But that's the story these days. I upgraded to the deluxe arrangement. Online it had an asymmetric look, higher on one side with the ceramic statue next to it. Unfortunately, it looked like a traditional triangle shape. I worked in a florist for years so I'm a lil particular. I was looking for a low and lush rounded feel similar to the photo near the bottom and looser, not so tight. That being said, I would definitely order from them again. I was also happy to have them delivered so quickly and I think the local $12.50 delivery charge is reasonable.

Terrible customer service and product.
