I'm extremely appreciative that did a detailed tongue examination which alerted me to something I have to further look into. No other hygienist had ever examined my tongue with such detail and I'm so thankful that he did! From the paperwork all the way to the night guard at the end. They replaced both of my front teeth with crowns and used some new fangled high tech scanner computer to take 3-D scans of my teeth for the process. But it's not just this procedure that stands out. I mean, they came out better than I expected by far. But. I have been seeing Dr. Toyer and Dr. Toyer and their team for five years now. I can't remember a single doctors office ever that I've felt more at home. Everyone knows you by name. The pride Dr. Toyer takes in his work is evident from the start to the finish. And he's real hip too. Completely up to tomorrow on the newest tech to make your procedure a breeze. Oh and they do amazing with pediatrics. My toddlers love going to see them! My daughter had a major procedure done here today and Evie, Aritza and two other ladies (I don't recall their names) made it so amazingly smooth. For the past six years, I have continued driving approximately 45 minutes each way because I valued the care I had received here. Unfortunately, their growth seems to have far outpaced their ability to adequately accommodate their existing patients. Last fall, I had to reschedule a routine cleaning because I was the primary caregiver for my mother, who was battling cancer. I completely understood that rescheduling was my responsibility--but the next available cleaning appointment they could offer me was SIX MONTHS later. When life circumstances surrounding my mother's cancer forced me to reschedule again, I was once again told the next available appointment was another six months away. That means a routine dental cleaning was pushed out an entire year--not because I was unwilling to schedule one, but because this practice apparently does not have enough availability to accommodate an established patient of more than a decade when life happens. What makes this especially frustrating is that the practice continues to grow and accept patients despite existing patients having to wait six months for a cleaning appointment. If you're considering becoming a patient here, I would seriously reconsider. Unless you can book your cleanings six months in advance and guarantee that absolutely nothing will interfere with that appointment, you may find yourself waiting another six months if you need to reschedule. After more than 10 years as a patient--and six years of making a 90-minute round trip to remain one--I expected considerably better access and consideration for established patients. Unfortunately, loyalty does not seem to mean much when the practice has grown beyond its ability to accommodate the patients it already has.

I was not explained after paying my balance in full that I may have a balance. My second session I went in and was informed I had a balance, front desk said oh we forgot to put in discounts since you paid out of pocket. Ok done, Dr and hygienist are great. 6 mos down the line I get a letter in the mail I owe them over $100. Come again? I reached out various attempts and even went through my insurance turns out they billed me for X-rays when I brought my own. They were supposed to return that $ in order for my insurance to pay for a cleaning. Front desk never returned my call or email and I'm certain that was not done because the dentist that did in fact do my X-rays cannot get paid due to Marshall Dental billing for X-rays when I physically brought my own and have the email to prove I did before my procedures. Per other reviews this is a normal process for them. It's unfortunate as I would have liked to return. During this emails and phone calls they cancelled my cleaning appt. Billing and front desk are going to kill this small business.
