My first and probably last, visit was frustrating. They had the BEST strawberry shake I have ever had in my life. The rest of the experience was horrible. First, users of handicap parking, Beware. I pulled k to the space only to realize that you order at a kiosk sign by the car. The only problem is the handicap space has blue hashmarks to the left of the space. You cannot reach the sign. I drove into the hashmarks trying to get closer to the sign. I still had to use a pen in order to push the button to place an order. I ordered the strawberry shake and a medium order of tater tots. While waiting the 12 minutes for my order I had time to check out the menu board. At the very bottom of the sign, on the right side was a notice to handicap persons. It tells you to leave your spot and go thru the drive thru or stay where you are and flash your lights, honk your horn or wave. Would have been nice to have that in a larger separate sign Like I said the shake was fantastic. The tater tots were not hot. They were greasy. The employees at this location were extremely rude and incompetent, especially the big woman with the facial piercings who was working the drive-thru today during happy hour. We ordered a raspberry slush, and apparently at this location, saying "raspberry" means zero-sugar raspberry. If you actually want the regular blue raspberry slush, you're expected to specifically say "blue raspberry." When we questioned the order, this employee acted as though we were the problem and then slammed the drive-thru window in our faces. I'm guessing she's so accustomed to ordering diet drinks that she automatically interpreted "raspberry" as zero-sugar raspberry, but that's certainly not something a customer should have to anticipate. The drive-thru microphone also barely works, so they can't even hear your order properly half the time. Between the equipment issues and the terrible customer service, this location has some serious problems. I won't be buying drinks from this Sonic again. It's a shame because this location already looks pretty run down and clearly needs the business. Management needs to replace the drive-thru microphone and, more importantly, train the employees on basic communication and customer service. Treating customers this poorly is not going to help this location survive. read more

This place has gone down since my last review. I usually go for drinks but if course I made the mistake of ordering food. My drinks arrived with strawberry all on the outside so it got all over my hand. The worker sees doesn't offer me a napkin. Then I check my food, items missing and made incorrectly. A fun experience eating in your car or not. The Cheeseburgers are good. It reminds me of the classic charbroiled cheeseburger from my childhood. The hotdogs are also good. I also tried the pretzel and it hits the spot. I'm not a fan of the specialty iced drinks as I find them too sweet. I'm curious about the Cold Brew here. Next time. We were in the area and decided to stop. We don't have a sonic close to where we live so we were excited. This sonic is a drive in only so you have to eat in the car which I didn't love doing with a toddler. When we got the food it was hot and tasted fresh. The service was pretty fast and they have lots of stalls for you to pull into and order. The menu is big and has lots of options and they have my favorite cube ice. I wish you had the option to dine inside so that was the only downfall. There were lots of trash cans outside so when you are done you can throw away everything. I wish we had a location closer so I could come more often. read more

We are done with Sonic. They started using tiny, plastic cups for their Sonic Blasts last year and we thought they just ran out of the insulated cups. I went back again a month later and still the tiny, plastic cups. The Blast is melted by the time I get home a few blocks away. No lie. I figured by now they would have it sorted out, so went tonight. Nope. The plastic cup is even smaller, about 6 - 8 oz, but two Blasts were still $10. Ended up drinking the last little bit because it was melted. I'll spend more and go to Cold Stone. read more

There is also no sign in the drive thru indicating specifically NO TAP PAY, therefore you have to stay in line until you're ready to get your order to find out you can't pay for your food (because you forgot your physical debit card). I stopped by sonic to get an iced tea and decided to get a corn dog also! When I took my first bite of the corn dog it was like cardboard! The batter was so dry, it was almost impossible to eat it! Besides who would want to? I've had frozen corn dogs 1000% better than this one! and the hot dog itself was about as small as you can get and all you taste was dried, over cooked batter!! I don't eat meat, but I wanted to try some sides. The groovy fries were awesome so good, the onion rings on point. The jalapeños poppers the bomb. I tried the Oreo blast super good and the Dr Pepper with cherry vanilla and lime was excellent. Easy ordering system in person inside your car and the app was also awesome. I would def return I high recommend these items. Not bad for vegetarian items. They provide some good options and felt like their lil fried foods were very clean. Not greasy at all. Be careful when you bite into the jalapeño poppers, it's very hot :). One of the best things they also provide is sauces. You can get a few of their signature sauces at no additional cost. Select wisely. Their server was very nice walking around hustling handing out the food. Great location. I had an excellent experience. Keep up the good work. My honest rating. I really do love Sonic, and even their cheeky commercials. But the food is not great. On this visit we had a cheeseburger (bun was dry), chili cheese tots (tasted alright), chicken nuggets (these were good), pretzel and 2 Sonic blasts. They say that Sonic is really for the drinks and this is mostly true. I do wish the cookie dough in the blast was mixed in a little better as it was either all at the top or all at the bottom. Sonic has gone down hill, and I do not see it ever coming back to what it used to be! My family and I drive over 70 miles, just to come to Sonics! We have been coming here for years, well over 20 years. It's always a warming and comforting feeling to bring your children to Sonic and see the waiters on their skates! So fun and such a good time! Well you can say goodbye to that! They no longer have ANY waiters on skates. This is a dame shame! This was the entire staple of Sonics! What happened??? Sonic is always my favorite place to get sides. I love getting all the sides to eat rather than a meal. This sonic seemed to be kind of busy. Our food took maybe 20 minutes to come out. Everything was there, except half the sauces we ordered. That was my only disappointment, because then I had to wait another 5 minutes for somebody to bring them out so we can eat our food. My boyfriend's burger was kind of dried out rather than juicy. Our waiter was very nice though every time he rolled up to the window and that Pink Lady drink from the secret menu is by far the best drink I've ever had!
