That's when I noticed two ladies chatting inside, so I tried the door and to my surprise it was open! I began walking around looking at some of thee beautiful gems, art , and jewelry. After about 30 seconds both women began telling me they are closed and that I need to go. It was very disappointing to travel so far, make it in time and still be asked tto leave with no explanation besides "were closed". They didn't even offer to let me look around for a few minutes and potentially spend quite a bit of money! Very disappointing, I hate to even bbring it up but it felt like because I was white, or male they did not want me in their store. Yet when I sent her an email directly to her gmail account showing interest in scheduling an appointment, she does not reply. When I call, she does not answer, and when I leave a message, she does not return the call. She is not responding to me and I feel offended. Having read the other one star reviews, I can clearly see that others have also been treated this way as far back as 9 years ago. Definitely a charlatan with poor taste in dress as well. I can see now why she appeared rather dubious when I saw her. The businesses in the village are valuable to me and I do not tolerate preferential service for some and no service for others especially when their is no legitimate reason. Others should consider my experience before engaging this business. All I did was ask for services; nothing else. Closed for COVID or not, the least this business could do is return my call. I purchased the psychic vacuum spray, detox face wash, ozone face oil and ozone deodorant and I must say their items are truely magical! They are now staples of my daily routine. A little goes a long way with the deo. It has a lovely light lavender scent with odor fighting power. The face combo left my skin soft glowing, and radiant! I walked in there early on a Friday in hopes of getting a candle as a gift for a friend. The woman behind the desk was talking at full volume about another employee she said has "bad vibes", and did not greet me. I don't claim to know the whole story, but this woman was going on and on about this other employee in such a negative manner, i coughed to let her know i was there, hoping maybe she hasn't seen me come in. She continued on gossiping and degrading this other employee behind her back. She also mentioned something about Santeria and cursing people. Wtf?!? When i approached the desk to ask her the price of a candle, she threw on a very cheery tone and immediately offered me a tarot reading. Why would i want a reading from someone who was just loudly gossiping about someone? The woman then offered to bless the candle for me! No thanks! I am telling you.... This lady has bad energy.
