My husband and I hired N&N Golden Hands to help with some heavy wall hangings and placing floating shelves in our apartment unit. We recently moved into a new apartment complex, and did not have the correct tools to ensure the heavy items were properly fastened to the stud in the wall. In addition, we were worried about doing damage (or drilling several unnecessary holes) that would cost us money with the apartment management in the future. N&N GH was exceptionally responsive to our request (replying within the hour to our initial request for information and quote). In addition, we appreciate the customer service and assistance for such a small job. The contractor arrived on time to our apartment, and had all of the necessary tools to assist with the job. We reached out to several other vendors, and many had outrageous hourly rates and minimums. N&N Golden Hands has a competitive hourly rate, they are honest in their quote/assessment, and their travel fee is minimal. We feel like we got the best service AND the best price by hiring this vendor. In general, this is a wonderful and honest small business. My boyfriend and I got in over our heads trying to install a new front door for his condo. The dispatch service was immediately responsive and helpful in estimating the amount of work that would need to be done. Nick arrived just a few hours after I made the initial inquiry. Although the job required specialized hardware that was not in stock at any nearby hardware stores, Nick was ingenuous in planning a work around. She was able to make the best of a bad situation working efficiently. Review: 5 star service: Putting together a kids bunk bed sounded like a good idea at the time but quickly learned that putting it together was a different story. Glad that I found n&n golden hands.
