Very simple he uses an app to filer out bad reviews. It works simply like this: they send you a survey asking what your rating is. IF you select 5-star then it will prompt you to leave a Google review BUT if you select anything less than 5-star it will NOT ask for a review and it will send that info to them privately. This is a money grab and I plan to report him to the state. If you have had cavities filled from the dentist there is a possibility that you may have not had a cavity at all.

The front desk, Ginny made sure I was comfortable at the office while waiting for my dental exam. The dental assistance Anna, she did a great job cleaning and rinsing the area of the gums and tooth's for a hour of gum cleaning. Anna explained that I would need gum deep cleaning to prevent any infections deep in the gums pockets. Dr. Strickland advise I should lay off the soda, candies, any junk foods which I will try my best to avoid for future decays of cavities and to the gums. I hope to return back for deep cleaning for the gums, since it not affordable but I hope to return soon when I am ready. Dr. Strickland explained that, it would take time to do every part of the area for cavities repair. At this time, I had a front upper tooth filling done by Dr. Strickland and I am impressed how quick the filling and tooth was look like new. I knew it will be a long journey to have all the cavities check and repair. They was professional and made me comfortable during my visit, always made sure everything is check out the tooth and gum before leaving the dental office. (It was for a cleaning and exam, I didn't want to commit to any work yet, because I swear all dentist have those cartoon money eyes) . But I've heard SO many good things via word of mouth this place must be doing something right. So I waited... I mentioned it had been years since I'd been to a dentist. They took that very seriously and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I returned for my cleaning since the exam was very thorough *It was covered by insurance btw*. My plan of care made sense for once! When I tell you I almost cried.... I wasn't made to feel like an irresponsible child, or like I was going to have to sell my house to get my teeth right. Even billing, my insurance hasn't changed in over 6 years yet this was the first time it felt like I was even using insurance. During my cleaning they also made sure I was completely comfortable, most dentists don't bother to add numbing gel, I appreciated it here. Bonus points: You can be added to a waiting list and they do actually call you. Dr. Muller bakes bread for his patients. Dr. Muller is a cool dude. However, I began experiencing pain from that tooth and attempted to contact the office for assistance. Despite having medical clearance from my OB/GYN, confirming that it is safe for me to undergo routine dental care during pregnancy, the office refused to see me solely because I am pregnant. Additionally, when I requested a copy of my X-ray so I could seek treatment from another dentist, the office stated it would take a few days because they "have stuff to do", delaying my ability to receive timely care. The front office personnel said her name was Kelly although I'm not sure if she gave her real name. I still haven't received a copy of my X-ray to take to another dentist who was willing to see me. We were trying to minimize another X-ray since I just took one but the office is uncooperative. The front office staff were extremely unprofessional and rude during my interactions. They repeatedly hung up the phone on me and refused to provide a clear explanation for the refusal. I had to use another phone number for them to pick up my phone. I believe this behavior was unjustified, discriminatory, and unprofessional, and does not meet the standards expected of licensed dental professionals
