I…read moredont get my nails done often because of the cost, upkeep, and the fact that I wear gloves all the time and therefore you can never see them, but for special occasions I like to splurge so I dont have to worry about breaking a nail. I had a fantastic experience. Christine is very friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and was helpful in picking out colors and nail art. My appointment was at 10am, which is opening for them, and Christine was there, prepped and ready for me when I showed up 5-10 minutes early. She isn't overly aggressive when it comes to handling your sensitive cuticles and really wants to make sure you are 100% happy with your nails. My pedicure included a nice massage with homemade foot scrub (by the owner) and they also sell homemade cuticle oil. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Christine if you are in the area! Besides nail services, they also do massages and hair!

From what she's told me, it's her and two nail techs that currently work there. Unfortunately, that day, it was only her working. The place is nicely decorated and clean. There's R&B playing in the background and she makes you feel comfortable. I even peeped the brand of items that she uses and they're legit. No knock off or cheap brands. The only criticism I would say is that I wish she did her work a little bit faster, but other than that, I'd return for sure.

The tech could barely speak English enough to have any sort of conversation with me. I went home, filed all of it off, and redid them myself. Waste of $90. I called and spoke with a manager to tell them my experience. They told me I could come back and have them fix it for me. Why would I go back and have the same person who already wasted so much time on a poorly done acrylic set "fix" it for me? Was told the techs work on commission and they do not fix each others work.
