    TL;DR We got ghosted and the job isn't done. $375 gone…read more Reached out for a washer repair. Initially, very responsive and came the next day to do an assessment and repair. He found (what he thought at the time) was the issue, got the parts, and repaired it in 4 hours. We thought everything was good and paid $375 for the repair. We ran the washer later that night and found there was still an issue. We reached back out and he said he'd come back the next day after his other jobs. Communication started lagging here. He initially told us he'd come between 4-6, but didn't say anything til 6:30. Came ~7pm and worked on the washer again. About 1.5 hours later, found another issue and said he'd come back Monday. On Monday, I reached back out and he wasn't super responsive. Heard back that he was at the store getting the part and that's the last we heard from him. We've reached out several times via text, Yelp, and phone call. We've left multiple messages and he's completely ghosted us. I should've done more digging into his past bad reviews, because this is consistent with those. I recommend finding someone else. It's not worth the chance of not getting your appliance fixed AND being out money. We could've just bought a new washer at this point.

    I was assigned them by my home warranty company Aug end. Service technician came out promptly and…read morecharged me the service recall fee and diagnosed the problem with my appliance. He mentioned I need to change a part and he was going to submit the order invoice with my home warranty for them to approve. Upon approval, he went ahead and ordered the part beginning of Sep. Since then, the company has not given me an update although initially before ordering the part, they mentioned it should be delivered in less than a week. I have tried calling and reaching out to them over messages, the phone number listed is always switched off and they never reply back. The last thing as a customer you would want is pay these guys and wait for a part and they vanish completely. It's been over 3 weeks and I still have no communication from them. Very unprofessional. Would proceed with a diff service technician at this point as the job could be easily done in 3-4 days turn around time. Sorry ! Update 2: Based on the review feedback from Mark, if there is any delay in parts order, I think it is basic sense to inform the Home warranty company (who gave the service technician vendor the job) as well as the customer with a more accurate timeline. During the time of charging the service fee for diagnostics, it was mentioned the part should be delivered in less than a week. If this was completely off, an immediate timely update would be appreciated. Last, I am not sure how a business runs when they are not reachable on the phone ever, nor any correspondence through messages. Sorry! That's not at all an average customer experience, let aside a good experience.
