This is actually not the best place to get your nails done at all. So it's crazy to me that they even have a 4.7-star rating. My mom came to get her nails done and all she wanted was French tips. Tell me why the nail salon lady kept messing up the nails and blame my mother for messing up the nails. First of all, she was lying because I wasn't getting my nails done and I was sitting right next to my mom. Not once did I see her mess up her nails. So she got frustrated and sent her to someone else and they rushed on doing her nails. Which did not look good by the way. Then charge us $60 for some fill-ins. Which doesn't make sense at all for a FILL IN. Whatever you do don't go here. There are a lot of nail salons that are so much better than this place. That is worth the money and time. Now they made a reply on the google review and lied because we never came in 10 minutes before closing that's a lie. Also, some people came IN after us. I was sitting next to my mom watching the lady the entire time. My opinion is still the same don't go here. What we are not going to do is lie and try to say something untruthful. I came in to this Nail salon thinking that I was going to get great service, but I got out of there very disappointed!! I definitely did not get what I asked for and the very sad part about it is, I had pictures to show her what I wanted exactly and it's nothing hard. It was French tip and I wanted coffin shaped nails. I asked her if she was able to do it, and she said yes, so she gets to working on my nails but I found out very quickly, that I wasn't going to have a great experience! She was very heavy handed with the tools. That she actually hurt me 3 times! I should have stopped her but I was trying to be nice. Right now my nails ache so bad! I really think she over priced because she said that she was going to use gel powder and obviously she didn't! It was plain acrylic, she just use gel nail Polish. She told me to go wash my hands and I saw that almost all my nails did not match, and it wasn't the shape that I wanted. So i went back to tell her and then she tried to fix it, but then she was filing more than I wanted so some are longer than others. This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered in a nail salon if this lady did not know how to do my mails she shouldn't even be working there! But I just had the worst nail salon experience and hope maybe this spares someone else from wasting their hard earned money coming here. First of all, the negative looks and eye rolling you get when you choose a basic service - totally unnecessary. It is Christmas after all so if all I want is a gel manicure, please stop trying to sell me extras. And when I say no thank you, how about you not give me attitude? Long story short when all was said and done, I did not get what I was looking for. I wanted purple, ended up with brown. I stopped her mid nail and said, that looks brown. And she said no, not brown. It's purple. Wrong. Also brought my daughter in and she chose a basic mani/pedi combo. The stylist was so angry because she thought it was gel that she caused a scene in front of everyone yelling in her native language but it was clear enough to all of us what was going on. She's too rough, doesn't use a nail clipper to clip your nails just shave it down, and bled on my toe as she removed my cuticles. Once she was done with everything my feet flew tingling, I don't know why. I didn't tip. Maybe a different tech is better. If anyone has recommendations on a tech please share. This is my usual nail salon but I came here yesterday and got Tammy/Tami instead of my usual (Hanna). She jacked my nails up twice. I wanted the first picture but I got the 2nd picture with, rough edges, messy paint job, attitude, and a coffin shape that looked nothing like coffin. I paid extra for that design but she had a problem with doing it and to the point I just got a whole new color (3rd picture) and it was still messy and honestly worse then before. I've never had anything bad to say about this place till I received bad costumer service from Tami. I called the place the next morning about how bad it was and that I would like a refund or a whole new set and someone in the salon (I believe the woman on the left in the 2nd chair) yelled at me on the phone, threatened the police, and was very rude to the point that she hung up the phone on me. She even stated there is a return policy on the desk, which there is not one. I decided to stop by to see if they taking walk-in just to get a pedicure. Which was lovely. 5 stars to the lady who did my feet. Two of my nails needed to be fixed i usually go to a friend who does an amazing job but since i was already there i decided to get them done. Whyyyyy did i do that. I was charged $90 for take off, new set and 3D nail design. I've searched and searched for the perfect nail person and I've been to pretty much every nail salon in the area and I'm happy to say I found my lady! I've been coming here for a little over a year now. There are other technicians I'll see if Vivian is not available.. which happens if I slack on making my appointments ahead of time. The ambiance of the establishment is first class. I loved the semi private pedicure rooms. The prices for some of the pedicures are a little high. I had the espresso scrub pedicure and it was very good. Lala was a great technician. The intake person should do a bit of an intro for first time customers. Had I known more about the amenities I may have taken advantage of them and purchased more services. When I walked to the restroom I saw all the herbs used for the aroma pedicure. First if all, I only selected a star so that I could post my review. The manager of this salon is the worst and the service is equally horrible. This was my first and last time! So I went to this shop on the evening of June 1st to have my nails done. I paid a total of $75 dollars for nails, cuticle care, and for my eyebrows to be arched. On the morning of June 2nd--not even 24 hours later--the polished begin to chip and pop off on several of the nails. Since I was not able to go back to have the nails repaired, I took a picture with the date stamp as well, I kept the receipt to show proof of service. As I explained to the receptionist my concerns she stepped away to speak to the manager. The receptionist returned and said unfortunately we have a 10 day policy and it's past 10 days. In that moment I didn't hardly consider the fact that it was the 10th day. However, I inquired is this something that a customer is told when they are provided service? The receptionist says, "we have a book that has our policy in it." Again, I asked, is this information provided to the customer? At this point, the manager walks over and says, "I'm sorry I can't help you. It's past 10 days. You should have called the next day." I explained that I could not come for the repair service because I had a formal event out of town. Of which she says, "that's not my problem. You should have called. It's been 10 days and I can't do anything for you." I again explained that I could not follow up as quickly to report the incident because I had a formal engagement. While presenting the receipts she says, "What you want us to do for you? " I said, at the very least I ask for a complimentary set to at least feel recovered for the over $100 I paid to have my nails done." She said, "No. You can pay half." I said, "No ma'am. You owe me at least a complimentary set." Then she says, "our policy says 7 days. You should have read it on the internet." At this point I'm confused because she initially said 10 days. I then correct her and say, "Wait? You just told me 10 days. And today is the 10th day. Do you know your own policy?" She then looks at me and says, "YOU are not welcome here. Your service is not welcome." At which point she turns to the receptionist and says, "call the police." I said, "Are you serious? I simply asked for a compliment to the service I paid for." She again orders the receptionist to call the police. I was shook and appalled. I felt targeted, disrespected, and humiliated. If the only way to resolve a customer's concern for poor service they received is to call the police then there's a deeper issue. I will NEVER give my money to any of these people again. It's clear that they don't mind you spending your money with them as long as you don't push back or express your concerns. Otherwise, be prepared to be threaded to have the police called on you. read more

When I walked into the shop I greeted them and instead of greeting me back the front desk turned over to another employee and started talking in their language and laughed. The nail color shade guide was very out dated, it was a binder wrapped in several layers of plastic so the colors were hard to see and went by just numbers . When I finally selected a color, Cici the tech brought several colors to me and none were the color I picked, she try to convince me it was just a different brand. I tried to be friendly and start a conversation but she seemed to not care much about customer service and decide to keep it one worded and have a conversation with the surrounding employees, once again in their language. I don't know if they were talking about me, laughing about me, maybe not but that's the unprofessional impression they give me.. my friend felt the same way when she visited them and will never return. A day later my gel nails lifted, seems like an air bubble. I have never had that happened to me, specially gel. The first coat was still wet so it smeared all over. I took a picture and went back. I asked for the same number but she brought back three different shades of red and got mad when I told her it wasn't it. She insisted it was, at first it looked like it could be, at this point I was in a rush and didn't want to argue so got it done. As I was driving home you could clearly see it was two different shades not exactly a like. A few people noticed. I will never spend a dime here again! read more

I always have a wonderful experience at this salon & leave happy with each service! I routinely get my eyebrows waxed, the men's sport pedicure (yes, it's great for ladies!) & an acrylic overlay on my nails. I've also gotten gel manicures but since switched to the overlay because they last longer with my line of work & I like the hard protective cover on my nails. I see Kai, Cindy & Trina - they all do a wonderful job but be sure to make an appointment because they book up quickly!
