I was in the market for a new nail salon. I happened upon Nail Blvd. and was a walk in. With a possible 10-15 minutes assured to wait with a packed house of customers. My wait was longer than the time promised but I knew it would take just as long to go to another salon and wait again. When the nail tech got to me I was not disappointed. She was great and made up for the time I waited. While the quality of service was great the time I had to wait made me choose a lower rating. read more

Went in for a pedicure. Quick? yes. Friendly staff? yes. Prices? Reasonable. The downfall here is the supplies & cleanliness concerns. Now mind you not all locations will be perfect but I needed to let y'all know my concerns. The chair I sat in was uncomfortable. The fixtures on the chair where visibly broken. They use tool kits that are not well cleaned out. Good news, They did use a new pedicure kit (file & toe separators) the rest of the tools (clippers/ Cuticle Pusher / Nippers Were simply dipped in sterile fluid in a cup. By looking at the tools I could tell that they were still pretty dirty and need more cleaning. This is a big deal. I almost left, but instead chose to keep my pedicure super basic, and out of curiosity chose to stay, I am a licensed nail tech so I wanted to see how this would go. My concern here is cleanliness, some of which could cause possible health issues. I used The gel polish for my pedi, it was thick so at the end of the service the edges looks clumpy, this is a simple fix a maintenance issue. I'm not saying don't go to this location, but i wanted to post to make you aware. Make sure if any work is done on you that supplies are clean. I can not speak for other services, but I can't help but wonder how bad it gets. Just wanted to give you my impression. Now I'm off to fix my toes nails. I definitely liked this salon, there's a lot of people that work there and you don't have to wait hours to get seated. I got seated automatically. There's a great selection of colors and the place was very clean and organized. The lady that did my nails she didn't rush my nails and she took her time and did it right. The only thing I didn't like was that the woman who was doing some other woman's nails next to me was very messy, wasn't organized and if I was her customer I iwould have asked for someone else. Came in a week prior to my appointment to look through the SNS color palette, specifically brought the color swatch I loved up to front and asked if they definitely have this color and the employee reassured me yes. Fast forward a week later: upon walking into my appointment I mentioned I'd like 85B, showed her my option, sat down for my manicure only to be informed they haven't had that color in a long time. Why lie to the client when she goes out of her way to stop by to look through colors a week prior? What a waste of time After not being able to find something similar to the beautiful purple pink sparkle that I was hoping to get, I decide to just get a deluxe pedicure. Shortly into my pedicure the girl uses a electric device for my toe and cuts me at my cuticle. Immediately I tell her how uncomfortable it is and she stops. I look down and notice my toe is bleeding, she says it's okay and tells me to dunk my toe in the water. This ends up burning my toe so I take it out. She then puts this product on it to stop the bleeding I guess, but seems like she didn't initiatally plan on it until I mentioned how much it still hurts. My lady was sweet. I didn't want to write a bad review, but it's been four days now and my toe is still hurting! It's sensitive to the wind and it's uncomfortable wearing closed toe shoes. Nail Boulevard was recommended by a friend, so I took another friend here for pedicures. They put us beside each other for our pedi's which is customary if you are together. Half of the reason I go to the nail salon for a pedicure is to sit in the nice massage chair. My massage chair was broken. It would work for less than 5 minutes then a worker would reset it in the back behind the chair and it would work for less than 5 minutes again. I advised the worker what I stated above, that half of the reason I come for a pedi is to get a massage in the chair. Why would you put someone in a massage chair that doesn't work? Bad customer service! This place was like a nail mill. It was really crowded when we arrived. And the smell of acrylic was overwhelming. Good thing I made appointments for us both. They did seat us right away in our chairs. The pedi and leg and foot massage were nice. But after being seated in defective chair they will not get any business from me in the future. read more

I like they actual staff who does nails. However the 2 ladies that I think are managers and sisters. They are rude and they just stare at you and don't speak. They make me regret everytime I spend money there. They ruin it for the actual staff because I always leave upset. I see why some of the employees left and got their own spots. I would hate to actually know how they treat their employees. I don't think I'll come back until they get some common courtesy. read more

I went in to get my acrylic nails soaked off. If I would have known they were going to use tips and dig/rip apart the acrylic off my natural nails I wouldn't have gone here. My nails are now damaged due to them not wanting to take the time to properly remove the acrylic which would have been to soak them off completely. Be aware and I will not be coming back. read more

Not quite sure how I feel about this place yet. This place is always busy but they have a speedy delivery of service as they have tons of technicians. Pedicures cost $36.00 which is pricy. I believe they start at $28.00. The other price is for the deluxe not the spa. The pedicure came with a glass of wine. I'm always confused when someone starts a service before me and we are getting the same service but I finish before. Am I being too nosy or is my tech skipping steps? I'm still trying to understand this. I haven't been in love with the finished look of my pedi since attending this salon. I just go for convenience as it's walking distance from my home and it was emergent. The finished look is always okay. I'm actually afraid to even let them do my nails. I'm very picky. My technician was really sweet and full of personality. I think we kept each other entertained. I'm still in the process of getting to love this place. It may take time. read more

My last time coming here. I know Covid has business down but don't badger and pressure people for upcharges. And don't say you can do something but you cannot. Arrived for a pedicure to which I was greeted a technician. He tried to tell me I had gel polish on my toes. As they charge extra to remove it I told him again that this is regular polish and to please just use remover. He then tried and goes oh and I replied yes please just listen to what I'm saying thank you. I should have known he was on a role. He then tells me I need the $60 pedicure as my feet don't look the best. I replied well seeing as I was here two weeks ago says a lot for your work I guess. He then gets upset when I request just the regular pedicure as AGAIN I'm there every two weeks. He huffs at me and rolls his eyes and walks away. I immediately called over for the manager for a new technician. Not to mention he tried to argue and loud talk me by saying my feet won't turn out good with the regular pedicure. I should have just got up and left. The new tech was given to me and I decided to stay for the service. I had ombré and was told that's the only fill in I could get. I picked some colors and hoped for the best. She saw that she wasn't able to do it and kept sanding and making it thicker and thicker. I told her it wasn't looking good and to maybe ask for help. She became frustrated and kept trying . Worse and worse it looked I signaled for the same manager again. I had her look at it and she agreed it looked bad. She offered me $10 off my nails which I accepted . I really hate them but just wanted to leave as I arrived at 11am and it was now 2pm. I payed and left telling everyone I know how terrible the service is. At least manager was nice but her employees need to do better. Never coming back read more

Ok so I set an appointment online for a pedicure and brow wax I get to salon try to sign in and before I can complete why I'm there it closes me out and the women behind the desk says you didn't say what u needed I tell her I got the email confirmation and your machine went blank after I added my last 4 of number and clicked my name she says it worked before you.. then I get told to go to chair 8 I try to tell the lady the chair isn't working the lady the says something to the lady at desk she looks at me I ask can I change chairs this isn't working she states again it worked before you No one except the owner speaks any English also the nail woman doesn't know I know Mandarin and herd her say this one edgy and complaining. I learned about Nail Boulevard through a get together and it was my very first time getting my nails done EVER (well, by a professional.... I would do my own nails, but you know what I mean). We had appointments for a pedicure and at the last second I decided to also get a manicure. When I walked in I probably looked clueless lol!! The ladies at the front desk assisted me with signing in and showed me where the nail polishes were, so I can go grab the color I want while I waited for someone to get me. I had Sourisa, who is really social and friendly, and eventually the person who I ended up requesting for when I set up future appointments for my pedicures. Every time I go they are always pretty busy, and they will also talks walk ins if you don't have an appointment. The massage chairs are pretty decent while getting your pedicure, and the place is pretty clean and does not have the strong odor of acetone. The prices for a manicure or pedicure is pretty decent. I always get the royal pedicure, which includes hot stone massage, sugar scrub and towel wrap (plus a glass of wine!). If you've never had a manicure and pedicure before, I suggest you check out Nail Blvd. read more
