They asked me what her height and weight are. What!? Since when are height and weight a patient privacy identifier? I gave an estimate that obviously wasn't correct so customer service could not provide me any information. They seriously said "until you can provide accurate height and weight we cannot help you." So they refuse to give me a delivery update or assure me this delivery is even coming today because I don't know her exact height and weight. Shameful... completely shameful.

I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy here in early December. It was my first time having either…read moreprocedure, as well as my first time ever being sedated (I'm in my 40s). To say that I was nervous was an understatement. When I checked in, they had a sign posted that several of the doctors were running about an hour behind, and then the person behind the desk made sure to tell me as well. Not exactly what someone who hasn't eaten in 24 hours wants to hear, but there's not really much you can do about it. When they called me back and took me into the pre-procedure area, I must admit that I started to panic. It was VERY crowded. Lots of beds sectioned off with curtains, nurses/anesthesiologists/doctors walking around, blood pressure monitors beeping, etc. If you're nervous about medical procedures, just steel yourself that it's going to seem chaotic, and you may be tempted to run out of there. The nurse who was working with me told me that it was a very time of year with everyone trying to get things done before the end of the year, so it may not always be like that. My nurse was very friendly and reassuring. I also had another nurse come by to put in my IV, the anesthesiologist stopped by to ask me a few questions and see if I had any concerns, and my doctor also came in to say hello. Before long, they were wheeling my bed into another section of the building and had me in my procedure room. There was music playing and the nurse made sure I was comfortable as we were waiting for the anesthesiologist. She came in, said she was starting the meds, and then I was out. Everything was uneventful, and a nurse from the office called me the next day to make sure I was feeling ok. I don't wish to have to use these services often, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

For context, I'm a medical school professor and very comfortable in a medical setting and know what is and is not acceptable behavior. The PA I saw, Maddie, was personable, very informative, and actually listened... I know that should be what you expect at every doctor's office, but with privatization of insurance that's not always what you get. Heck, she listened and cared more than my students who are REQUIRED to to pass (ha!). She was thorough, listened to all concerned addressed them properly and provided all necessary important information including referrals and follow-ups. She was also incredibly smart and knowledgeable about a lot of topics, and you can tell because she doesn't throw a ton of big words at you to seem smart, it was demonstrated in her ability to describe things at a level that people without medical experience could understand. HIGHLY recommend. The medical assistant, Keniesha, who came in to draw blood and run an EKG was polite, knowledgeable and professional while making me feel at ease during understandably uncomfortable tests. Office staff is friendly, polite, helpful, and great at getting you all set up and going. I was taken back on time for my appointment, no unnecessary waiting (although it's totally understandable when it happens) and a very proficient & excellent overall experience

There was a line formed and the clinic did not open until 8:00 a.m. Allyson was at the front door in the cold, allowing patients to sign up for their clinic visit. Allyson called me by phone, as I waited in my warm car, when it was time for my appointment. You are required to wash your hands before coming into the waiting area; and, of course wear a mask which must cover your mouth AND your nose. Conrad was the associate who administered my Covid-19 test. Conrad explained the procedure (he also took my temperature and pulse oximetry measurements) and performed my nasal Covid-19 test. Conrad was professional, reassuring and kind as was Allyson. The pandemic has been horrible but these two associates made this process easy and stress free. I thank them for their hard work and dedication for risking their lives to assist the public.

This facility gives a bad impression from the moment that you walk in the door. It is truly off…read moreputting to walk into a facility that I am visiting as a new patient and to be ignored by all four of the ladies at the front desk. I finally took the initiative to check myself in on a kiosk in the corner. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment to allow for time to complete check in and other new patient procedures; this is a process that I am very familiar with as I see a high number of specialists. I check in and I am again, completely ignored by the front desk staff. There is a sign in the office that states, "if you have been waiting for more than 30 minutes, please check in with our front desk staff for an update". When I did go up the desk, the girl I walked up to was having a conversation about a tv show with one of her coworkers, she looked at me, rolled her eyes and waited for me to say something. I asked the girl if she could check to make sure I was properly checked in (since I checked in on a kiosk) and she said "yep" but she did not ask me for my name or anything that would identify me to confirm the reason for the delay and the tardiness of the clinic that was 15 minutes past my appointment time. All in all, I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby, everything after leaving the lobby was much better. The doctor was nice and explained things to make sure I understood. I was surprised by the lack of preparation by the doctor because he did not review my test results and studies before meeting me. He attempted to send me out to get an electrical study that I had already completed and was in my chart which he had in front of him. I had to get x rays that were done in the clinic and the results were immediate. Then I had two injections, one into each wrist and I was sent upstairs for physical therapy to pick up two wrist braces. That was another 20 minute wait before being called back to to sit while the associate was making my braces. Left hand he got on the first attempt and the right hand we had to redo three times due to errors. Finally, in the end I was able to leave but from the time that I walked in the front door to the time that I left was from 10:37 AM to 12:36 PM. I am definitely not excited to go back for a follow up appointment, based solely on the customer service and the extremely long appointment that I had today. Hopefully the follow up is better. This place has different doctor's offices and service providers located within this one building. It reminds me of an indoor mini mall, because there is seating in the middle, with offices all around. Me, personally? I've been here to visit the Quest Diagnostics for blood draws, visited the walk-in breast screening services for my yearly mammogram, had an X-ray done for abdominal woes, and brought my children to visit the urgent care. There are also endocrinologists here, OB/GYN care, physical therapists and other physicians and services. The waiting room is big and open, and it's always been very peaceful and calm whenever I have visited. I don't enjoy visiting any kind of doctor at any time, but whenever I visit a doctor or get a procedure done here, it's always been a good experience.
