I've gone multiple times and have unfortunately been disappointed in every design and nail service. They do great pedicures which is why I kept a few more stars! Before starting any appointment I've constantly asked if they do designs and show them the photos I am interested in. They have always said yes they can but I wish they would have told me they didn't understand or couldn't do it. I just kept being told yes and being pushed through the appointment. I also asked for my nails to be cut since they are too long for me, and then they didn't cut them but instead decided to file them down. I attached reference photos to one of the designs I was looking for and then what I had received. I only showed one for nail tip reference and the other for the face. The literal tips of my nails were painted instead of normal tips being painted on and they wouldn't add a base color to make the sparkles layer and show. They tried to paint the scream face but didn't understand the reference and didn't realize it needed to be a face with a mouth. Every time I questioned them during my nail service I was reassured that they understood. I was just so disappointed and really wish I would have been told no in the beginning as I would have went somewhere else. read more

The only good thing about my visit: my nail tech Linda was very sweet The cons: 1. I chose a color from the sample nail palate and it ended up looking completely different than what was actually painted on my nails 2. My nails were all shaped differently and lopsided/unevenly shaped 3. The polish was unevenly painted and you can see where there are layers that didn't start at the cuticle. It looks really messy and crappy like I painted them myself at home and rushed through it 4. The part where the paint meets my cuticle is really crooked I paid $20 for a regular manicure that was a terrible rush job where other people were receiving services in between my service. I wouldn't normally mind except I got to the facility before 4PM and ended up leaving at 5:30PM. Over an hour half for a REG manicure that cost me $20??? No. Idk why I tipped on this because the service received was a really bad job, but the tech was really sweet and I didn't take a really close look at my nails til I stepped outside the shop and looked at my nails in the sunlight. I asked to fix a small smudge I noticed while in the pedicure chair, my request was met with annoyance. I got a full set acrylic in nude ombré out to orange and let me just say, she took my vision and mastered it better than I asked for. Honestly, I was nervous to try a new nail place because many time nail techs never seem to get it right and my concerns rang true at this location.. I walked in and I was seated immediately.. my nail tech had patience while I pick a color which i chose a blue gel polish. My nails tech did not clean around my nails/cuticles, she just shaped and jumped into applying nails polish. As she applied coats of polish it was coming out light and striking.. instead of stopping to possibly add a white coat on my nail then the color I chose she continued to add layers of polish which became a little lumpy and had streaks of my natural nail showing. After she finished my nails she didn't clean my hands off or anything. It might be hard to tell in the photos but trust me it is not worth going to this place at alll. I actually came here twice hoping things would change the second time around. I know...."fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me". The first time around, my best friend and I came together. She wanted a gel mani and basic pedi, and I wanted an acrylic fill and basic pedi. Not only did the techs do a horrible job on our nails but they were impolite, impatient and really rough with our hands and feet to the point where my friend's cuticles were bleeding and her feet felt as if they were scrubbed raw. I understand that they had more customers than techs during our visit, but our services were rushed and we were treated as if we were not paying customers. We did not have a relaxing "spa" experience as the name of the shop boasts. I went again by myself, thinking that if I chose a different tech it would be a different experience, but it was not. This tech also did a horrible job with my nails, they were lumpy, all different sizes and the designs I paid $10 extra for looked a hot mess and fell off within a few days. I found this nail salon on Instagram and thought their pictures looked really nice, but I was mistaken and will never be back. I wish I had a great experience like the other ladies in the reviews, because I get my nails done often and I am looking for a permanent nail salon. If I could say anything to the owners I would want them to know that they should treat every single customer with respect and take the time to do the services the way the customers want. Ladies and gentlemen come to nail salons/spas to enjoy themselves, relax and feel pampered. I approached Linda calmly, showed her the photos of my mothers hands and Linda quickly dodged responsibility and said that was not from them and that my mother's job (who works from home and types on a computer) could be the reason for the fungus or my mother WASHING HER HANDS is the reason for a bright green fungus to be on and under every one of my mother's nails. There are many workers in creative nails spa but the only one people want is Linda. If you make an appointment don't expect to be getting taken anywhere near that time you have scheduled. Also Linda leaves you while she's doing your nails to do the work for the rest of the employees, this has been going on for years and really isn't fair to the people who have made an appointment in advance. My friend's nails are always on point so I asked her where she goes and she recommended this nail salon and her nail tech, Linda. I was able to easily get an appointment for a Saturday morning and Linda was running on time. I showed her a picture of a design I wanted and she was able to recreate it with her own spin. She also did a really good job of shaping my nails. A refill with gel polish and two fingers of designs was $35 which I thought was reasonable. I've been getting my nails & manicure here for the past couple of years & for the most part very satisfied especially since it's conveniently located right next to my hair stylist .
