As a massage therapist myself over several years, I have a considerable amount of experience receiving massage (good and bad of course, and I take serious consideration as to whom I choose to massage me). When I received a massage from Paul, it was out of this world! I am truly grateful to him for all his expertise, incredible focus and intuition. Paul has taught me so much from just one massage, I am inspired to specialise in the same way - his style is multifaceted and unique. He is a rare individual, a natural massage therapist and he clearly loves his trade. Paul's work is a labour of love, and one only needs to put their trust in him to experience such intense nurture and healing. He works into and releases muscle attachments. His work is very strong (worth being aware of this) and flowing so I would recommend his technique to people who enjoy/wish to experience firm and flowing massage. There is a Thai massage style to his work, so expect to be moved into yogic positions unless specified. He is a creative and doesn't appear to follow a sequence, while working closely with the breath. Paul's massage on me was soothing in the same way that it was strong. It was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating for me. If you choose to book a massage with Paul, rest assured that you will be his sole focus and trust that all is well, you are safe in his capable hands. Also, in 2015 I got vertigo four different times between January and November, for a minimum of 10 days each time... except the last time. Noel told me that I needed craniosacral therapy and did his thing. I kid you not, the vertigo was gone the next day and never came back! I swear to God, I don't know what he did but it healed me! I've always tried to keep myself in good shape, but unfortunately, bad backs run in my family. So…read morewhen I started to have chronic back problems about 2 years ago, I decided to start investing in deep-tissue and therapeutic massages once every couple of weeks. I went to the local massage school and basically tried everyone that worked there at least once. While the massages felt good, and made me feel better in the short term, one of the things I noticed was that I would often feel worse after the massage than I did beforehand! So I kept looking, hoping that I would find a therapist that not only gave a massage that felt good, but one who actually helped me heal faster and stay healthy well after the massage was over. Finally, I found Greg. Right away I could tell that he was different, because he didn't just treat the problem--he treated the whole body. He worked on my back, of course, but he also worked on my flexibility, my range of motion, my circulation, etc. His massages feel great, and you're very relaxed the whole time (he is very easygoing and friendly). Most importantly, however, you feel much better well after the massage is over. When I started massages with Greg, I was trying to cope with a low level of back pain almost every day, and I couldn't even touch my toes because my muscles were so tight. Now I am pain-free and I can touch my palms all the way to the floor. I'm running faster, I feel stronger, my stress level is down, and I'm much more productive at work. The benefits are well worth the cost, and since Greg is an independent therapist, he can offer great deals anyway! I recommend Greg very highly. If you're currently getting massages from someone else but feel like they could be better, I would recommend that you try Greg instead. Greg got me 90% fixed in a single session. I went from wincing upon every step to being nearly pain free in a single session (just a bit of muscle soreness, to be expected).
