TL;DR We got ghosted and the job isn't done. $375 gone. Reached out for a washer repair. Initially, very responsive and came the next day to do an assessment and repair. He found (what he thought at the time) was the issue, got the parts, and repaired it in 4 hours. We thought everything was good and paid $375 for the repair. We ran the washer later that night and found there was still an issue. We reached back out and he said he'd come back the next day after his other jobs. Communication started lagging here. He initially told us he'd come between 4-6, but didn't say anything til 6:30. Came ~7pm and worked on the washer again. About 1.5 hours later, found another issue and said he'd come back Monday. On Monday, I reached back out and he wasn't super responsive. Heard back that he was at the store getting the part and that's the last we heard from him. We've reached out several times via text, Yelp, and phone call. We've left multiple messages and he's completely ghosted us. I should've done more digging into his past bad reviews, because this is consistent with those. I recommend finding someone else. It's not worth the chance of not getting your appliance fixed AND being out money. We could've just bought a new washer at this point. read more

I was assigned them by my home warranty company Aug end. Service technician came out promptly and charged me the service recall fee and diagnosed the problem with my appliance. He mentioned I need to change a part and he was going to submit the order invoice with my home warranty for them to approve. Upon approval, he went ahead and ordered the part beginning of Sep. Since then, the company has not given me an update although initially before ordering the part, they mentioned it should be delivered in less than a week. I have tried calling and reaching out to them over messages, the phone number listed is always switched off and they never reply back. The last thing as a customer you would want is pay these guys and wait for a part and they vanish completely. It's been over 3 weeks and I still have no communication from them. Very unprofessional. Would proceed with a diff service technician at this point as the job could be easily done in 3-4 days turn around time. Sorry ! Update 2: Based on the review feedback from Mark, if there is any delay in parts order, I think it is basic sense to inform the Home warranty company (who gave the service technician vendor the job) as well as the customer with a more accurate timeline. During the time of charging the service fee for diagnostics, it was mentioned the part should be delivered in less than a week. If this was completely off, an immediate timely update would be appreciated. Last, I am not sure how a business runs when they are not reachable on the phone ever, nor any correspondence through messages. Sorry! That's not at all an average customer experience, let aside a good experience. read more

Fast and professional, but not cheap. They helped diagnose a washer's "lid switch" malfunctioning (the little protruding thing when the lid is open, apparently a common problem given the washer design) and replaced it. The switch probably costs $20, maybe $40 max but they charged a lot higher for the job. read more

Note: After leaving my honest review, the business contacted me directly and used abusive language. I have screenshots. I'm disappointed they chose harassment instead of addressing the concern. I had to block their number. What happened?: My microwave was not turning on all of a sudden. The fuse went off as mentioned by the technician. He spent 3 hours (had no clue, came back the next day), misdiagnosed the issue and the issue came back in a day. He returned the money after coming back after 2 days of reporting and checking again but mentioned the unit (the electronic board) is bad. In reality, the door switch contactors had been improperly handled by him. I called someone else who fixed it in 10 minutes by changing the fuse and fixing the door handle. After the review, Mark messaged me that my review was a lie, when in fact he was lying all along and wasting my time. He was also using bad language after this in his messages which I think was not necessary. I had to block him for this reason. As a business owner, is it fair to cut your losses by lying and walk away after calling your customers bad names? I don't think so! read more

Our AC went out on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I contacted our home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, who started the process. On Sunday we were notified that Advanced Air Solutions was assigned to our issue. They came out early Tuesday morning and diagnosed the problem which would need a complete AC replacement. I contacted the supervisor, Alva, at Advance Air and explained I was recovering from a complete shoulder replacement. She put me at the top of the AC install list and I am now recovering in a very cold house VS. sweating in the Texas heat. Alva ensured all the correct parts were ordered and received as well as keeping me informed with up to date information as it came available. We had our 30-year-old washing machine repaired on 8/14/24 by Advanced Air Solutions. Mark, the owner, was very professional and very knowledgeable in the repair of our washing machine. Mark kept us informed on his arrival time. Careless. Unprofessional. Terrible service. I updated my kitchen and installed new flooring (luxury vinyl flooring) prior to moving into my new house, as it was very outdated. I chose this company due to such high customer ratings on Yelp. Little did I know, they are careless. I bought the air duct cleaning service. After they were done, they left deep scratches on the new flooring. They looked like just black scuff marks, but come to find out, they're deep scratches. I've tried all solutions online to figure out how to get rid of the marks and nothing has worked. I called the worker and he said it was their machine that caused the deep scratches (photos). The fact that, he said that, means he knew he scratched and caused damage to the floor. They did not offer to try and fix it or pay to get it fixed. I spoke to "Mark" prior to receiving this service. But the worker wasn't "Mark", it might've been one of his workers. Either way, this is a careless and unprofessional company. I would not recommend this company to anyone for residential services. Mark detected a problem that plagued me for years. I knew that my dryer vent had to be cleaned, but there was a bigger problem. The ducts were in bad shape. They were bent and leaking. We have had the vent cleaned a couple of years ago, but my dryer was not drying the clothes and this dryer is less than 2 years old. Mark took it upon himself to inspect the ducts under the house. No one ever bothered to do that. No one. So in the past, even if the dryer vent was cleaned from the outside, if the ducts were damaged through time, the cleaning wouldn't have mattered. I'm guessing these ducts were from 1946, original to our old house. We have had the air ducts replaced last year, but they didn't do the dryer duct. Mark replaced the ducts that day. After living in my house for 8 years, I finally had the HVAC checked and the whole house system cleaned out. After getting price quotes from multiples companies, I went with Advance Air Solutions. This was the only company that responded with a break down of exactly what I was paying for. Made an appointment and Mark and his coworker came on time. They spent 10 hours inspecting and cleaning all the air vents, two dryers vents and the back of the dryers in my 3800sq ft. house. Even showed me the photos of the before/after of my vents. After every cleaned vent, they even silicone sealed them back up. They were very meticulous and did not leave a mess and even replace 2 filters. We initially called Mark in to clean our dryer vent. He did an excellent job cleaning it out from both the exterior vent area and checked the interior of the dryer, as well as the components. He is a delightfully professional young man who really cares about the service he provides. A couple days later we scheduled Mark out to clean our HVAC system. I wanted to get my ducts cleaned after moving into a new house and I didn't know the last time the previous owners cleaned the ducts. Mark gave me one of the most detailed quotes from all of the vendors I contacted. The quote was broken down into everything that he and his team would do and it explained the purpose of each task. The price was reasonable too. On the day of the work, they got straight to work and even found a bunch of debris that the previous owner's contractors the ducts. They were able to clean all of the ducts but 2 where he noticed that there were some tears in the ductwork and recommended I get it repaired before he cleans it in case the cleaning tears it further. Mark said that once I get the ducts repaired he would come back free of charge to finish off the last two ducts. I haven't gotten it repaired yet so I can't attest to that but I appreciated the willingness to follow through. Unfortunately near the end of the job, one of the machines broke down so they had to stop. He got his machine fixed and came back two days later to finish the job. The job took longer than I had anticipated (unrelated to the machine breaking down) but that is probably just a testament to how thorough he is. read more
