I recently moved from California so I needed a new nail spot. This place is down the road from where I live and I called to make an appt. They got me in within an hour and Andy did my nails. He was super nice, told me about the best restaurants in town, and got me in and out in about an hour for a fill and gel. Also being a licensed cosmetologist I noticed they were good on their sanitation, which was great. read more

We were excited to try this nail salon after reading the great reviews etc. It was close to home and sounded like it would be a real treat for our 86 yr old aunt for Christmas. We had made appointments for one mani/pedi and one manicure. When we arrived I was happy to see that it was slow. Only two other people getting their nails done. However, we were in and out in less then 40 minutes. A rush job for both appointments. No massage no conversation. Just a quick do it yourself quality nail service. The guy doing the manicure was so interested in his phone the whole time while rushing through the manicure. And when asked if he could do a design he scoffed and said he would try. Seriously, who's the customer. They had one gal doing both the mani/pedi for my aunt switching from her feet to her hands. No help with getting her shoes back on or anything. Just finished her mani/pedi and walked off to work on another customers nails. No rechecking to let us know her nails were dry, how was she doing. NOTHING! Absolutely not the quality I would expect when paying to treat myself to a nail service. I will never take my business here again nor would I recommend it. I can't imagine that people's expectations are so low as to leave such raving reviews. Yet they charge top dollar for their services. read more

Always happy leaving here! Andy is the best! Every time I've gone they listen to what I want for my nails & do a great job. Occasionally they over book or are running behind so I have had to wait up to 15 minutes after my appointment time but that's the only down side of this place. I've been coming here for the last 4-5 years & love it. read more

4 stars for the men 1 star for the woman Here's why, I had recently gone to this nail salon with my friend and the biggest problem I had with this business was the customer service. When I walked in there were two males and one female working. The men were very nice and funny, but the woman made rude remarks about subjects I had been discussing with my friend (thinking she was being the funny one). She had something to say about everyone that walked through the door whether directly to their face or quietly behind their backs. Overall, if I do decide to return I am making sure not to get her as my nail tech, but, mostly likely will not come back. read more

My boyfriend and I both got pedicures here. His was super uneven and not well done. My polish chipped after less than 24 hrs and my nails were also uneven. My boyfriends was the worst though. She pretty much didn't even try. Over all not a good experience. Look else where! read more

Disappointed. .I was happy West Salem had a nail salon but not impressed with this place at all! . We both got shellac manis&pedis. Nothing special at all. Sloppy nail polish. Very rushed. Place wasn't very clean. He didn't even soak my nails, do my cuticles, or give me lotion with my manicure. He was more concerned with leaving early for golf. And we paid $140 for our services. . Nail polish came off in one day and they refused to repaint or refund and said they only guarantee their polish work for 1 day. We went to another salon and had nails redone and paint is still perfect several days later. read more

Not happy with this place at all they gave my appointment away to another costumer because I supposedly didn't call ahead of time and let them know I was still coming. Very upset because they do a beautiful job at acrylics but service ugh very upset. read more
