I've been here a couple of times already and I've had good service, staff greets me upon entering and the place is clean. The reviews seemed to be 50/50 but thought I would give it a shot. I decided to try this place as they have what's called the dazzle mani. It's a new system that's been developed by a woman that replicates the gel no chip, but it's a much healthier mani for your nails. It's vegan, requires no UV lights to harden the coat yet hard like a no chip. It doesn't require removing or filing off your entire nail bed to adhere to your nails. And the best part is it lasts two weeks & you can remove it yourself with regular nail polish remover before you go. So there's no wrapping your nails in aluminum foil to get off the previous mani. It literally cuts your time in half and it dries in five minutes!!! So if you're looking for a healthier and love pretty nails, this is a safer & healthier alternative. Give it a try. read more

Overall they do a good job. Sign says walk-ins welcome - I had to make an appointment for the next day. They rushed me through, giving the mani and pedi at the same time. The Dazzle Dry manicure is great, however, didn't give me the color I requested - when I ask about it - she smiled and giggled. I suppose if you are a regular you are treated better. The certainty had time to request the tip. I'm from out of town and had a good experience a couple of months ago - not so much this time. read more

One client in the salon, and after I said I'll do a regular manicure not a no chip I was told to come back later because they don't have time. I'm not sure how some people stay in business! I walked in and there are 10 technicians sitting around talking. And not a single person in there. Okay, it was 11:30 on a Wednesday, but still! So I was planning on getting a manicure and pedicure, I pick my color and my technician walks me back. I told her the way I'd like my nails done and she seemed to understand. One of my nails broke the morning of, so I asked her to be careful since it was a bad break. So she's removing polish, she burns the heck out of me on the one I specifically asked her to be careful with. I clearly pull my foot back and she tells me she forgot. THEN she used the brush on that toe to, I pull back from pain and she goes "It's the brush" and starts laughing. That's when I was livid. I couldn't wait to pay for my pedicure and get out. She applied a ton of lotion of my legs and no massage. She put the hot towel right out of he "oven" without even cooling it off. If I'd have to take a guess, I'd say it was her first day!! I was on a work call during my pedicure and once she was done she asked me to ask over to the manicure station. I gestured one minute. She then walks over to her tech circle and clearly says something and the crowd just looks at me. I finished my phone call, paid for my service and left. Let's just say she earned every penny of her tip! NEVER coming here again! I should have figured based on the amount of people there. Huge waste of time! read more

My experiences here have been a bit inconsistent. I have gone on Sunday afternoons, and the overall experience is great. If you come close to closing time, you might feel a bit rushed. I went for a spa pedicure the other day, and the overall experience was good. I was able to make a same-day appointment for 6 pm (they close at 7 pm) and arrived ten minutes early. The receptionist barely gave me time to pick a color. She then introduced me to my nail tech and we went to work. The nail tech acted like she never gave a spa pedicure before. She was asking her co-worker in Korean about which products to use and in what order. The pedicure went well otherwise and included an awesome massage. Polish was perfect, and my feet were scrubbed to perfection. The odd thing occurred as I was finishing up my nail polish. The techs were saying loudly, "time to go home" and were packing up. This was understandable, but I could tell my nail tech was ready to go. While the person who was in the salon at the same time received a long massage at the drying station, I received a half-assed 30 second shoulder rub. While I was drying, they turned the lights off on me. They realized I was there and turned them back on. Good thing it was just a pedicure since I left after being under the dryer for 5 minutes. Will I come back? Probably yes but not close to closing. read more

Pros- 1) they were open on Easter Sunday. 2) took me without an appointment 3) good location 4) well ventilated room 5) good equipment 6) neck massage was very pleasant Cons- 1) poor no chip nail polish color palette 2) no polish shade tester, you have to try a color on your own nails. 3) not detailed pedicure cleaning. My heels were not treated correctly and were not scrubbed. I am 9 month pregnant and can't fix them so easily myself. Was very disappointed. 4) most of the time she scrubbed my legs, not feet. She was rough and scrubbing hurt, the skin between my knee and foot was very dry and scratched after pedicure. 5) my no chip that suppose to last two weeks fell off my nails on a third day. The layer of polish and a top coat was too thick on the free edge and pilled off very quickly. 6) the last but not least- cuticles. Everything is just so wrong. She didn't push them to clean the nail bed. She didn't soak my nails at all. She filed them and was about to put the base coat when I realized that she was about leave them untouched. I asked her to remove cuticles. She didn't push them, she just clipped off the dry top part of it. 7) and because nails were not prepared the whole manicure looked terrible. Two nails had dust bubbles. Three of ten nails had a top coat outpouring on a skin. The U line between nail and skin was not clean and straight, it was very rough and uneven. It looked like I colored nails myself while driving a car. If you are looking for professional manicure or pedicure you should avoid this place. read more

Love that they offer Dazzle Dry which is a vegan, no UV light and no harmful ingredient no chip nail polish alternative. It does last me 2 weeks without it chipping and I can remove it with normal nail polish remover, if needed. I don't know any other salons that offer this! read more

Nice and clean place 4 stars because the nail techs tend to talk to each other in languages that are not English. I think that's just not the right thing to do unless the person sitting in your station speaks a different language. That said, they did a good job on my nails. I have been scared to death to go to a salon of any kind but I really needed a pedicure. This place was the cleanest I've ever been to. All plastic was throw away, plastic liner in the bowl. I have been to this location several times before - they are good local salon if you would like eyebrows waxed or polish change / pedicures. However for nail techs - depending on whom you have will vary your experience. This review is specifically for their Nail Service Dipping I called and asked if they do / have "Dipping". This is a new / newer trend, not all salons do this. The nail salon I usually go to closer to my work does this - Its amazing! I had to work from my home and needed them done - so I called to make an appointment. The said "yes" they do and asked if I come at 5:30 as I had to soak the nails. Understandable. I arrive and ask for French Manicure Dip - they do not do that single color only. A disappointment - but I was there and requested a light color - they had OPI bubble bath as option so I went with that knowing its a good option for light color. I arrive and per procedure (similar to No-Chip) I had the acetone/cotton balls on my nails to take off the previous Dip Manicure. The nail technician was overly annoyed; she criticized the previous place where I had my nails done. (I personally find this very annoying) As another reviewer noted - if its at the end of the day they are not enthusiastic for appointments. Despite me calling ahead for the appointment - I think the nail tech appeared annoyed she was going to have to be there longer than she anticipated. So as she is removing and criticizing my nails - she is ready to start applies the dipping powder. The color that appeared in the tub was not the color that ended up on my nails. If you are an OPI aficionado you know what Bubble Bath looks like. Their Dipping powder is not Bubble Bath - its Bubblegum Pink. When she puts the coat on and I say this is not the color expected - ONLY then she quips with "Some people will do this color then a light pink so its not too dark" I specifically wanted French - then asked for light. So she now decides after its too late to suggest I do another color than what I requested?!? She then applied this iridescent powder but it did not help. It was too late - I was overly annoyed and wanted to get out of there. The quality was good but the service was terrible. For what you pay for - the nail tech should listen and make sure its understood what you want. I for sure will never stray from my other nail salon again - lesson learned. This salon claims they do dipping - but I feel they are too new to this or very out of touch of what is trending in this nail service. read more

Went with my mom on Wednesday. First time at this salon. It looked a bit outdated, but clean. I got a no chip manicure and a regular pedicure. The women who did my pedicure & manicure worked really fast. She didn't have me soak my hands in water before she started the manicure. She simply put a warm a towel on my hands for a few seconds & then trimmed my cuticles. She also didn't ask me to wash my hands before she started to paint my nails. The next day my cuticles looked ragged & one of my nails had chipped. I returned to the salon & had my nail fixed. This morning my pedicure was chipped. Since I have a wedding today, I ran back to the salon to have it fixed. The women who greeted me looked annoyed & told me to find the color that was used on my toes. She told me to grab a few colors & bring them over to her. None of the colors matched, so she sent me back to look at the nail polish again. She offered no help in locating the correct nail polish color. She fixed my chipped toe nail, but overall I was not impressed. I will not be returning. I did call ahead of time to see if there was an opening and she told me what time to come, when I got there they said $50 for "no-chip" pedicure. I am out of town so I said sure...there was no massage she just slapped some lotion on my legs - no massage on my feet, put the wax bags on my heels & then asked me to get up and stand as she cleaned the seat because she wanted to leave. She then took the bags off my feet while I was standing and told me I could go. She was in her car before I was and was not pleasant. $50 for a pedicure is already insane, but to give no massage and rush on top of that I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking to relax. read more

My friend and I wanted to get our nails done and without knowing the prices made an appointment here. We were not seated next to each other even though our appointment was made together. The prices are so high! $45 for mani/pedi. The color selection was very nice but the experience wasn't. For that high of a price I expected something amazing. My cuticles were not cut at all on my toes and hands. Then on my hands they painted OVER my cuticles. They also left a bunch of nail polish on my skin, they didnt clean around the nail. For my friend they didnt buff her feet enough and she still had a bunch of dead/peeling skin left on her toes and heel. She wasn't very happy with the manicure either. My friend and I were the only ones who didnt get a massage once we sat down at the nail drying spot. The lady who sat down right after us recieved one. Not to mention my fan wasn't even turned on, they walked away right after I sat down. I had to switch seats to dry my nails. When paying with a card they tell you the price and ask if you would like to leave tip. Personally I don't like that, I think tip is ment for a very good job, not automatic when you get your nails done. They set their price and that's what I will be paying unless I am happy with the service. When I said no to tip, the lady tried to pull a guilt trip on me and made it a huge deal that I didn't leave one. Never coming here again! read more

I have been going to this place for a few months, honestly because my kids like the kid pedicure chairs they have there and i found my pedicures to be acceptable (not great). After today, I'm never going back. Within the first minute of my pedicure the technician cut my toe (I was bleeding). So it was obviously painful and I asked her to please be gentle as she cut me. She said about 5-6 times that she didn't, that it must be dry skin. Hmm, I walked in fine 2 minutes earlier and now my toe is throbbing/bleeding from dry skin. I stayed polite for the rest of the service even though every time she touched the toe it was awful. When I went to pay I asked if I could have some alcohol as I am terrified that I'm going to get some infection at this point with an open wound in their nasty foot bowls. They say nothing, walk over to me, spray with me alcohol and walk away. Bottom line, I understand mistakes can happen and that is my risk, I got cut. But please don't deny it over ten times that you cut me. When the pedicure was over and you could clearly see a cut across the top of my big toe just say SORRY. And for goodness sake perhaps say a word when you spray me with alcohol versus just walking away saying nothing. Oh and their 2 second massages after nails are good they are only 2 seconds as they are painful and unpleasant. Never again, and I told my kids I know they love the chairs but I'd never allow them to work on my children again after being there today. read more

This place is great for a manicure and spa pedicure. I paid $45. They have tons of colors to pick from. I like that they have the new trendy colors in a separate section. I know some places are a little cheaper, but they do a great job. Plus, the spa chairs with the massage actually work! I have experienced many places where it's just a comfortable chair. Also, they do parafin treatments- this is a nice bonus. Another thing, the manager greets everyone by name when they enter the salon. Looks like they have lots of returning clients. read more

Was referred to Lindsey, first mani pedi was good, no pampering, but nails looked nice! Not as good the few times that I went to her after that. Have tried several techs since then hoping to get a good result, but in short, each visit was rushed, rough, (saying ouch several times during your pedi is never a good thing) and the polish does not look like a pro did it at all. The only reason for the 4 stars is that they are pricier than other places I've gone to. First visit here. I had a gift certificate for a mani/pedi, but wanted to upgrade to a no-chip mani. No problem, but I had to pay an extra $30! They charge $40 or $45 for a no-chip! All of their competitors charge $30-$35. The woman that did my nails acted as though she was in a race to the finish. I did not feel relaxed of pampered at all. She rather forcefully scrubbed my hands and feet with a brush (which actually hurt!), and seemed annoyed that I had a no-chip that had to be removed too. My pedi and no-chip were completed in 1 hour and 5 minutes...I expected to be there for 1-1/2 hours. I watched others come in for regular mani's and they were at the drying table in 20 minutes. Where's the rush? And, there is polish on my cuticles that will look like crap in about a week. Expensive...rushed...not a great end result. I won't go back. read more
