His business came up in our search for a Leak Detection Specialist for a recurring leak that was happening in our apt. Within minutes of inspection Nick was able to detect the likely source of the leak (we were impressed). He ended up having to replace a sink due to rust and rot. The leak continued after that repair and he identified another source of a leak (a rusty radiator valve that had been leaking and not reported by a tenant). Mystery solved!
