    Ricotta and Guanciale
    Sam A.

Probably the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant in the area. Plenty of parking, great service, inviting interior, and a good date night spot for dinner. Ricotta and guanciale pizza was easily our favorite. Perfectly airy and chewy and yet somewhat crispy dough paired with the perfect amount of guanciale, ricotta, and green onion. Balsamico was so life - maybe a 3.5/5 for us although it seems to be the most popular pick. We tried the Leelanau Cheese Raclette and the Margherita last time, so we decided to switch it up. Goat cheese and crostini dip is so delicious. The bacon and the fig jam brings the sharpness of the goat cheese together. A hack might be to get the focaccia bread and pair it with the goat dip. Crostinis weren't anything special. Always a great experience at Myrth. Becoming a staple in Ada for me!

Yum!! A must go to in Ada. We heard about Myrth only 2 days prior from a picture of their pizza and knew we had to go ASAP. Appetizers- Focaccia was so delish. 3 different sauces- a dilly sauce, tomato sauce, and spicey oil. The bread was perfectly airy and good on its own. Meatballs- definitely order this! I've never described meatballs as light but we all said this. Pizzas- Tomato - a classic just sauce pizza. If you like sauce, you'll like this. Balsamico- the combo of pepperoni and olive is so good. Not as salty as you'd think Ricotta and guanciale - my favorite of the night. The hot honey really adds such a good flavor to this. Pastas- Baked penne- probably my favorite pasta of the night. I loved the crunchy baked pieces on top and the subtle sauce coated the penne really well Linguine- everyone else loved this but I did not try. It was made with shrimp and Calabrian chilis but not described as spicy Lumache- this was an accidental placement so the restaurant gave it to us for free and we are so ecstatic that we got to try it. This was a favorite of multiple people. The sun-dried tomato added a really yummy tang Desserts- Chocolate swirl ice cream (not pictured) really flavorful. Rich but not overly rich Michigan honey pie- it's so hard to describe how good this dessert is. We felt it was intense, soft, bold, and satisfying. It is like a pecan pie without pecans but better. Very worth trying.

Myrth is awesome! They got happy hour 1/2 off pizzas. These pizzas are gourmet. Chicken parm is to die for, not too heavy and tasty. We love Courtney and her sister. Both are very attentive, kind, and beautiful. They made the whole meal exceptionally enjoyable.

Myrth is a great spot for a date night. My partner took me here on our first date so we come here to celebrate any milestones in our relationship and it never disappoints. This time, they gave us free glasses of prosecco to celebrate! The food was great as always. My only complaint is that my potato gratin was a little undercooked but other than that everything was phenomenal.

We went to Myrth for a birthday and had a wonderful time! The food was excellent, Carsen's service was awesome and the atmosphere was great!! Plus, they had an awesome 80's playlist going :)

"Garlicky food. But tasty food. Nice service and a trendy ambiance." This was my first review of Myrth when I visited last year. After a date night last week, I knew I had to revisit and finish this draft.... Nestled in the heart of Ada village, Myrth fits right in. You are greeted by friendly host, and if you have reservations (which I highly recommend making) you get seated right away! With a clean and stylish interior, outdoor seating options (when it's nice), and perfectly weighted plates I'd argue the dining experience at Myrth was thought through very thoroughly. Parking is free, but if you come during a busy time (5-8pm Thursday-Saturday) plan to park far away. The menu changes a bit with the season, but has a lot of staple dishes pastas and pizzas. From last year to this year, all dishes highlighted the fresh ingredients. Even the drinks had fresh and home made ingredients like unique house syrups. Overall a solid 4/5 stars! The only reason I hesitate to give this space a 5 is because the prices are a bit high. That said, I will keep Myrth in my rotation of restaurants for special occasions.

Such a cute interior! Very stylish, with moody candle lighting. Perfect spot for a date night or girls night out!! The brussel sprouts were okay, a bit spicy and less crispy than I prefer. The focaccia was good, but the sauces that it came with really stole the show!! Our waitress was so helpful when giving recommendations. I absolutely loved my Golden Harvest drink (essentially a fall/winter marg) and the maitake mushroom pizza! It was so delicious, I'm glad I didn't cave and get pasta just for the sake of having pasta (which is originally what I was originally in the mood for). Wish they had a pesto dish! This was worth the 40 minute drive!

First time here and loved it! The interior of this restaurant is gorgeous! I love the aesthetic! Our server was incredibly friendly and kind! The wood fired pizzas were a hit with my friends and a couple of us got some of their fresh pasta! I also loved my honey and sea salt pie for dessert! Definitely check this place out if you're ever in the Ada area! Highly recommend!

We've been to Myrth many times and it's usually great. This time we got two pizzas to go and they were not so great. Very thin and skimpy on the ingredients. After paying extra for more basil, we were hard pressed to find the basil. Two skinny pizzas for $45? This place is normally a 4-5 star experience, but today it was a solid "nope."

First time to Myrth, a new addition to downtown Ada! Some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. Service was very accommodating for gluten and dairy free allergies and helped recommend a pizza that would be best for those limitations. The ricotta and guanciale pizza was unique but still tasted like a classic. Loved their red sauce!

The food was incredible and flavorful!!! It was a busier evening so we had to wait a bit for the host but the server was good! Overall would recommend! Loved the choice of design, modern but still a comfortable environment.

It was a hot day, but after work the patio was out of the sun, so we opted for a table outside. The patio is cute. I like that there are a bunch of 2 person tables rather than large party tables, and the lights are nice. Our server was very pleasant. She definitely knew what she was talking about and was able to tell us if something was going to be super sweet, and which drinks were more popular. Also, after she seated us and gave us the menu she gave us a few minutes and came back with waters and little samples of lavender lemonade, which was really good! I ordered the rosemary gin fizz, and my friend ordered one of the zero proof mocktails. She was warned it would be sweet, and she said it was definitely sweet for her taste. I was told my gin fizz was a little sweet as well, but I didn't find it to be overly sweet. I thought it was really nicely balanced, and wasn't excessive on any of the individual flavors. I was hoping for a little more of a salted rim, but it had more of a decorative salt patch on the side. That's the only thing I would probably change about it. Oh, and it's called a fizz, but is definitely still, not sparkling. While we weren't there to eat, and it is a distillery, not a restaurant, I did expect to see a few more food options. I can't knock them for that though, as we didn't try any. Overall, I would go back here for a quick happy hour or to have a quick drink again before an event. I liked the space, the service was great, and the cocktail was really pleasant.

The ambiance is chef's kiss and during the summer months I highly recommend sitting outside on the rooftop if the weather cooperates. The drinks were probably my favorite part of the experience. Everything we ordered was well made and the cocktail menu has plenty of options. The food was also very good. It's definitely a little pricier than some other spots, but the quality matches the price point. I ordered the shrimp and enjoyed it, but it packed a bit more heat than I was expecting. Unfortunately, we did have a badexperience during dinner. A random intoxicated guest came up to our table and touched my friend's face for absolutely no reason. It was rude, inappropriate, and completely uninvited. We were all pretty shocked and it definitely put a damper on the evening. What stood out to me was how the staff handled the situation. Our server was very apologetic, and the restaurant manager came over personally to check on us and apologize. She even comped my friend's drink, which I thought was incredibly kind and completely unnecessary but very much appreciated. At the end of the day, the actions of another guest were outside of the restaurant's control. What was in their control was how they responded, and I thought they handled the situation with professionalism and care. We visited not long after they went live in 2021. It was busy inside and the service was understandably slow. I got the "Homemade Chili", which was apparently made in a condemned home because it was barely room-temperature. I sent it back and had to press my case to get that bacterial culture of a dish taken off the bill. My "Garage Burger" had a bun that was so stale, it clanked when I hit it against my plate. My beleaguered waitress stared at me when I did this and asked, comically, "do you want a new bun?" Why yes, yes I do - preferably one that can't be sharpened into a prison shank, my dear. As the volume in the place progressively increased, I watched another family with younger kids struggle with similar food issues. The dad at that table looked at me knowingly with something akin to PTSD in his eyes and then he abruptly plunked down some cash and gathered his family up and walked out. I paid with a credit card, so it took me a bit longer, but we all left without finishing our meals. I'm not going to say that the food here is a crime against humanity, but I'm going to think it really hard.
