I was recommended this place by someone I trust. When I first came in I was brought back to my country of Colombia, since there was Telenovela's on the TV and ladies speaking Spanish. I personally love that and made me feel right at home and comfortable. As far as the service, my nails and my toes came out looking very good. I got the gel manicure and to this day, as I write this review, my nails look pristine. My toes were thoroughly maintained and my big toes especially were well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back because the prices were also bomb! Got a pedicure today by a very nice woman, however she was very slow. I thought I could get a mani and pedi within an hour, but no. The woman works slowly, so my basic pedicure took over an hour, which is problematic when you have a lot of errands to run (and I never got my maincure). And be cautious with using your credit card. When I first sat down, I asked if they took credit cards. I was told a simple "yes," but when I went to pay I was informed there is a $2 charge for using your credit card, and it doesn't matter how much your bill is. I see no reason to come here again. I can get quicker, better results from other nail salons, without a $2 surcharge for using my credit card. read more

They were very nice. But I was incredibly disappointed with the service... I got a gel fill which actually came out good. Then I got a gel color, when put under the light all the nail Polish began to crinkle. She told me this was because I wasn't holding my hand under the light correctly. I've had gel polish on my gel nails plenty of times to know this was not correct. I pointed it out a couple times that it obviously was not my fault. I left with my nails looking crappy. The woman who scrubbed my feet did a good job but my friend and I then had to move to the manicure chair to lift our feet to the women to be painted... Really?! A pedicure should be relaxing. Overall, poor experience. Paid more than I ever should have. read more

No A.C, the water bowl she had me use to soak off my nails was boiling hot, she only used two coats of nail polish, the water in the tub for my pedicure was also boiling hot and the polish on my toes was done horrible! For $50 I could of definitely got my money's worth somewhere else read more

The owner is a hardworking and dedicated woman. For the most part I would have her do my set since I liked how she made them look so natural. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. However, the techs are constantly being replaced which would be hard to find consistency. I had a few good jobs with some techs and not so good with others. My main complaint was not being able to get designs because the designs did not look professionally done and clean. I would have people ask if I did the designs myself and I would get so embarrassed that I would take them off. My designs were very, very simple. Lines and sometimes hearts. Once I asked for a bow and somehow it turned into a heart...anyway, I really feel that the techs would benefit a lot by having design strips to keep lines straight and clean or use stamping designs. It makes the job so much easier and looks so pretty. Just my suggestion.Otherwise, this is a great little nail shop and great prices. read more

Went here for a full set acrylic with polish...charge was $30 plus I was charged $2 for using a debit card= $32...asked her about price...she charges more for a full set if getting it filed in the stiletto style...first time I was ever charged $30 for plain acrylic nails with no designs and just plain polish, and also charged for the way my nails were filed (if I had known I would have kept them square or oval) and then charged again for paying with a card...and the price is not for the ambiance, as it is a tiny shop without the frills...the acrylic was done well, but polish sloppy as several fingers still had polish on the cuticles when I left, but just wanted to get out of there after getting duped and didn't feel like complaining!!! never going back...Oh, according to the sign inside of the salon, acrylic nails are $10 for H.S. students only with ID...Website is misleading as that is not clarified, but you'll find out when you get there...think they call that bait & switch! read more
