Let me start off by saying that they left my hands soaking in acetone for over 12 minutes and finally once it started burning I pulled my hands out of the acetone. I will never go to another nail salon that makes you soak your fingertips in acetone for that long in order to remove your dip. The person doing it left me there because they went and waxed to somebody's eyebrows. The dip on my nail is over my cuticle and I asked her to do something about it and she just told me that was the shape of my fingernail. I get my nails done regularly and have for years so I know what the shape of my fingernail is. It was such a disappointing experience. I will say that the pedicure was actually pretty good but the packages they show you don't make a lot of sense. It was 25.00 more than what I normally pay at my regular nail place that does a way better job. I asked for 5 minutes of extra massage that I did not get. If you're not going to do the full massage time you should probably remove the clock from the wall. That's what I get for cheating on my regular nail place and I've learned my lesson. I don't know how it has all these high ratings. If you go there, only go for a pedicure. Never again!

I brought my grandmother here for a mini pedicure hers turned out great. Unfortunately for me everything was good up until the guy stated painting my nails. He didn't cover my whole toenail???? Left lots of clear space on majority of my toes but decided to add a top coat and walk away. After looking at my feet I asked for the polish to reapplied and cover all my toes. I always leave satisfied and really happy with the end results of my manicures and pedicures. The atmosphere, ambience and decor of the place is elegant and nothing like other salons in town. I've only had to make an appointment one time, and I was seen right away, on time with the nail technician I requested. I'm reading that this isn't always the case for most appointments...? But I didn't have a negative experience when I booked mine and was seen immediately when I arrived for it. Also, it has been getting busier and busier upon each visit I've made here. I recommend coming earlier in the day and during the weekdays if you can! Amy does an amazing job with my manicures!! She shapes the nails as I request perfectly (I've had square and almond shapes done), and she has even done a beautiful design I wanted on my most recent visit. It looks better than the image I showed her. If you don't like your nails or if you have any issues after leaving the salon, just come back! They'll fix it for you!! I haven't had to have this done, but they let me know every time if I'm ever not satisfied or if my nails break or chip or anything to just come back and they'll fix it for free. I love the staff and always come out feeling amazing! They make you feel like a guest not just a customer. So many Gel colors and they always get new colors so you don't get bored.Great service!! Call first if you don't have an appointment just in case they have a rush. Love the card program they have, after a certain amount of visits you get $5 off your total visit which comes in handy. It was overall OK, it wasn't a full 10 min intense massage, almost like "gentle rubbing" with a lot of pauses in between. I liked the cream/scrub they used, though. It smells good and makes my leg smooth. Pay attention to the price, as if you want gel polish, you need to pay $20 more on top of the pedicure price. I got the regular OPI nail polish, so it is included into the pedicure price. They have a lot of color choices.
