I arrived at 7pm and was told that an ultrasound tech…read morewas on call and had already been called due to another patient experiencing the same symptoms that I was and needing an ultrasound as well. I was told that once the tech was called, she had an hour to report in so it may be a wait. From about 8pm when I was moved to the ER side (apparently required due to needing an ultrasound), I was left in the room and would leave to go out in the hallway and check in with nurses to find out when I would be seen or any updates on the tech arriving. I did this about every half hour since I had been previously told she had an hour to report in. The tech finally saw me at 12am. During the ultrasound, she had constant phone notifications sounding off and distracting her from the procedure. At one point, she had me (the patient) hold the transvaginal probe inside of my body so that she could respond to her phone. I was already quite distressed due to the nature of going through a miscarriage, and this made it much worse. The cherry on top was the bill I received. $3400 (after insurance claims). $2000 of this portion was just due to having to check into the ER (to not be seen whatsoever) but just to have the ultrasound in that ER room. Just beware before coming here. The doctors and nurses are kind, but "on call" does not mean much to the techs. Also, beware that you will end up paying thousands if you step foot into their ER (even if no testing or care is done via ER services).

I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy here in early December. It was my first time having either…read moreprocedure, as well as my first time ever being sedated (I'm in my 40s). To say that I was nervous was an understatement. When I checked in, they had a sign posted that several of the doctors were running about an hour behind, and then the person behind the desk made sure to tell me as well. Not exactly what someone who hasn't eaten in 24 hours wants to hear, but there's not really much you can do about it. When they called me back and took me into the pre-procedure area, I must admit that I started to panic. It was VERY crowded. Lots of beds sectioned off with curtains, nurses/anesthesiologists/doctors walking around, blood pressure monitors beeping, etc. If you're nervous about medical procedures, just steel yourself that it's going to seem chaotic, and you may be tempted to run out of there. The nurse who was working with me told me that it was a very time of year with everyone trying to get things done before the end of the year, so it may not always be like that. My nurse was very friendly and reassuring. I also had another nurse come by to put in my IV, the anesthesiologist stopped by to ask me a few questions and see if I had any concerns, and my doctor also came in to say hello. Before long, they were wheeling my bed into another section of the building and had me in my procedure room. There was music playing and the nurse made sure I was comfortable as we were waiting for the anesthesiologist. She came in, said she was starting the meds, and then I was out. Everything was uneventful, and a nurse from the office called me the next day to make sure I was feeling ok. I don't wish to have to use these services often, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

She was my recovery nurse with an upbeat attitude and made me feel as comfortable as I possibly could be. She is extremely knowledgeable and set the pace for my attitude towards wanting to get healthy. Booked first appt after birth with ease. Every step of the way after that has been difficult & unprofessional. They never answer the phones. I'm not being dramatic, not once in eight months have I been able to get anyone on the phone. They advise to book within the portal. ANYTIME I submit a request, it's a delayed response. 8 days ago, I called, no answer. Sent a portal message explaining it was an urgent medical matter that I felt she needed seen for that day. The contacted me back today, 8 days later. I 10/10 do not recommend. If you prefer a more holistic approach with peds that don't push vaccinations, there are other much better offices than this.

The medication lasted 9 days after which the pain started to return. I called them on day 13 to have them renew my prescription or get me another that would eliminate my pain. I was told that their policy was they would only prescribe a new medication within 9 days of being seen and I would have to come back and pay another $179 to address my issue. My prescription didn't run out until 9 days passed! They also said my NP who prescribed my medication was off that day and and another attending would not write a script without seeing me first for another $179. What... I guess the other attending couldn't read my file, or even make a phone call to the NP??? This place is nothing but a money grab, forget being cared for like they care about you, it's all about the money!!!!!

He was very thorough and efficient and listened to what I had to say and answered my many questions. He even has a good sense of humor, which is rare for doctors. He did not act like he was in a hurry and just wanted to get me out of the office like most of them do. He encouraged me to call or come back if I had any problems at all. Very good experience here. I would highly recommend it.
