I was basically told "we do free fixes," but that's not the point ,i was leaving for a trip and wanted my nails done correctly the first time. These nails started looking old after TWO DAYS. You could already see my nail bed growing out like they were weeks old. I got them done on the 16th and the photo is from the 18th. Super disappointing experience and definitely won't be going back.

I came here for the first time in like 9 years because I been here before to get my pedi done. Ok so I came in and requested for the guy Long to get my nails done. I came in so confident that I was going to be satisfy. I came in with old nails and had it soak off and taken it out by a fake nail. That was part was ok. I had to ask to twice to get it soak off. There's no way I would have let them dig it out and they're not suppose to do that! I ask for natural looking and round ish and almond shape nail . He was so rough with my nails when he file the side. The side had alot of acrylic to my skin. I am traumatized by this and will never ever go there and or to anyone. I never had anyone this rough on my nails. My nails came out so bulky and wide. I was so sad but I tip him too because I felt bad if I didn't but now I regret tipping him. They're not friendly. The wife looks miserable. They have a very cute dog and I feel bad that the dog have to breath in that air. Cheap price, cheap service:( so sad My nails sloppy shape too. I drove 30 minutes to the salon and felt that my time and loyalty weren't respected. Tina later reached out and offered me a discount to make things right, but when I followed up by text, she stopped responding. The vibe was nice, R&B music was playing. Unfortunately the establishment looked quite dirty, as well as the nail tech's station and presentation of herself. I've been to independent nail techs and have never seen such uncleanliness in presentation of establishment and business owner, no shade she looked like she just crawled out of bed with no care. She initially burned my nail with the UV lamp which gave me another red flag, but after I pulled my hand away in pain she tried to be more intentional in not causing me pain when curing the nails. She also put on 2 nails crooked and after asking if she could fix it, she said that she couldn't bc the press on was cured & she'll fix it with builder gel (not as successful as she figured, my nail still looked crooked asf. I've also had nail techs who are willing to pop off the nail even if it's cured just to get the customers satisfaction of receiving a cared for service & not give some quick cash grab set of nails. Anyways, the girl was nice. Nails were okay but not for a total of $85 +$5 tip bc she didn't really deserve a tip for her prices and quality. Sad bc this was for my birthday & a friends wedding.
