I am so happy to have discovered this local gem. This was our first time thanks to seeing them mentioned on Allendale Informed on FB. I saw they had gluten free pizza so I was intrigued but then a little sad when I saw they had a disclaimer. I decided to go in and investigate further. The staff was very knowledgeable about food allergies and assured me they cook the pizza on a separate, clean pan and use a separate pizza cutter. This was one of the best GF pizza crusts I have had! I asked to see the box and they told me they had just switched brands. It was so good. I also had the GF wings, oven baked. The server also told us they were famous for their ranch dressing and WOW she wasn't kidding. It was so good! We will definitely be coming back!! I found a new favorite place. Can't wait to try the other options but I'll always get a GF pizza. Oh and they also have a nice cider selection. read more

This is a local pizza and pub. I have had issues in the past with poor service and burnt food. Yesterday, I went back, to give them another shot. It did not go well. 1. Not enough wait staff for the crowd that was present 2. Waited 30 minutes for breadsticks. This has an open kitchen so you can see what is going on, I watched my sticks come out of the oven.....black. The waitress told us the delay was due to backed up kitchen., Ok.....whatever. The sticks we did get where very good......Which was good, because our meal was HORRIBLE 3. Food was delivered. I ordered the Tacos. They were cold....meat was not heated and the shells just came from the fridge. Terrible. Daughter ordered the wing basket. The fries where raw in the middle. Hubby ordered the Calzone. He opened it up and the middle was raw and the dough was not cooked. 4. Told waitress our concerns. Response was " huh that is weird" 5. Received 15% off the bill. Will i go there again. Nice small town pizza place. Good thinner crust, hand tossed pizza with quality toppings. 327 breadsticks are garlicky, buttery goodness. Some days they have a lunch buffet, but I prefer to order the pizza I really want. The hot and spicy and supreme pizzas are my favorites. I am a local and usually order take-out pizza from 327 Pizza and Pub 2-3 times a month. We dined in with the family on a Wednesday evening. The pizza was good. The owner came around and was personable. He brought out a new beer for my husband when a customer from another table complained that the beer was flat. Even though it wasn't very busy, the service was a little slow and had to ask for drink refills. We weren't in a hurry, so that didn't really matter to us. After we got home and my husband asked to look at the receipt, he noticed that we were overcharged for one of the pizzas by $4. When I called to verify the menu price, the employee stated that the prices changed, but the owner didn''t update the menu online nor on the restaurant menu yet. When I talked to the owner, he stated that I must have gotten an old menu, even though two of us had the "old" menu. The owner did not offer to give me a refund. We had a pretty enjoyable experience until that point, but they lost a loyal customer over $4 because of the lack of integrity of the owner. read more

We had an errand to run in Coopersville so decided to stop here for dinner. What a great place! I had tacos, husband had ham & cheese sub w/ outstandingly onion rings. Our granddaughter had spaghetti off the kids menu. Service was prompt and all our food was excellent. We topped off dinner with Luv Nuggets- like mini fresh cinnamon rolls. Delicious. Very, very poor management. Employees are obviously not trained properly. Owner is a Jack Ass. Had a pizza that was burned, owner tried to pawn it off on me, then finally made a new one without a "sorry" or anything. Inconsistent food. You never know what your food will look like. One time it's oblong, the next it's smaller than the size. Burned, or under cooked. Consistency is the key to a good restaurant. Ordered ham and mushroom pizza, I counted 5 mushrooms on a large pizza. Happens all the time. The positive reviews here must be friends and/or people that would eat anything put in front of them. Seems to be a free for all there. I have had enough. Will drive 15 miles for a pizza rather than go there again. Please don't waste your time. It's to bad to, they have great potential there. Not one of the top pizza's I've ever had. I ordered a meat pizza and it came fast and hot. very bland pizza. Crust had no flavor, meat was overly greasy and the sauce was more like a gordon food service ketchup than pizza sauce. Even the cheese was salty. Would have given only 1 star but the service staff was quick and friendly, they had a good beer selection and it was quiet enough to hold a conversation without yelling across the table, though I was there around 4pm mid-week so there were basically no other customers besides people picking up. read more

I had the a take out Pizza with Pepperoni and Double Mushroom. Initially they under cooked the hand tossed pizza and gave me too few mushrooms to count as double. I mentioned it to them and they corrected it. They put a proper sear on the pizza and added enough mushrooms to make me happy. The crust although it got probably a little crisper on the bottom than normal hand tossed due to the re-fire, was very good, a neutral flavor with a nice texture. I prefer a slightly sweet crust with a hand tossed, but this wasn't bad although when originally done I suspect it would have been too doughy so they should watch their cook times. They use a real pizza oven here, not a air impingement conveyor driven oven like the chain pizza places all use. That in itself makes for a better pizza, but it does demand the baker keep a sharp watch on the cook times. I thought the baker here opened and closed the oven too often, and left it open too long. My pizza was near the front and I could tell the first time it came out that it probably didn't get enough cook time. There were other like sized pizza's in for several minutes more. As for the pizza itself they used a fair, but not overly generous amount of cheese, very thin pepperoni, on the second attempt, the right number of mushrooms, and just the right amount of sauce. I don't think they sealed the crust with olive oil, but they should, it would have enhanced the effect The thin pepperoni I like, but some people would not be as pleased. My lone complaint on the ingredients is the sauce maker (assuming he/she tasted it) has a common chef's affliction which I call chronic salt tolerance. Extremely common in Italian food, the pizza sauce has too much salt added and the chef can't make a proper distinction on whats too much. Since a lot of other people eat too much salt, half the consumers don't notice this, but the ones that do tend to go elsewhere. I've seen this ruin some Italian restaurants in the past. Salt in a necessary seasoning, but you have to get it right, too much is bad, too little is bland. The good news here is it's not too bad yet, but I'd tell the sauce maker to limit his/her salt intake till his/her pallet returns to normal. I think it could use a bit more oregano as well. Overall, despite the issues, a better pizza than the chains, and the potential to be better with a little care. We waited over an hour to receive our food after waiting about 15 minutes for our existence to even be recognized. Even though two couples that came in and ordered after we did still got their food before us. I started to wonder if they even put our order in. At one point another server had gone up to the couple behind us and apologized for the wait because they only had two fryers. Which makes me wonder why one of the couples that came in after us that ordered mozzarella sticks still got their food within minutes. All we ordered was some nachos, a burger, and a kids pizza. The burger, by the way, does not come with any chips or fries and they don't even ask if you want to add them. We each had two drinks which had to wait about 10 to 20 minutes to get each time. However, another couple, that I can only assume are regulars because she mentioned "knowing his sign", had their bottles removed and replaced immediately. When we were getting our second drink, the girl had to come back two times to ask which one of the four beers on tap he wanted. And that was just my complaints on the service. The pizza was bland and cold until you got to the very middle where it was about room temperature. A frozen pizza would have been better. The bun on the olive burger felt like it was pulled out of the refrigerator and was only not cold because the kitchen was warm. I didn't try any of the nachos, but it looked like the meat was days old, refrigerated and heated in the microwave before being plopped on top of the cheapest tortilla chips you've ever seen in your life. Very nice and clean restaurant, the waitress got our drinks and took our order. The order was for 3 sandwiches. There we sit for twenty to twenty five minutes and no food. In that amount of time I saw at least eight to ten pizza's go out the door for take out! You can't tell me a pizza cooks faster than a sub sandwich!
