The selection of flowers the florist used gave it a lovely Victorian day charm, like a vintage valentine vibe. I just Love looking at them! I bring them from room to room. They woman asked me what time I would be working till and that she was calling from infinity flowers to deliver . Shocked I called my husband , and questioned how they could ruin this surprise , and requested that he canceled because I was completely turned off from the lack of understanding what a nice feeling it is to be surprised from flowers . The service is paid for essentially the service to deliver and surprise , honestly speaking my husband brings me home flowers all the time at half the cost . At around 5:30 , 30 minutes prior to me leaving work I receive flowers . These flowers were a disgrace to what people receive valentine day weekend. The flowers were shorter than the height of a piece of paper . No one had even noticed the loving gesture my husband had made because the flowers were so tiny. They were less than average looking and in an ugly vase. After calling my husband he had informed me he had paid for the supreme set of flowers that included a teddy bear. Not only was there no teddy bear included as said before the flowers were tiny!!! My husband than called the store and spoke to a women who first tried to bribe him. Then followed by the owner of the store who threatened to fight him if he returned the flowers. This business is a disgrace. They are lucky I did not call the cops for my husband. However I will leave reviews on every site possibly for the fraudulent activity and horrendous attitudes of the disgusting unorganized human beings that work here. I am making a complaint to the BBB. They lack a sign, and I couldn't tell if it was open, but don't let that deter you. It's there. When I entered, the very sweet lady working there asked what I was looking for. I explained what my SO liked and did not like, and told her a price range, and she put together a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. I got a bit worried halfway through and reminded her of the cost... she wasn't even halfway to my price range. Seems much cheaper than other flower shops I've been to. Spoke with the lady further, and she explained that they just purchased the shop (explains the lack of the sign). She also said that they get their flowers fresh cut daily; nothing comes from a fridge like other shops. I don't know much about flowers, but I believe it. They looked good deal healthier than flowers I've purchased at other shops. The bouquet was beautiful and went over extremely well. Flowers lasted a good while longer than I had expected as well... perhaps due to the freshness? Bottom line... they'll be getting my business whenever I need flowers.

I know that Monsoon Flowers was the absolute best florist in the entire Tri-state area! Two weeks prior to my arrival, I spoke to Michael who completely understood the assignment! He was so helpful and professional. Michael even sent me photos during the process to insure my approval. On Valentine's Day, Monsoon offered to actually deliver the arrangement as opposed to the pre planned pick up. I swear, when she delivered the roses, I was blown away! Quite literally one of the best arrangements I have ever seen! I brought this impressive arrangement to my dinner reservation and they surprised her, by placing them on the table.
