I love this nail salon, I actually like they don't talk to you so much. The lady is kinda loud and always on phone yelling but that doesn't bother me. The nails last 2 weeks on average... it's mid service tbh nothing special but if you get the right person for acrylics you will love them. Only thing is their movies play over and over , I was there for 3+ hours and watched a movie 2x. Wish they had bottle water and def recommend relaxing music , I forgot my AirPods and was so awkward ! it's in a prime location just needs a little TLC. read more

From entering and hearing lady yell from across the room' what u need' I should've ran. Rude guy who did nails said not a word... no hello, no name, nothing. He didn't trim nails and had to ask home twice to do 3 nails which he 'forgot'. Polish was put on thin and uneven such as a child would do. I should've have ran as I didn't pay close attention, but remember thinking ' I' didn't see him opening up clippers etc or pull g out of antiseptic'. As I started to pay attention more, I realized the Emory board and scrub brushes were NOT new, definitely used Now, 3 weeks later as I removed polish I see fungus starting g on my nails. Great! They charge me five dollars to remove gel after the fact they didn't tell me before The person that did my toes didn't even talk to me. It was like an effort for him to do my nails. I went into the nail salon and the place was dirty. There was only three workers and they sucked at doing their job. They gave us attitude and they made us feel unwanted. I came in with two friends and both my friends had to wait an hour to do their nails because they didn't have enough people, the nails came off easily and chipped. They did the nails crooked, and the designs suck one star, DO NOT GO HERE!!! The color selection was horrible and the designs did not turn out how I wanted them to. The guy who was doing my nails was on his phone and wasn't even paying attention to my nails. He was very rough and rude. they charged my friend $60 for a crappy design that a kindergarten could do. my friend asked for zebra print French tips and the French chips tips went all the way down to the middle of the nail so she tried to fix it and asked for the whole thing zebra print and drew literally lines on i it. Walked in for a mini pedi that they advertise for $20. The man sitting on the couch watching a game on his phone seemed annoyed he now had the greet and take me. Reading precious reviews that they weren't nice, I thought I'd get him with kindness. He told me to grab a color and I cheerfully selected one quickly. Got sat and he hardly said a word and looked rather unexcited to be there. He was annoyed I had an at-home gel on my toes that he now had to take the drill to get off (he annoyingly showed me the nail polish remover wasn't working.) he did seem to do a good job prepping my toenails and cutting the cuticles with care. The mini apparently comes with no lotion because I didn't get any. But the lady next to me did get lotion and I heard she did order a "mini" so not sure what's standard. Overall the $20 was worth it but he did charge $5 for the gel removal which is common. I tipped him $6 to make a point that we value good service but gosh I didn't want to! I was really happy to drive by and see they're doing a mini pedicure special for $15 and thought I'd give it a try. I made sure to call ahead to get an appointment since I'm not they have limited space at the moment due to COVID. Thankfully, they were able to take me in later that same day. I opted in for their regular pedicure once I was there since it included a massage...and who can say no to a massage?! Sadly, it wasn't much of a massage but more of a rub..or more of a putting on lotion feeling? There was no pressure like other places I've tried. Their regular manicure is also only $10 but now I can see why. The polish are on unevenly and rather bumpy and bubble pockets. The top of your nail is not even clean and I can personally do a better job at home with a purchase of store bought polish. I do like the fact that they have a separate area for you to dry your polish afterwards so that you're not just stuck at the station after you're done. I also like that you pay before they polish your nails - although the way they asked could've been a lot nicer. The guy I got didn't seem like he wants to be there AT ALL. They barely said hello. The man that started to do my pedicure had an attitude because I wanted a basic. He started being rough and said that's how we take off the gel. It didn't feel good. Their gel polish selection was horrible and he said so what do you want. Ge was abrupt and started almost slamming stuff around twice. I told him that's not right. He acted like he was inconvenienced to do my pedicure. I told him this isn't going well and I shouldn't have come here. I walked out feet wet. He put the arm up and back hard. And fast. He was mad. I asked if he wanted me to pay for taking off my Polish. I was fine with that. But I just wanted out if there. They are not nice or friendly and the atmosphere is horrible. Please don't go here. They are expensive also. 40.00 for a gel pedi. Basic. No wonder nobody was there. The people in this area already know better! How they stay in business being this rude is beyond me. Called to make an appointment this morning and the male staff who answered was incredibly rude and impatient. He didn't even take down my name for the appointment and just hung up on me after speaking to me as if I were stupid. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went in anyways. As soon as I entered, all staff looked confused when I said I had an appointment (probably because my name was never taken down). The only instructions I was given were via finger pointing and when speaking to me, the nail technician spoke rudely, as if I were a child. I have sensitive skin and he was very rough, causing two of my fingers to bleed with his clipper tools, which he saw and ignored. Nail polish used was also cheap and nail shaping was done without care so my nails don't even match in shape. Terrible experience. Please learn some basic manners. read more

I read through plenty of the reviews and was skeptical however this location is very close to my home and decided to give it a try I called ahead of time and was seated right away when I got there. All the staff besides the lady (Mimi) who did my pedicure must not know how to smile they just kind of looked angry the whole time I was there and were very short with their answers to everyone. Wow I just left this place and I can't even drive off without telling people about my awful experience here!! I literally thought the entire time from walking in to leaving I was being punked!! Let's start with the passed out guy on the couch that was pissed off because someone woke him up to do my pedicure....oh wow hi grumpy tired guy who literally poked my foot and gestured into the water with his hand to tell me it was time to put my foot back in the water! Oh wait, then there's me asking him to file just a little longer than .5 seconds on my toes....but of course that question came with total irritation on his end. I think there's also half the bottle of mail polish on my toes considering how fat and lumpy the nail beds are; yet he just woke up so I guess what else can I expect lol. I loved the cuticle cleaning process which consisted of chopping off the skin all around my nail bed that was nice. To top it off when I went to pay the lady who was busy on the couch watching a video grudgingly got up, grabbed my card, ran it, then literally threw the card back my way with the receipt and pen to sign my name. If you get one of the boys ( one that always wears hat / slightly bigger) honestly just walk out then or request someone else. He watches TV more than he pays attention to the nails.
