He greeted me and explained what was going to happen. He patiently listened and explained answers to my questions. The crew kept the place clean, took out all of my old insulation and disposed of it, sanitized the attic, patched all the holes or places that rodents could get in, laid new insulation down. I think within maybe 20 minutes of submitting my Yelp quote I had a call back and an appointment. Michael came out and did a THOROUGH inspection of the attic took a ton of before pics. But not only that he then sat down with me and went through the entire process, which is quite frankly, amazing. He also answered all of my questions and offered some input on my ducts. He made himself available for any other questions too, which was so nice since my husband wasn't around - there's always another question. With this process, not only do you get your old attic crud sucked out, they look for and seal any entry point for critters. They add mesh from the inside plus they go around the whole perimeter from the outside of the house too just to make sure they caught all entry points. They seal all air gaps from things like recessed lights and fans. And then they sanitize. Something about knowing my 70 year old house got a deep clean is VERY satisfying for my OCD cleaning tendencies. The insulation went in - they use a batting that is 12" thick, my attic before probably had an inch, maybe 2 in spots of the old blow-in stuff which was just dust and dirt and disgusting. This batting is eco-friendly - no pink artificial coloring, just the insulation which also is no longer harmful. Night one and I already saw a difference. Usually when it gets cold at night by 2:00 am our home temp inside drops, we stayed a steady temperature throughout the night, I might be a bit crazy, but it feels like there's a sound dampening effect too - I don't have to have the TV on as high of a volume. Follow-up, they add traps and will come back to monitor in a couple weeks to make sure there is no activity. Another over the top customer service layer - we had Jordan as our project/site manager for the day - I was texted by the system with his picture, LOVE this feature, its really helpful. And he called when he was closer. He kept me updated throughout the day and was just really kind, very professional and the crew he brought, Jesse and I did not catch the other gentleman's name - they worked so incredibly hard, and efficiently. We really appreciated this crew, they were amazing. If you are hesitating for any reason to get your insulation in your attic done - DON'T - it is 100000000% worth every dollar, which by the way is an incredible value when you really think about what it does for your home. A Good Overall Experience with Some Ups and Downs…read more We had been dealing with rodents in our attic for several months, so we decided to have the attic professionally cleaned. Our experience with Attic Pro was overall good, although the quality of service varied somewhat depending on the individual team member. Fortunately, we started the project with Assad, who did a very thorough inspection of our attic. He recommended not only cleaning it but also replacing the insulation, since it was very old, dirty, and heavily contaminated with rodent droppings. The initial quote was on the higher side, but Assad was able to offer us a discount. The project was completed in two phases. During the first phase, Osman's team removed the old insulation, set up traps, and did an excellent job sealing openings into the attic. They really went above and beyond, including closing several openings that we specifically pointed out and replacing some of the old mesh. Unfortunately, one of the rodents ended up getting trapped inside a wall and died, leaving us with an unpleasant smell behind a kitchen cabinet. I contacted Attic Pro several times about the issue, and each time they sent someone out to inspect the attic and help us address the problem. Their call center staff were also consistently courteous and responsive. In total, five rodents were caught. Whenever someone from the team came out, they would also inspect the attic and seal any additional openings they found with mesh. While a few of the individuals who came later were not as professional as Osman's team, they did complete the work properly and were patient throughout the process. They also waited more than a month before starting the second phase, giving us time to make sure there were no more signs or noises of rodents in the attic. Once we were satisfied, the new insulation was installed quickly, and Osman's team--Anthony and Roni--did a very good job. Overall, despite a few bumps along the way, we had a good experience with Attic Pro. The professionalism of some team members, particularly Assad and Osman's crew, really stood out. I would recommend them, while also noting that the experience can vary depending on the crew assigned to the job.

I hired this company for an attic clean-up and insulation package. During the project, two ceiling fire sprinkler heads were pushed through the ceiling, leaving visible ceiling damage and chunks of drywall on the floor and my bed. What was most disappointing was how the company handled the situation afterward. I raised the damage along with concerns about whether the work performed actually met the compliance commitment in their contract. Rather than taking responsibility and working with me toward a reasonable resolution, they refused to offer any accommodation for the damage or meaningfully address my other concerns. Their position shifted over the course of our conversations, but the outcome remained the same: they were unwilling to budge on any of my concerns or make any meaningful effort to resolve them. Problems can happen during construction. What matters is how a contractor responds when they do. In this case, their work resulted in damage to my home, and when I brought it to their attention, they were unwilling to work with me toward a resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this company. If you do choose to hire them, I would strongly recommend getting explicit written clarification about exactly what they consider included and excluded under any "Title 24 compliant" language in the contract, particularly if your home has fire sprinklers.
