Beware!! Jack did a tuneup on our mint condition Astro van…read more Charged us $700, overpriced, but we paid and thanked him. A few days later we started the van and it had zero oil pressure. We immediately shut it off and saw a huge puddle of oil under the van. He had left the old oil filter gasket under the new one, which resulted in an oil blow out. Jack came to us and replaced the filter and oil which we graciously thanked him for. Since then our engine has had a horrible knocking noise which was determined to be rod knock by another mechanic. We discovered Jack had also overfilled our oil this time by 2 quarts. We towed it in to Jacks only for him to attempt to say it's fine, just leave. We refused, and he finally agreed to look it over. A day later he said he could fix it by "thickening the oil" (that just hides the noise) I told him it needs an honest repair, not a bandaid. He refused, so we're towing the van out and initiating a lawsuit. Jack can talk a nice talk, but when push comes to shove, he will stab you in the back. Watch out for this shop

We called a few places, including the dealership, to see if someone could take a look and tell us what was wrong. These guys not only got us in, they were able to take a look at it within about 15min!!! They diagnosed a bent brake plate with a rock stuck in it (causing the screeching). I had to put tire on my Dodge Ram and was staying at the Moose lodge in La Pine, right across the street from the Gills Point S took it there to have it aligned. It was wondering a little so I told Evan. He explained that if they found something it would have to be fixed prior to the alignment. Which I know. They found needing immediate attention needed. Tiered drag link, tiered pitman arm, Alignment. Also Ball joints. And rear shocks. I was willing and wanted it fixed before I left the following Monday. Told them I was free Thursday morning or all day Friday. It was the first of the week. Tristen said he would get back to me. That was Monday morning Tuesday I called him because I haven't herded anything. He said he was waiting on the parts house to get back to him. Never heard another word from this shop. I hate Schwab but from now on I will trade with them when in that area. They have lossed my trust. I spend a lot of time over there. I know I will not recommend that shop. Aaron interfered in the sale of (his miss diagnostics) dead" vehicle that turned out to not be "dead". In the end, I made more money out of the sale of the "dead" vehicle, with full disclosure to new buyer. The person that bought the vehicle did a full inspection and spent less than $500 to fix it, and it is now running. Aaron was negligent and dismissive and his actions or lack of... he cost me and my family significant damages.
