It wasn't even a week from the time I picked up his shoddy work. When I tried to bring it back, not only did he give me attitude, but he wanted to charge me. He even said he remembered when I came in with my male friend when we spent hundreds of dollars. He said he was willing to throw in the labor but wanted me to buy a new earring back and post which was not even gold. And he wanted to charge me $50 for a metal, (NOT gold) post and earring back. How many earring backs have you lost in your life? It wasn't just his greed that annoyed me, it was his total and utter disrespect of me as a human. I find men like this treat women very differently when there's another man with me. I wouldn't trust these folks. Plus he obviously doesn't respect older women. Steer clear.

My family has been seeing Keith at KFK since before I was born. Some of the most special pieces of jewelry in our family have come from KFK. My mom's wedding ring is a vintage 1920s stunning art deco diamond ring they picked out together at KFK... Their website does not do them justice. Just walk in and come see everything in person.
