Not only were they exactly what I hoped them to be but they delivered them to ENUMCLAW! Red Balloon Company ROCKS! I bought them at 1pm and needed them next morning at 930am and was advise to pay extra. balloon price 7*2.25 = 15.75 helium 7*3.50 = 3.50 total should be 19.25 before taxes To get to $21 , it is like taxes first 5* 2.50 = 12.50 next 2 *2.25 = 5 helium = 3.50 The person gave me an extra balloon, nice gesture but due to confusing pricing will not be back. I am little sad was planning to use them for upcoming events. Also caphill is so hard to find parking, I was so scared of popping them just even walking 3 blocks. You will be surprised how many people, dogs, low roots and untrimmed shrubs and trees I had to avoid.

It fit comfortably about 11 round tables of 10 people with a nice size dance floor. Buffet was a Mediterranean feel, offering Vegetable Napolean, Baked chicken with mushrooms, salad, a Salmon dish, and a couple of other flavorful dishes. They had an open bar, which is nicely placed near the entrances to the venue. Bathrooms are nearby, well lit, and clean. The view was breath taking from the 8th floor. You can see the city and when the sun sets you have a gorgeous backdrop. The night view of city lights is just as beautiful! My only bummer was the parking. We found it difficult to find the entrance to the parking and the one entrance we did find, the security guard told us to go around. Not being specific about to where. So we street parked. Which in our favor was okay, it was free! Street lighting isn't very bright, but we managed.

Our group rented the Panoramic Room, a conference room; the first floor training room and used their catering service. They have conference rooms available. There is a catering kitchen. The staff is great and they have a security guard inside the main entrance. The catering company, FareStart, is a great program and their servers were very professional and efficient. There is a good amount of parking available for $5 per day. The North parking lot has a view too. The building was home to Amazon in its early days, so the tech, mechanical, seismic and security are current. Now it houses many non-profits and the event space rates for non-profits are half the commercial rates. Seattle traffic is fierce, but this spot is relatively easy to get to by surface streets. It can be and is used for weddings with up to about 300 occupancy standing ranging on down for seated arrangements - occupancy is on their website

Seriously, everyone at my wedding absolutely loved the photo booth, and my hard-to-impress brother even commented "that photo booth was excellent"! I worked with Michelle mostly, through having her for my 2020 wedding which was then later postponed, and making a custom graphic for our photo strip. She replies quickly and answers questions fully. The same weekend after my wedding was over, they emailed me a link to the wedding album which I was able to share with guests. This photo booth was definitely worth every penny for my big day.

We had a 100 person wedding there, and Lisa had told us that plugging in our ipod to their system would be sufficient. She turned it on and turned it loud and it seemed perfect, however it was a totally different story with all those people in there. I wish she would have disclosed that their system is really old, because renting speakers would have been an easy and cheap solution. As it was, the speakers kept shorting throughout the entire wedding- about 15-20 times throughout the night. Kind of a bummer. One other thing: Uptown allows you to bring your own booze, but you MUST GET A LIQUOR LICENSE FIRST. It's on the contract, it's clear, but I missed it and that almost sucked. Luckily, it's easy to get, but if the event was starting when the liquor stores were closed, we would have been screwed.

At the start she had an extensive spreadsheet already set up. We started with an initial consultation where she asked me many questions about what we wanted for our wedding. She was great because I didn't know all the answers in the beginning and she left those items open for us to discuss at a later time. Lyndsey then set up weekly meetings with me to check in on progress. These were the most helpful to me because it kept everything on track and it broke down the event planning into easy, manageable steps. She would send me task lists weekly. She was also an excellent resource for finding vendors in the area. She found an excellent, cost-effective videographer for the wedding that worked out well. Lyndsey was very flexible. I could give her tasks to do or I would take tasks that I really wanted to do on my own. I think one of the best things is that because Lyndsey is so organized and flexible with changes it allowed me to focus on the creative part of planning the wedding, which is what I really wanted to do. She then made sure to set the timeline and keep things moving along. Perhaps the best part of my experience with Lyndsey was the days before and the day of the wedding. She arrived a couple of days before the wedding and helped to settle details, which allowed me to spend time with my family and friends. The day of the wedding was the best. Lyndsey enlisted the help of her husband and they took care of everything! They took care of paying everyone who needed to be paid. They made sure things stayed on schedule. As with any event, the best plans can sometimes not turn out, Lyndsey made it happen. For example, I learned weeks after the wedding that there was some miscommunication with the caterer about the time the event ended, even though I had clearly told her. I never knew about it the day of the event. Lyndsey took care of everything. I spent the day of our wedding so happy and so in the moment. I enjoyed every minute of that day. There is a funny story from our wedding. The best man, the DJ, and the priest were so impressed with how well organized everything was that they made comments during their homily, the best man's toast, and before one of our dances. That is a big compliment to Lyndsey and all her hard work to make the day go so well and be so memorable for my husband and I. We loved our wedding day!

The space itself is full of character and charm, which meant we didn't have to add much decor. GTB already brings the perfect vibe. Between the ballroom, theater, and patio, we had so many beautiful backdrops for every part of our celebration. The catering was incredible - our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, especially the brisket (which the chef loving tended to into the early morning hours). We also loved that we got to do a tasting beforehand, and the team was wonderful about accommodating dietary restrictions. The bar was just as great! Our specialty cocktail and mocktail were both a big hit. Danielle, the venue manager, was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Her communication and organization were top-notch, and she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. On the day itself, Danielle and the GTB team were calm, detailed-oriented, and took care of everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy our wedding without stress. The in-house florist created stunning arrangements, which made things that much easier for us. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. GTB is very LGBTQ-affirming, and worked seamlessly with our other vendors. We're still getting compliments from guests about how beautiful and effortless everything felt. We managed to finalize the design and planning quickly in 1 day. She was very thorough, very responsive, efficient and made the process seamless. I also appreciated her flexibility to change the set up form an outdoor one to an indoor one due to high heat. The set up looked fantastic and everyone loved it. We will definitely be using Indy for our future event needs.
