Couldn't have picked a better place to publish my 800th Yelp review. Eight is the number of infinity and of things everlasting. Sacred Stone is a wonderful place. Not only selling the widest variety of stones for healing, energy, power, love, and every other connection to the physical and meta-physical material of the universe...but the people there are amazing. Jennica is extremely nice. So well-versed in all things powerful and connected. I got to meet Chris the store owner and he's super cool and just a real calming presence. Out back there is a prayer garden. A wonderful calming place they do sound baths, reiki, yoga, and you can write prayers or notes to your universe. It's a spiritual place for sure. I had not been so plugged into my soul and the universe but i'm learning and accepting that there's a lot of the stuff outside of god or the material that i don't know. And i'm willing to learn. I like the selection of stones and curios. I like learning about the nature of the healing process and i am hoping to keep going back for the peaceful and calming events and things they put on. Heck i'm going to reach out to their healer too. Everyone can use more spirit and more connectivity to the universe. Enlightenment is not just awareness, it is connection and inter-connectivity to everything and everyone. I first went to Sacred Stone Gallery after a life changing plant medicine trip nearly 2 years ago. I wandered in while waiting for the person I work for to finish their facial appointment across the street. I immediately felt joy and ease when walking in. The energy of this little shop is immaculate. I'm not sure why it took me so long to come back but I ended up making the 40 min trip to take a friend to their first ever spiritual store. I immediately felt like I was back at home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I am so eternally grateful for this store and their selection of crystals and other spiritual tools. I've been to other shops and nothing really compares to Sacred Stone Gallery. Other shops give off the vibe that their main focus is how to be trendy and capitalize, rather than actually being interested in where you are in life and what brought you in. read more

I went in the store for the first time in December to buy some crystals. The gentleman was helpful and I bought quite a few. I also saw a Himalayan salt lamp and asked about it since it did not come with a light. He said you used a tea light candle which I thought was nice because you didn't need a plug nearby. I paid $50 for the light and spent around $80 total. The tea lights I had at home did not fit the light so I bought someone Amazon. They didn't fit either. Then I started checking and saw the average tea light size was 1 1/2" and the hole on the lamp was just under 1". I called the store and left a message asking for suggestions. I received a text back saying there was only a 7 day return window. I advised I did not want to return it, I just wanted to be able to use it and what did they suggest or sell to operate the lamp. He sent me pictures of another tea light to buy on Amazon. It was too large also. Then he sent a photo of a light that you plug in, defeating the original purpose for my purchase. I told him I didn't want to spend anymore money and he said there was nothing he could do. When I said it was poor customer service, that they would sell something without a means to use it, he said "sorry I am not the owner". When I asked that he have the owner call me, he said "he doesn't do that". I asked him to have the owner call me. I've never heard from him. This is a small store in our little village and the only one of its kind in the area that I know of. I would love to buy locally but I will never shop in the store again. I spent $50 on something I cannot use and for an owner not to even return my call is unheard of. read more

I would give a review of my experience in this store, but I was shoo'ed out the front door before I could even see the store. My wife and I walked by moments after 6 PM on a Thursday. The door was open, people were milling about, and there was a sign sitting outside indicating that the store was open. After spending 17 seconds in the store, a little bottle blonde scampered over to us, yelling that the store was closed and we needed to leave. My wife noted as we were shoved out that we must not want to shop there if they treat their customers this way. The bottle's response was, "We don't need customers!" I cannot fathom EVER saying this to a customer. No matter who or when. It's a shame, since I just went to another store and spent a sizeable amount on a gift for my wife, one for my daughter, and one for my wife's friend. Money that would have been spent in Sacred Stone. So, if you'd like to spend money, find ANY of the other stores around. Being that my wife is a holistic nurse healer, it is of very important note that the energy of this place was incredibly negative. Looking from the outside in may seem somewhat intimidating but once you walk through those doors you'll find yourself catapulted into another dimension. All those crystals, stones, statues and Shiva Lingums somehow recharge our human batteries. So many beautiful and incredible things to look at and touch. There are smaller affordable pocket size stones to more outstanding pieces. All stones and crystals have a meaning and serve a purpose. Figuring that these things have been on earth way longer than we have, you begin to understand that it's not just a rock. The garden in the back is very healing. Spend a few minutes out there and a wash of peace comes over you. Sometimes there are folks practicing healing modalities in the garden. It can be anything from Pranic Healing to Angel Card readings. All this aside, what really makes this place a sanctuary is the grace of those who take guardianship over it. No matter who is at the helm that day, you will always be greeted with a smile and welcomed. Namaste. read more

I don't know what came over me when I walked into this place. I am usually pretty neutral when it comes to this kind of spiritual stuff, but the second I entered this beautiful store with my kids I felt immediately calm and started talking to my kids about stones as if I was some sort of expert. The family who runs the place is very helpful (the kids are especially great). I was tempted to buy a whole bunch at once, but I like the idea of going back on a regular basis so I can spread it all out. Highly recommend, especially for beginners/unknowers of stuff like this. It really brought out my spiritual side- I can't wait to sage my house and learn more about stones. :) read more

I was so inspired by the knowledge being shared, the frequency in this beautiful environment, and the Owner at the time, Gustav was so warm and inviting...full of light and love. I come back to this store frequently and always with eagerness. Anytime I have needed any type of guidance, I have been able to be led to the perfect stone. I had higher hopes when I finally ventured to this store, but unfortunately left feeling kind of disappointed. Maybe I'm used to a more welcoming atmosphere, and warmer staff. You know, like people who say "hello" and maybe smile, or acknowledge that you have taken the time to visit their store. The amount of large crystals, spheres, sculptures and geodes is wonderful to the eye, and for cleansing mind, body & soul, but they also take up a lot of space and this location is on the small side, albeit clean. There is a pretty good sized collection of smaller stones, and some were those that I have not been able to find in other local stores. These are reasonably priced, and of good quality. The larger pieces, of course, are highly expensive due to their quality, size and rarity, and obviously the focus of the owner (hence the store's name!). I didn't look carefully at the jewelry, but the pieces displayed in the many cases looked great, and of the few price tags I could see, looked to be on the pricey side. Overall, I'm not surprised by the prices, as I would imagine a lease in Riveria village isn't cheap. Metered parking is available on the street and in a nearby lot, but one quarter will get your 30 mins, instead of 12 like some other places. Okay shop to visit if you're a look-y loo, but it didn't leave me feeling warm and fuzzy. read more

I went yesterday to purchase pyrite (fools gold) for a retiree as a gift. They had 3 pieces and I wanted to ask a few questions before the purchase. I picked up several pieces to examine and looked around to see who I could talk with. Apparently they were having a lesson on the miracles of magical crystals and stones. I milled around for 5 to 10 minutes and no one even inquired as to what I was looking for. I suppose if you are into New Age religions, this is just fantastic. If you are looking to purchase, these people are useless. I never spoke to anyone. I could not determine who works there and who were the foolish awe-struck listeners. I never purchased any item. The staff is helpful, kind and the whole place, including their small garden, is filled with positive energy. If you feel like relaxing and becoming more peaceful, just visit the store and walk around, it has a calming effect. This is where I go, if I need to get a gift and don't have ideas what to get. I really love the soothing and calming energy of this store. They truly have one of a kind stone statues and natural crystals. There must be over 300 very large and very rare crystals, geodes, and stones. They also have (for sale) hundreds of various stones with brief card descriptions about each stone. They also have great individually made natural stone or crystal jewelry. Prices can range in the thousands for huge crystal balls to few dollars for small palm stones. The smaller carry stones are very reasonable for the quality and size and rarity of the stones. Compared to Ebay, these stones are much better and are priced the same if not better. I think the owner hand picks the lot of smaller stones he sells. Considering how rare and hard it is to transport some of the larger structures, these Large crystal prices are also very reasonable. What is funny about art is that comon painting and sculptures in art galleries cost thousands to hundred of thousands of dollars. Even the lithograpic copies which can be reproduced millions of times often sell for hundreds of dollars. Meanwhile many of these extremely rare natural crystal "sculptures" from the earth sell for 1/10,000 of the price. How can you reproduce a 3 foot dark purple Amethyst Geode (unless you have 100,000 years and another second earth)? Check ou tthis store if you are in the neighborhood. Or make a special trip to see the "sculptures" from nature. read more
