I was seated right away, and my tech got to work while I selected a color from a large binder of dip samples. Music was nice in the salon, pretty relaxing. My tech was working VERY fast, which at first, I was really impressed with. However, as my service progressed, I had to ask twice for re work since the dip application was not extending to the whole nail edges, and was looking lumpy. Towards the end of the service, there was no effort to try to clean the excess build up under my nails, which was THICK! I realized I was being rushed as 'a regular' came in, and was immediately catered to, which I totally understand, but that shouldn't short change my service quality that much. The price was affordable, but I'd rather pay $5-$10 more for a quality result that lasts, and that I don't have to spend 30 minutes cleaning myself. Unfortunately, as a first timer, I wouldn't go back or recommend for drop in services. Perhaps going regularly with an appointment would yield better service and results.

I called and made an appointment to get it fixed. The woman rushed through the service. Did not let the gel fully cure between coats and did not even bother to shape my nail like the rest of the hand. I didn't even bother to mention it to her considering she did not care and had another client booked on top of my time I scheduled.

The male was sarcastic and funny acting, the female never properly clipped and cleaned the nails and cuticles before applying the acrylic to the nails. The service was rushed and unfriendly. The lady was rude talking in a foreign language on her phone the whole time while attempting to do my nails in which she messed up the hearts and didn't get the acrylic up to the finger part where the cuticle was never cut and pushed back properly. Also, the acrylic was not properly placed over the nail fully and now the nails are coming up, bubbling up and cracking and my friends nail has now come off at a week and two days later when they should be staying on about three weeks in which she doesn't do any strenuous work that involve her hands. Also, when my best friend went to pay, they tried to hassle her out of her money to pull it out of a time machine and said that they would take off five dollars off of the 200 and something dollars that she owed and asked several times. Today, my best friend called and expressed her concerns about our nails coming up and not being done correctly, and the lady was belligerent and rude about this and was not willing to be understanding and was screaming at my best friend. I do not recommend anybody go here and have anything done as they feel they can do shitty work, rush, lie and try to swindle people out of money so that they can pocket it by having them pull it out of a Time Machine. She has excellent English skills and quickly determined what I preferred. I am a question asker too. So as she began the process we had very comfortable conversation and a few giggles. All of my nails are polished to perfection. My dry heels are no more and the complimentary massage was heavenly. When I come back next year I will ask to see Ms. Kim again!
