The food was good but we had a few issues with our orders. When the hiccups were presented to the staff, they were less than pleasant. We tried everything except the squid ink dog. I would only come back if it were to be for an online pickup. A quite honestly surprising branch of a well-known Korean hot dog chain out in Palmdale. I came in at 12:30 on a workday for a quick bite, and there was no line. It's counter service, and the person that helped me was pleasant. The food came out after about 5-10 mins hot and crispy. Seats are comfy enough and there are a bunch of checkered counters for eating in. I got a squid ink mozzarella sausage with sugar on top. They cut the bottom into pieces to make the whole thing look kind of like a squid, which was cute. It was hot and plenty crispy, pleasantly fishy with squid ink and sweetened with the sugar. I tried the cheddar and cheddar mustard sauces, which were also slightly sweet, but ended up being too artificial-tasting for me. I also think it could've spent a minute or two longer in the fryer; the hot dog portion was juicy and steaming but the cheese was just barely melted. Overall a fine place for a quick and unconventional bite, on par with other Korean hot dog places I've been to. Strongly suggest getting your hot dog with sugar for the authentic experience. read more

I almost gave this place a bad rating because I didn't realize I ordered 1/2 mozzarella 1/2 beef hot dog. I wondered why the hot dog didn't start until I was 1/2 way through finishing it lol. It's was life changing. I ordered the original sugar corn dog with only mozzarella cheese, and it was delicious. I then ordered the hot Cheetos corn dog with just mozzarella, I nearly died from the spice, but it was overall and amazing meal. I also got the Rose Tteoboki and the rice cakes were delicious and soft, definitely chewy too. I enjoyed how they didn't add the fish cakes since my allergy. I decided to go to Myungrang Hotdogs after shopping at Sam's Club. The first time I went, when it first opened, it wasn't my favorite. However, today changed my mind. I did not know that they had tteokbokki. I decided to try their rosé cream tteokbokki and sweet potato with sausage corn dog. I got it to-go and drove to Marie Kerr Park and enjoyed my meal while listening to my audiobook. The corn dog was insane! Wonderful crunch, the dough was soft inside. It was sweet and savory! I added cheese to my tteokbokki and I realized that is a must! The cheese pull was epic. I could drink that sauce through a straw. It was creamy, spicy, salty and all the textures and flavors going on was a food lovers dream!! Inside was very clean, the menu had a good variety and the customer service was perfection. Didn't expect to like a corn dog so much, but I saw someone praise this place on social media and I happened to be in the area. I got the Flamin' Hot Cheetos. Had low expectations of that variety, but that was the one getting the raves I saw, so I tried it. Twice. Really good. I got it half cheese, half hot dog. I noticed on my second one that it seemed more 1/3 cheese, 1/3 hot dog, 1/3 corn dog coating. Tasty, nevertheless. Would go often if I lived here. This seems to be a popular place with the locals. I saw that people had ordered online and we're coming in to pick up their orders and chatting with the counter help, obviously familiar with them.
