    Unlimited beverages on the cruise

We were chilling on Waikīkī today and we saw several catamaran sails available o. The beach. We've been on one once before years ago and decided to do it again. This one hour cruise sails to diamond head and offers unlimited drinks. The crew was amazing and made sure our drinks were always full. A wonderful way to spend an hour on the open water to enjoy the beautiful weather. Definitely recommend Na Hoku 3 when in Waikiki.

Our Sunset 1.5 Hour Sail was Magnificent! We boarded just steps in front of Duke's in Waikiki Beach. The crew was very informative and took care of us throughout the whole sailing. It was an open bar with selections of drinks and beers and sodas. Views from a distant length was spectacular showcasing Diamond Head and the skyline of Waikiki. The best part was that beautiful sunset. Definitely a good experience while visiting Oahu.

When my bestie told me she booked us a catamaran for my 41st birthday I never could have imagined how epic it would be. The music, the drinks, the views & the crew were top tier. Thank You Stevie, Caleb & Noah, a new tradition has been born!

    Free and clear of all

Our first trip to Hawaii and we had no idea what to see, what to expect. We walked to the beach behind our hotel and there was the Na Hoku 3 calling our name. With no reservation we easily signed up for the Diamond Head Sail and were helped aboard the boat. The entire experience was wonderful, starting with our hosts, Jerry and Mahala, the beautiful weather, the view of the south shore of Oahu, Waikiki Beach, and Diamond Head, the free drinks, and loved the great selection of music. It took us back years to our youth. This was the highlight of our visit to the Aloha state. I would rate this a "Must Do" for anyone visiting Oahu.

It would hard to enjoy a boat ride where unlimited booze is offered. Na Hoku offers a short sail in the bay and the price is relatively reasonable provided you drink up. The mood is festive and having the breeze against your face cannot be beat. The boat advertises an hour ours ran about 45 minutes.

    Added bonus - fish on!

Such a fun time! They pick up and drop off right from Waikiki beach. Mary, Justin, and Jay were killer captains and hosts. They even caught a big fish while we were sailing which was an awesome experience. I always recommend going out for a sail with this boat anytime someone I know visits Oahu.

Celebrated my mom's 50th birthday with a happy hour here. My mom and friends loved the experience. Price was good. Mai tai not too strong. Music was good. Reservations and check in was easy Crew was friendly and communicated well The ship sailed for exactly 1 hour. Views were nice.

Awesome experience in Waikiki - definitely a fave from our trip to Hawaii. Reservations, checkin and boarding were all very smooth. We did the sunset sail and enjoyed all the drinks and views - it helped we had a stunning sunset. Highly recommend for a unique experience in Honolulu. I will say it was pretty choppy but I took a dramamine prior to going out and didn't feel sick at all. Fun crew; would absolutely book again.

The Diamond Head Happy Hour Sail was an amazing experience! We came across this sail on TikTok and let me say, it was totally worth the hype. The reservation process was so seamless and the check in flow was so smooth. Alex (or Alec sorry) was a great host! His intro was very entertaining and his crew was just as great. The bartender Stevie from Ohio was extraordinarily friendly and attentive. They served your drinks to your spot on the boat and consistently check in with you. Did I mention this was an open bar? Already worth it just by that! We had the opportunity to sit on the roof as well as the net. It was a beautiful experience seeing the ocean from this view, we definitely recommend spending an hour of your time for this lifetime memory. P.s Stevie we'll see you at Lulu !

Service was great from the crew. They checked on all the guests. It was a fun tour but the sunset wasn't great. Definitely in a very touristy part of town but still fun. On Fridays the have fireworks on the same beach this takes place on, you just have to walk further down the beach. More booze cruise vibes then peaceful sunset but still fun.

It was quite confusing to find the meetup point at the beginning, but asking the hotel staff did help us getting there. We went on the high-tide day so needed to walk a bit from the usual boarding area. Probably helpful to remind people wearing slippers as you'd need to take shoes off. They did provide proper and plenty storage spaces for your footwear on the boat (appreciated!). Drinks were pretty much bottomless and they had their very own Mai Tai so you could really enjoy the 'complete Hawaiian package'! The only problem with high tide day, it meant be prepped to get wet and going on and off the boat would be quite tricky as you needed to manage timing to avoid the tide from getting you soaking wet. I was unfortunately not the pro and literally got half-bottom wet, getting off the boat LOL. Paid off by the gorgeous sunset view!!

Multiple guests were getting seasick, as the Captain tried his best to navigate the waters. One guest nearly fainted and after that, the atmosphere on the boat changed. The Captain wasn't talking much and it seemed as if he just wanted to get back to the dock. Knowing the weather conditions, I wish the tour was rescheduled. We saw some fish and barely saw a turtle. I know the tour doesn't guarantee seeing wildlife, but it was disappointing hardly seeing anything in the glass bottom. To add, the glass bottom is just 4 boxes that you have to peek over to see. I didn't get seasick, so it was still nice to be out on the water and enjoying the views of the ocean. Prior to the incident, the captain was very educational and funny. Overall, had the tour been on a different day with more permitting weather, I think it would've been great.

But despite being called a "Dolphin and You" tour, there is only dolphin WATCHING from the boat -- no swimming with dolphins. They also only stop at one snorkel spot in shallow waters.m whereas most companies have you snorkel at 2. Maybe if I had never been on another tour, I would have thought this was good, but I'd only recommend this for people who want to mainly watch things from the boat and not snorkel. I honestly saw more marine life where I live in OC. On a previous tour with a different company, I swam in waters where dolphins were swimming all around and underneath me -- it was a core memory, and I was hoping to recreate that experience. They also don't let you swim very far from the boat, which made the experience feel overly restrictive. Because the website is not clear I will lay down the iternary: 6:00am pick-up from hotel (about 1.5 hrs to get there) Restroom stop at Fareharbor 1 hr dolphin watching--basically your just on a boat 1 hr snorkel--will see sparse fish 1 hr return--will give you sandwich and water cups no water bottles, temporary tattoo offered Return to hotel: another 1.5 hrs to drop everyone off etc Kind of waste of money $180+ and my precious vacation time. Also, be wary of the reviews. They offer incentives for leaving one. Sorry, but as a Yelp Elite, my honest opinion can't be bought.

MANA sunset cruise from Ko Olina - the absolute highlight of our trip!!!…read more We are no strangers to Catamaran excursions - trips in the British Virgin Islands, Greece, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. By far, Captain Travis and First Mate Taylor were exceptional, leaving no detail to chance. We were warmly greeted with a drink and were given a very thorough safety briefing. Both were meticulous in their duties to their craft as well as to their guests. The catamaran was immaculate, an outstanding demonstration of the care and maintenance it receives - impressive for a 2008 Cat. Thanks MANA and crews for your care and concern. We had only 5 of us aboard ( they allow a maximum of only 6) which really enhanced the experience. As we got underway drinks were served and then came what I thought was going to be a sampling of local snacks. No, it was a full dinner made by Taylor that was some of the freshest, best food we have had on the Island, followed by a dessert second to none. The other guests dietary restrictions were taken into consideration and we sailed (and for a portion of the trip we were under full sail & not motoring) around with soft Hawaiian reggae playing. The two hours flew by.... We were regaled with stories of the Islands and some very interesting facts. Sure there are less expensive, far more crowded sunset tours... but NOTHING compares to this one. It was worth every cent.
