Just today I had to bring in my youngest, a three-year-old, who had 2 very bad cavities. Not only did the dentist tell me ahead of time in a prior appointment about what was going to be needed, but I got the price ahead of time and was able to book an appointment within the month. The staff made everything incredibly comfortable from my very timid three-year-old to the point where he felt so relaxed he had no problem. They use TV screens for the kids to watch (Netflix kid programs) as they perform the procedures and keep everything very light and calm. When he had to get the actual service of filling the cavities/getting a cap, he was made to feel calm and relaxed. The procedure was done in 30 minutes. Thank you red Apple for helping build another wonderful positive dentist relationship with another child. They do offer gas for cavity services. Also, children receive a coin at the end to pick a prize.

My daughter is 13, and I'm encouraging her independence, so when she preferred to go back alone, I waited in the lobby. The hygienist called her in, clearly aware I was her parent. After the cleaning, the dentist came in (walking right past me in the waiting area) to complete the exam and review the X-rays. It was determined my daughter had a cavity. At no point did either the hygienist or dentist speak with me directly. Instead, paperwork was handed off to the receptionist, who briefly told me my daughter would need to see a different dentist and gave a referral. That was the entirety of the communication. I chose not to follow their recommendation and instead sought care with another provider where communication was prioritized and we felt more supported. Clear communication is essential in healthcare, especially when treating children. Unfortunately, this office fell short. I would not recommend.

From the paperwork all the way to the night guard at the end. They replaced both of my front teeth with crowns and used some new fangled high tech scanner computer to take 3-D scans of my teeth for the process. But it's not just this procedure that stands out. I mean, they came out better than I expected by far. But. I have been seeing Dr. Toyer and Dr. Toyer and their team for five years now. I can't remember a single doctors office ever that I've felt more at home. Everyone knows you by name. The pride Dr. Toyer takes in his work is evident from the start to the finish. And he's real hip too. Completely up to tomorrow on the newest tech to make your procedure a breeze. Oh and they do amazing with pediatrics. My toddlers love going to see them! My daughter had a major procedure done here today and Evie, Aritza and two other ladies (I don't recall their names) made it so amazingly smooth. Love visiting Britto's Children's Dentistry -- Dr. Naz Britto is amazing. They're very patient with…read moremy children, which I really appreciate. Freddy, the dental assistant, is also great to work with. He's very communicative and always makes sure we know what's going on. The office has a few puzzles and activities in the waiting area to keep kids busy, and the treatment rooms have TVs with children's shows to help distract them during exams. It's also very easy to call and cancel or reschedule appointments. They're understanding and not overly strict, which makes things much less stressful. The only downside is that the front desk staff could be a bit more personable, but overall we've had a great experience here. The best part is at the end -- the kids get a coin to use in the bubblegum machine to pick out a little toy. My kids look forward to this every visit!

Just called to schedule as a new patient for my toddlers after being referred to them and once I…read moretold the front desk rep I had two dental insurances she stated one of them was out of network. I said okay well the second one is in network so I wanted to proceed with setting up an appointment as we are just looking for preventive care but she acted like she couldn't schedule it. I never heard of this before but she said it's office policy. Even if the first insurance isn't in network, isn't it called coordination of benefits? So my second one would then be billed and then it would be covered as I am just looking for cleanings for a 4 and 2 year old. I'm legit in HR and still couldn't believe or understand how she was being so resistant to a potential new patient. I guess they don't want new patients. Be sure then to update your website and specify exactly that Aetna is only covered if you had Connection Dental or whatever she said on the card. I will go to find another practice because it just felt like if they are doing this already, they most likely will suck when it comes to billing. Wasn't like I didn't have insurance at all; and also why couldn't I even get scheduled like I couldn't pay out of pocket. They definitely need customer service training!

The facility is located in a nice new shopping center, the staff are friendly and always greet us, it's very clean and every room is decorated for something every boy and girl would love!
