In hindsight I didn't ask but I think it's because they were so busy and I didn't notice a menu with extra options. The salon was packed which felt like a good sign. The salon was clean and organized. My favorite part was when it was time for the massage part, the lotion was warm.

The nail techs spoke among themselves, looked at both of us, and laughed loudly. At one point, they even walked across the salon to continue laughing and talking with other employees about it. The entire experience felt unprofessional, awkward, and disrespectful. On top of that, the salon itself is extremely overbooked and chaotic. They rush through services, constantly pack in too many people, and don't have enough employees or space to accommodate everyone. People are left sitting and waiting for others to finish just so they can take their spot. To make matters even more uncomfortable, they require you to say your phone number out loud in front of everyone, since that's how they track bookings. Overall, it was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon after such treatment.

The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal.
