did a free walk through estimate, and was able to schedule an apt soon after, I liked that we didn't have to wait a long time to have our house cleaned, she gave us her availability and we were able to get them in 2 days. She has several ladies working for her and helps you find the best group to fit your needs. She's also very flexible with times and schedules. They've worked for me during weekdays and weekends. They are generally prompt and get the job done quickly and efficiently. There was one particular time one group of ladies came and in a rush forgot to clean the stove top. When i booked the appointment i was super excited to know i was dealing with a processional who has passion about her work like Hasina says in her video . When they arrived a group of 3 came into my house and Hasina explained to them what needed to be done before leaving she told me not to worry that they would do their best and i would be satisfy . I really disliked that one of her employee locked her self in my restroom with music on and was talking on the phone. I also notice that Hasina does not provide them with the right products 1)she gives them fabulous for the floor regarding if it is hard floor or wood floor 2) glass cleaner & furniture cleaner are from the 99 cent store 3)the towels seem to be way to dirty *talk about being professional when you can't even provide the right products Hasina needs to talk to her employee's not to tell the clients to put our pet's outside because the house has to much hair.
